Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Faltdach nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Faltdächer dieser Art sind vorzugsweise Ausrüstungen von fahrbaren Verkaufsständen. Wenn der Verkaufsstand in Betrieb ist, dann soll im Umkreis mit dem Faltdach ein kreisförmiger oder halbkreisförmiger Bereich abgedeckt werden. Bei Nichtgebrauch besteht die Möglichkeit, die Tragkonstruktion in den Grundrißbereich des Verkaufsstandes einzustellen.
Bei einem bekannten Faltdach der vorgenannten Art (DE-A 43 22 417) sind die Dachträger durch ein Gelenkband verbunden, das insgesamt bei dem zusammengefalteten Dach gerade in Querrichtung gehalten ist und das sich bei aufgefaltetem Dach an einer zylindrischen Säule anlegt.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht in einer Weiterentwicklung der vorgenannten Konstruktion im Hinblick auf eine konstruktive Vereinfachung.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Faltdach mit den Merkmalen nach dem Anspruch 1 gelöst.
Die Unteransprüche haben bevorzugte Ausführungsformen dieser Lösung und Varianten derselben zum Inhalt.
Die Vereinfachung des Faltdachs nach der Erfindung besteht insbesondere darin, daß für die Verbindung der Dachträger kein Gelenkband erforderlich ist sondern, daß dafür ein oder mehrere Schwenkarme vorgesehen sind, die je nach dem Zustand des Faltdaches quer ab, längs oder polygonal eingestellt werden.
Gemäß einer Weiterentwicklung können die jeweiligen Schwenkarme oder Schwenkarm-Abschnitte als Rahmen ausgebildet sein um eine größere Tragfähigkeit zu erreichen. An diesem Rahmen können auch Dachträger in Fachwerkkonstruktion angebracht werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, diese so auszubilden, daß an einem mittigen Längsträger jeweils an einer Seite Schwenkarme oder Schwenkarm-Abschnitte mit Dachträgern angebracht sein können, so daß die Möglichkeit besteht, wie bei einem rechteckigen Grundrißbereich in weitem Umfang eine Kreisfläche zu überdecken.
Gemäß der Erfindung besteht die Alternative, jeden Schwenkarm einstückig auszubilden oder ihn mit mehreren Schwenkarm-Abschnitten herzustellen, die gelenkig untereinander verbunden sind. Auf aufgefaltenem Dach werden dabei die Schwenkarm-Abschnitte in Form eines Polygons gehalten.
Im folgenden werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung beschrieben unter Bezugnahme auf die beiliegenden Zeichnungen.

Zunächst wird auf Fig. 1 Bezug genommen.
Das dargestellte Faltdach ist auf einer rechteckigen Basis aufgebracht im vorliegenden Fall auf einem Verkaufsstand 1 mit einer seitlichen Theke 2. Der Verkaufsstand ist fahrbar.
Auf dem Dach des Verkaufsstandes ist mittig ein Längsträger an zwei nebeneinanderstehenden Pfosten 10 gehalten, in einer derartigen Aufteilung, daß die Aufteilung in einen längeren Abschnitt lla und in einen kürzeren Abschnitt llb erfolgt. An jedem Pfosten 10 ist ein Schwenkarm 13 befestigt, über ein Schwenkarm-Gelenk 14.
Bei zusammengefaltetem Dach ist der Schwenkarm 13, wie die linke Hälfte zeigt, quer ab eingestellt und festgelegt. Am Schwenkarm 13 sind sieben Dachträger 15, 15a befestigt, ein mittlerer Dachträger 15a ist rechtwinklig fest angebracht, die drei Dachträger 15 jeweils an einer Seite desselben sind am Schwenkarm 13 angelenkt und in der zusammengefalteten Stellung in Längsrichtung festgelegt. Dabei hängt die Plane des Faltdaches, die nicht gezeichnet ist, zwischen den Dachträgern 15, 15a herunter. Die rechte Hälfte Fig. 1 zeigt das aufgespannte Faltdach. Dabei ist der Schwenkarm 13 im Bereich des kurzen Abschnitts 11b in Längsrichtung eingestellt und festgelegt. Die Dachträger 15 sind dabei im Bereich eines Halbkreises radial eingestellt und festgelegt, wobei die Plane des Daches etwa einen Halbkreis abdeckt. Der feste Dachträger 15a ist dabei in Querabstellung gehalten. Für die Längsstellung des Schwenkarmes 13 sind Anschläge 12 vorgesehen.
Bei 16 ist gestrichelt eine Zwischenstellung des Schwenkarmes dargestellt.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 2 sind auf dem Verkaufstand 1 im einen Endbereich zwei Pfosten 20 hintereinander vorgesehen, so daß sich dadurch ein längerer Abschnitt 21a des Längsträgers und kürzerer Abschnitt 21b desselben ergibt. Bei dieser Ausführungsform sind die Schwenkarme 23a, 23b, 23c an jeder Seite dreigeteilt und zwar in einen inneren Abschnitt 23a, einen mittleren Abschnitt 23b und einen äußeren Abschnitt 23c. Die Abschnitte untereinander sind durch Gelenke 23d verbunden, ebenso ist der innere Abschnitt 23a mit dem Pfosten 20 gelenkig verbunden.
Bei nicht aufgespanntem Dach sind, wie linksseitig dargestellt, die drei Abschnitte des Schwenkarmes gerade quereingestellt und die zugeordneten Dachträger 24, 24a stehen in Längsrichtung nebeneinander im Bereich des langen Abschnitts. An jedem Schwenkarm-Abschnitt sind drei Dachträger befestigt, der mittlere Dachträger 24a ist im Winkel von 90° fest angebracht, die beiden anderen Dachträger 24 sind angelenkt. In dieser Stellung sind die Schwenkarm-Abschnitte 23a, 23b, 23c und die Dachträger 24, 24a wie dargestellt festgelegt.
Die aufgespannte Stellung des Faltdaches zeigt die rechte Hälfte von Fig. 2. Dabei sind die drei Schwenkarm-Abschnitte 23a, 23b, 23c im Bereich des kurzen Abschnitts 11b in Form eines Polygons aufgestellt, wobei diese Stellung durch Anschläge 22 bestimmt ist.
Die Dachträger 24, 24a stehen dabei radial im Bereich eines Halbkreises, so daß durch die aufgespannte Plane ein Halbkreis überdeckt wird. Bei jedem Schwenkarm-Abschnitt 23a, 23b, 23c steht der mittlere Dachträger 24a quer ab zum Schwenkarm-Abschnitt, die gelenkig befestigten Dachträger 24 sind entsprechend radial geschwenkt.

