Claims (14)
- Gleitschleifanlage mit einem Schleifmittel beinhaltenden Behälter und einer Werkstück-Aufnahmeeinrichtung, an der mindestens ein Werkstück an mindestens einem, drehbar gelagerten Werkstückträger lösbar befestigt ist, wobei der Behälter (5) zum Einbringen/Entnehmen des Werkstücks (20) nach oben hin offen ist, eine Verstelleinrichtung (3) für eine im wesentlichen vertikale Relativbewegung zwischen der Werkstück-Aufnahmeeinrichtung (13) und dem Behälter (5) zum Eintauchen des Werkstücks (20) in das beziehungsweise Herausziehen des Werkstücks (20) aus dem Schleifmittel (7) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels einer Steuereinrichtung (31) eine definierte, aus der Relativbewegung/Relativstellung zwischen Werkstück-Aufnahmeeinrichtung (13) und Behälter (5) mechanisch abgeleitete Drehbewegung des Werkstückträgers (19) im Schleifmittel (7) erfolgt.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkstückträger (19) um eine horizontale Achse (Drehachse (48)) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (31) eine Wendebewegung, insbesondere um 180°, des Werkstückträgers (19) durchführt.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (3) zur Durchführung der Relativbewegung den Behälter (5) vertikal verfährt.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuereinrichtung (31) ein am Behälter (5) angreifendes Abtastglied (33) aufweist, dessen durch die Relativbewegung erfolgende Verstellung die Drehbewegung des Werkstückträgers (19) bewirkt.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtastglied (33) eine verschieblich gelagerte Schubstange (30) ist.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das freie Schubstangenende (Ende (35)) mit dem Boden (10) des Behälters (5) zusammenwirkt.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (5) eine ringförmige, im Schleifmittel (7) liegende Anlageerhöhung (61) für das Schubstangenende (Ende (35)) aufweist.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (30) eine Verzahnung (43) aufweist, die mit einem Zahnrad (52) kämmt, das mit dem Werkstückträger (19) drehfest gekoppelt ist.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (30) zumindest abschnittsweise im Innern (29) des Profilrohrs (15) angeordnet ist.
- Gleitschleifanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Außenquerschnitt des Profilrohrs (15) hinsichtlich der Schleifmittelbeaufschlagung stromlinienförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Gleitschleifen von mindestens einem Werkstück, das an einem drehbar gelagerten Werkstückträger lösbar befestigt ist und mittels einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Beschickungsbewegung in ein Schleifmittel eingebracht beziehungsweise aus diesem wieder herausbewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Werkstück eine definierte, aus der Beschickungsbewegung mechanisch abgeleitete Drehbewegung im Schleifmittel durchführt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Drehbewegung eine Wendebewegung durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wendebewegung des Werkstückträgers derart erfolgt, daß die vor der Wendung dem Boden des Behälters zugewandte Werkstückfläche nach der Wendung dem Boden abgewandt liegt.
