Definitions
- the stiffening devices can, for example, of longitudinal ribs (DE-C 24 32 599), from side walls of a box-shaped Plate (EP-A 167 658; EP-A 337 383), of longitudinal strips of a frame-shaped Training (EP-A 537 523) or any other, in the longitudinal direction extending elements be formed. You will be here for simplicity collectively referred to as longitudinal ribs.
- These well-known Grate plates are above the high temperature of the refrigerated goods and on the bottom exposed to the low temperature of the cooling air.
- a grate plate which has a heat- and has a wear-resistant ceramic layer with horizontal expansion is held by the lower plate part.
- the lower part of the plate shows both in its rear and in its front area Fasteners on what can be concluded that the front area held by any undisclosed support members and locally is set so that the above disadvantage cannot occur.
- the invention relates to the type in which the individual grate plate only in its rear area from the grate plate carrier is held, protrudes freely towards the front and contains rib elements, which are exposed to the temperature effects of the goods above or with a part exposed to temperature are firmly connected and thereby the suffer from the aforementioned bending.
- the invention has for its object a grate plate in the preamble of claim 1 to create the less vertical Play between the plates is required, but not when exposed to heat leads to a grinding of the plates on each other.
- the solution lies in the characterizing features of claim 1 and advantageously the Features of the subclaims.
- the grate plate consists of two parts, namely the underside Support part and the top cover plate, the support part, the ribs has to transmit the bending force and to support the front Plate part are required while the cover plate is formed is that it will suffer less bending under the heat load. This is done by being free of the ribs on the underside. she is therefore essentially flat with a plate thickness that is significantly less than the vertical extent of the support part. Though it is also exposed to the cooling air at a lower temperature kept as their top; however, it is stabilized through the support part, the ribs of which have no significant temperature difference are exposed and therefore not bends.
- the flat design of the cover plate should according to the Invention present at least in that plate area be in front of the grate plate support.
- the cover plate and the Support part as separate pieces has the advantage that they are made of different materials corresponding to the different ones Requirements (temperature resistance, wear resistance, Toughness) and the Cover plate replaced as a wear part regardless of the support part can be.
- the two parts are only in a limited area of your longitudinal extent together in connection, while in the remaining part can support each other, but in the longitudinal direction are independent of each other.
- Rust types have proven themselves in which the rust plate carrier serves the cooling air supply (EP-A 337 383; EP-A 537 523).
- the facilities of the grate plate a cooling air supply opening for connection to a grate plate carrier include that from one to the top surrounding the grate plate support, which is formed by the support part and preferably with the Ribs is connected to transmit power.
- the cover plate and the Support part close channels for cooling air flow together from the cooling air supply opening to the top opening Cooling air outlet openings.
- the grate plate Open recesses on the top for receiving and holding contains refrigerated goods, in which at least part of the cooling air outlet openings ends, at least expediently the bottom of the recesses formed by the support part, because it - unlike the higher top of the cover plate - is not exposed to the high temperature of refrigerated goods.
- This also applies to any side walls of the depressions.
- the expansion joint between the cover plate and the bottom or the side walls of the recesses is then advantageously formed by the cooling air outlet openings. They are on the top of the cover plate and on the bottom of the support part limited and form a heat transfer barrier, thanks to which the support part the more it is freed from the influence of heat.
- the cooling air must be from the Grate plate support provided cooling air supply opening on the rear Wells are led past to the front well. In order to on the one hand this is possible without major losses and on the other hand a Largest possible surface area of the grate plate for the depressions can be provided takes the cross-sectional size of the cooling air ducts, that between two rear depressions or between a rear one Recess and a lateral plate boundary are formed, expediently from the back to the front.
- Bottom part of the grate plate namely connected to the support part by this is designed closed in front of the cooling air supply opening below. This gives you the opportunity to see the grate plate as a whole from below to assemble or disassemble, and worn or damaged Cover plates can be easily replaced.
- the devices for connecting the grate plate to a grate plate carrier Expediently include a the support edge of the support member on the Top of the grate plate support pressing device, which on the Attacks the cover plate.
- the support part it would also be possible to use the support part to clamp directly on the grate plate carrier, the connection of the Cover plate with the support part would be independent of the connection of the support part with the grate plate support; however, by the feature mentioned in the simplest way not only a connection to the grate plate carrier, but also caused between the cover plate and the support part.