Claims (8)

  1. Faltdach mit einer Plane, die von Dachträgern (15, 15a, 24, 24a) getragen wird, wobei diese derart frei tragend gelenkig verbunden sind, daß sie bei gefalteter Plane in einem rechteckigen Bereich parallel nebeneinander und zum Aufspannen der Plane fächerartig einstellbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch die nachfolgend genannten weiteren Merkmale:
    Es sind Dachträger (15, 24) gelenkig an einem Schwenkarm (13; 23a, 23b, 23c) befestigt, wobei der Schwenkarm (13; 23a; 23b; 23c) gelenkig an einem Pfosten (10, 20) gehalten ist;
    zwecks Zusammenfaltung der Plane sind der Schwenkarm (13; 23a, 23b, 23c) in eine Querstellung und die Dachträger (15, 24) in eine Längsstellung einstellbar;
    zwecks Aufspannung des Faltdaches ist der Schwenkarm (13; 23a, 23b, 23c) wenigstens abschnittsweise in eine Längsstellung und Dachträger (15, 15a, 24, 24a) in eine Radialstellung einstellbar.
  2. Faltdach nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Dachträger (15a, 24a) vorgesehen sind, die fest an dem Schwenkarm (13; 23a, 23b, 23c) befestigt sind.
  3. Faltdach nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Mitte eines rechteckigen Bereiches ein Längsträger (11) an einem Pfosten (10) gehalten ist derart, daß ein langer Abschnitt (11a) des Längsträgers und ein kurzer Abschnitt (11b) desselben entsteht, daß an jeder Seite des Pfostens ein Schwenkarm (13) angelenkt ist, und daß bei aufgespannter Plane und radial stehenden Dachträgern (15, 15a) der Schwenkarm (13) in Längsrichtung im Bereich des kurzen Abschnitts eingestellt ist.
  4. Faltdach nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schwenkarm (23) in mehrere gelenkig miteinander verbundene Abschnitte (23a, 23b, 23c) eingeteilt ist, und daß diese Abschnitte bei aufgefaltenem Dach im Bereich des kurzen Abschnitts (11b) in Form eines Polygons gehalten sind.
  5. Faltdach nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei jedem Schwenkarm (13) oder Schwenkarm-Abschnitt ein mittlerer Dachträger (15a, 24a) in T-Anordnung befestigt ist.
  6. Faltdach nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkarme (13) oder Schwenkarm-Abschnitte (23a, 23b, 23c) als Rahmen ausgebildet sind.
  7. Faltdach nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dachträger (15, 15a, 24, 24a) in Fachwerkkonstruktion ausgebildet sind.
  8. Faltdach nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich des kurzen Abschnitts die Polygonstellung der Schwenkarm-Abschnitte (23a, 23b, 23c) durch Anschläge (22) festgelegt ist.
