Claims (10)
- Schienenanordnung, bestehend ausdadurch gekennzeichnet, daßzwei Schienen, insbesondere Rillenschienen (2, 2'), die elastisch gelagert sind;Spurstangen (6) sowieeiner Fahrbahndecke (1) aus Beton, die Dehnfugen (4) aufweist;die Spurstangen (6) innerhalb der Dehnfugen (4) angeordnet sind ,wobei die Spurstangen mit einem Körper (5) aus elastomerem Werkstoff umgeben sind, und zwar unter gleichzeitiger Schließung der Dehnfugen.
- Schienenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastomerkörper (5) einstückig ausgebildet ist, und zwar unter Vorhandensein einer strangförmig verlaufenden Hohlkammer (7) für die Aufnahme der Spurstange (6).
- Schienenanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlkammer (7) einen größeren Raumbedarf hat als die Spurstange (6) selbst.
- Schienenanordnung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastomerkörper (5) mit der Spurstange (6) verklebt ist (Klebeflächen (11, 11').
- Schienenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastomerkörper (5) mit zusätzlichen strangförmig verlaufenden Hohlkammern (8, 9, 10) ausgestattet ist.
- Schienenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastomerkörper (5) im Querschnitt gesehen keilförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schienenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastomerkörper (5) aus witterungs- und alterungsbeständigem Werkstoff besteht, insbesondere auf der Basis von Styrol-Butadien-Kautschuk (SBR).
- Schienenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastomerkörper (5) elektrisch isolierend ist.
- Schienenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für den Elastomerkörper (5) folgende Parameter gelten:
Shore-Härte 50 - 65 Zugfestigkeit > 8 N/mm2 Bruchdehnung > 300 % - Schienenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Elastomerkörper (5) in Höhe des Untergußes (13) beginnt.