- the front region of the cover plate can freely according to the invention on the Support part rest, with no positive connection between the front area of the cover plate and the support part is present. If however fears that the cover plate could warp or become certain thermal conditions undesirable on the face of the Support part could lift, holding means can be provided, the one prevent such lifting without stretching the cover plate in the direction to hinder their extension.
- the invention allows the cover plate to be replaced when worn, it is also suitable for the most wear-sensitive area of the Grate plate, namely its end face, an exchangeable wear part to provide.
- the grate plate support 1 which runs across the grate width from one or more hollow profiles is formed, is one next to each other Plurality of plates arranged, of which only one in the drawing appears.
- the top of the grate plate carrier 1 is in the area of everyone Cut out grate plate to form a cooling air supply opening 2. It is surrounded by an upper edge on which the grate plate sits. For this purpose there is a corresponding on the bottom designed, circumferential edge 4 is provided, which is close to the edge of the Grate plate carrier sits and the plate-side cooling air supply opening 5 includes. At the edge 4 includes one piece to the front Bottom 6, which runs essentially parallel to the plane of the edge 4.
- a circumferential frame rises from the edge 4 and the bottom 6 side edge strips 7, a rear edge strip 8 and a front Edge strip 9, which one to the top of the grate plate carrier 1 essentially form parallel, upper bearing surface 10 on which the flat underside the cover plate 11 rests.
- This has an essentially constant thickness, which is small in relation to the total vertical expansion of the grate plate and is preferably in the range of 10 to 20 mm.
- Your top forms, unless it is covered by a grate plate adjacent to the rear the bearing surface for the refrigerated goods bed. In the execution according to Fig. 2 it extends up to the front face 12 of the plate and is on the latter Education involved.
- the support part 3 Under its front edge, the support part 3 is the Plate a wear strip 13 curtain, the back or carries several hooks with which they are on the front edge 9 of the Support part 3 holds.
- this wear bar pulled up to the height of the top of the cover plate 11 and thus forms the end face 12 of the plate in its entirety.
- depressions 14 are provided, which are intended to receive refrigerated goods and hold on. They are cut out accordingly in the Cover plate 11 and troughs formed in the support part, which consist of a trough bottom 15 and trough walls 16 exist.
- the shape of the trough walls 16 corresponds to FIG the top view of the shape of the panel cutouts 14. You can in proportion Align vertically to the edge of the cutouts, but step in the example shown (see FIGS. 2 and 3) a little back.
- the front and rear parts of the trough walls 16 extend to the bearing surface 10 and are involved in supporting the cover plate 11. On the other hand are between the side trough walls 16 and the cover plate 11 Columns 17 formed, which serve as cooling air outlet openings.
- Another depression 18, which extends over almost the entire width of the grate plate is in the front part of the grate plate. she will below through the bottom 6 of the support part, front through the hook 19 of the Wear strip 13 and laterally and rear through trough walls 20, 21 limited.
- the trough walls 20, 21 form with the underside of the cover plate 11 a gap as an air discharge opening.
- the rear trough wall 21 runs wavy in plan view around the associated air outlet opening to give the greatest possible length.
- the side trough walls 20 run towards the side edge strips 7 of the support part slanted inside at the back to ensure the best possible inflow conditions.
- the depressions of the depressions 14 in the support part are mushroom-shaped, whereby on the one hand the cross-sectional size of the channels 22, 23 and others the cooling of the troughs is increased.
- the trough bottoms 15 are depressions 24 in the underside of the Bottom 6 of the support part is provided, in which tools during assembly or disassembly of the plates.
- cover plate 11 In the rear area of the cover plate 11 are wedge lugs on the underside thereof 25 provided in cooperation with provided on the grate plate support 1 Wedge noses 26 and clamping bolts 27 serve to fix the grate plate to the Tension the grate plate carrier and fix it in place. Since the support part 3 is thus stretched indirectly over the cover plate 11, in this way also causes a connection of the cover plate 11 to the support part 3. As well the wear bar 13 is thereby defined, since it is between the Cover plate 11 and the support part 3 is held.
- the cover plate in its rear Fixed area. Towards the front, it has a free stretch, as is clear when looking at FIG. 2.
- the lateral edge strips 7 and 7 form partially the troughs and trough walls that stiffen in the longitudinal direction Parts of the support part 3, which in the claim and in the introduction are referred to as ribs.
- the cover plate is preferably flat; however, it can be in its front Part also rising slightly from their roughly horizontal arrangement rear part be trained.
