Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen mit Wasser füllbaren Behälter zur Aufnahme von Blumen, Zweigen, Gräsern u. dgl. gemäß dem Oberbegriff des einzigen Anspruchs. Im Inneren des Behälters (3) sind mehrere Röhrchen (1) angeordnet, die senkrecht zur Unterseite des Behälters befestigt werden. Die Röhrchen haben am unteren Ende seitliche Öffnungen (2) für die Wasserversorgung der Pflanzen. Die Kontrolle des Wasserstandes ist beim fertigen Gesteck mit einem Blick möglich. Außerdem ist die Form und Ausdruckskraft des Gesteckes durch kein Steckhilfsmittel beeinträchtigt.
Aus dem japanischen Ikebana sind sogenannte Kenzan (Blumenigel) bekannt, die in Wassergefäßen geeigneter Größe gestellt werden müssen und zur Arretierung von Blumen oder Pflanzenteilen dienen. Der Kenzan besteht aus einer metallischen Grundplatte (Blei, Antimon), die aufgrund ihres hohen Gewichtes ein Umstürzen der gesteckten Anordnung verhindert. Viele darin eingelassene Nadelstifte halten die Pflanzenteile. Der Kenzan kann nur relativ kurzstielige Blumen aufnehmen und ist deshalb nur für kleine Gestecke geeignet. Die restlichen unbenützten Nadelstifte muß man mit einem geeigneten Material verdecken.
Außerdem benutzt man zum Stecken von Blumen etc. ein Material, das aus weichem Kunststoff besteht und im Handel unter dem Namen "Moosy" erhältlich ist. In dieses Material können Blumenteile hineingesteckt werden. Es ist sehr leicht und vorwiegend für kleine Gestecke geeignet. Größere Gestecke sind schwierig herzustellen, da die Gefahr des Kippens des Gesteckes zunimmt. Außerdem ist stets ein zusätzlicher Behälter für Wasser notwendig, in dem das beschriebene Material mit Blumen hineingestellt wird. Von Nachteil ist, daß die Wiederverwendbarkeit begrenzt ist und nur kurzstielige Blumen einsteckbar sind.
Weiterhin sind halbkugelförmige Gebilde bekannt, in denen radial verlaufende Vertiefungen geringen Durchmessers zur Aufnahme von Wasser und Blumen angeordnet sind. Es können einerseits nur relativ kurzstielige Blumen eingesteckt werden und andererseits muß das Wasser oft ergänzt werden. Eine Kontrolle des Füllstandes ist kaum möglich.
Außerdem sind diverse Einsätze für Vasen, Gefäße, etc. bekannt, siehe z. B. die US-PS-1 770 962 (M. T. Westheimer), die US-PS 706 258 (B. D. Sanders), die US-PS-1 857 140 (E. W. Carpenter) und die GB-PS 224 053 (T. Hamilton), die hülsenförmige Führungen für die Blumenstengel aufweisen, jedoch kompliziert handhabbar sind, da einerseits die Stengel in der Höhe nicht fixierbar sind bzw. am Hülsenboden keine Aufstandsfläche haben, andererseits diese Einsätze allesamt instabil sind, da sie mit dem Wassergefäß nicht fix befestigt sind. Weiters ist es unpraktisch, solche Einsätze mit gesteckten Blumen in das Wassergefäß einzubringen.
Weiters ist aus der US-A-1596716 (Clarke) eine Blumensteckschale bekannt, die in einem mit der Schale fest verbundenen Einsatzteil röhrenartige Bohrungen aufweist, die an deren Unterseite in eine gemeinsame, wassergefüllte Kammer münden. In der als nächstliegender Stand der Technik angesehenen NL-A-7010834 (Vermeulen) wird eine Blumensteckschale aus Kunststoff gezeigt, bei der Kunststoffröhrchen mit seitlichen Öffnungen flexibel mit einem Einsatz für die Schale verbunden sind. Weiters ist aus dem Gebrauchsmuster DE-U-7244771 (Riess et. al.) eine Vorrichtung zum Stecken von Blumensträußen für Vasen oder Schalen bekannt, die ebenfalls komplett aus Kunststoff besteht. In einer nach oben gewölbten Einsatzplatte werden geschlitzte Kunststoffröhrchen in Bohrungen eingesteckt.
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, einen gattungsgemäßen Behälter so auszubilden, daß ein stabiler Halt der Stengel gegeben ist um auch bei größeren Gestecken ein Kippen des Behälters zu vermeiden. Dies wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs erreicht. Die Einrichtung ist so ausgebildet, daß der dekorative Charakter einer keramischen Vase oder Steckschale gegeben ist.
In der Figur 1 ist schematisch ein vertikaler Schnitt des erfindungsgemäßen Blumenbehälters dargestellt und Figur 2 zeigt die Draufsicht auf den Behälter.

Claims (1)

  1. Ein mit Wasser füllbarer Behälter (3) zur Aufnahme von Blumen, Zweigen, Gräsern und Pflanzen, wobei im Inneren des Behälters (3) mehrere Röhrchen (1) angeordnet sind, an deren unteren Enden seitlich Öffnungen (2) ausgebildet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Röhrchen senkrecht zur Unterseite des Behälters mit dem Behälter fix befestigt sind.
