Abstract

Eine Klappliege besteht aus einem Untergestell mit V-förmig nach unten gespreizten Beinen, einem von diesem aufgenommenen Sitzteil, einer schwenkbaren Rückenlehne, einer schwenkbaren Beinauflage und zwei Armauflagen, die einerseits an der Rückenlehne angelenkt, andererseits an dem Untergestell zur Positionierung der Rückenlehne einrastbar sind. Bei einer solchen Liege weist die Beinauflage an ihrer Unterseite und das Untergestell Rastmittel zur gesonderten Positionierung der Beinauflage auf.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappliege, bestehend aus einem Untergestell mit V-förmig nach unten gespreizten Beinen, einem von diesem aufgenommenen Sitzteil, einer schwenkbaren Rückenlehne, einer schwenkbaren Beinauflage und zwei Armauflagen die einerseits an der Rückenlehne angelenkt, andererseits an dem Untergestell zur Positionierung der Rückenlehne in verschiedenen Positionen einrastbar sind.
  • Klappliegen dieser Art, die auch als Relaxliegen bezeichnet werden, werden insbesondere im Freien als Gartenmöbel verwendet. Sie bestehen in der Regel aus gespritzten Kunststoffteilen, nämlich Profilen für das Untergestell und die Armlehnen sowie flächigen, profilierten Teilen für das Sitzteil, die Rückenlehne und die Beinauflage. Das Untergestell ist klappbar, wobei das Sitzteil -am Untergestell zwangsgeführt- mit in die Klapplage wandert und dabei die Rückenlehne mit den Armauflagen sowie die Beinauflage dieser Bewegung folgen.
  • Bei den bekannten Klappliegen ist die am Untergestell oder an dem Sitzteil schwenkbar gelagerte Rückenlehne über die Armauflagen am Untergestell abgestützt und mittels einer entsprechenden Rasteinrichtung in verschiedenen Positionen feststellbar. Zu diesem Zweck weisen die Armauflagen an ihrer Unterseite mehrere hintereinander angeordnete Rastmittel auf, die mit einer Rastnase am Untergestell zusammenwirken. Durch Anheben der Armauflagen kann die Rückenlehne in die gewünschte Position gebracht werden. Dabei nehmen die Armlehnen mit zunehmender Neigung der Rückenlehne eine zunehmend nach hinten und unten geneigte Position ein.
  • Die Beinauflage folgt dieser Bewegung, also aus einer abgeklappten Sitzposition in eine etwa horizontale Liegeposition durch einen zweigliedrigen Lenker, der einerseits an der Beinauflage, andererseits an der Rückenlehne angehängt ist. Es ist also zwischen Rückenlehne und Beinauflage eine Zwangsführung vorhanden.
  • Ferner sind Klappliegen bekannt, bei denen die Beinauflage frei schwenkbar gelagert ist und über eigene, an ihr schwenkbar gelagerte Beine am Boden abgestützt wird. Die Beinauflage läßt sich nur in eine horizontale Position bringen oder nach unten abklappen. Zudem ist das Positionieren umständlich.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Gebrauchseigenschaften einer solchen Klappliege zu verbessern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Beinauflage an ihrer Unterseite und das Untergestell Rastmittel zur Potionierung der Beinauflage aufweist.
  • Durch die Erfindung ist die Beinauflage von der Rückenlehne entkoppelt und kann unabhängig von dieser verstellt werden, so daß also Sitzpositionen mit angehobener Beinauflage oder Liegepositionen mit abgeklappter Beinauflage möglich sind. Damit werden die möglichen Positionen um ein Vielfaches erweitert.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist vorgesehen, daß die Beinauflage wenigstens eine an ihr angelenkte Rastleiste mit mehreren an ihrer Unterseite angeordneten Rastvertiefungen und das Untergestell eine mit diesen zusammenwirkende Rastnase aufweist. Dabei ist die Rastleiste vorzugsweise als U- oder als Winkelprofil ausgebildet, um die Rastvertiefungen abzudecken und um Verletzungen zu vermeiden.
  • Eine bevorzugte Ausführung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Beinauflage an gegenüberliegenden Seiten je eine Rastleiste aufweist, die mit je einer Rastnase an den Vorderbeinen des Untergestells zusammenwirken.
  • Hierdurch wird die Beinauflage über ihre gesamte Breite stabilisiert und läßt sich problemlos in die verschiedenen Positionen verstellen.
  • Dabei ist von Vorteil, wenn die Rastvertiefungen unter dem Gewicht der Beinauflage formschlüssig mit den Rastnasen zusammenwirken und durch Anheben der Beinauflage automatisch entrasten.
  • Um die Beinauflage aus der gestreckten in die abgeklappte Lage zu bringen, werden die beiden Rastleisten beiderseits der Liege erfaßt und angehoben und in der gewünschten Position wieder abgesenkt. In dieser Position ist dann die Beinauflage aufgrund ihres Eigengewichts und während der Benutzung aufgrund der Belastung durch die Beine blockiert. Das Verstellen aus der abklappten in die gestreckte Lage erfolgt durch einfaches Hochziehen der Beinauflage, wobei die Rastleisten jeweils automatisch in die Rastnase einfallen.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung anhand einer in der Zeichnung in schematischer Seitenansicht gezeigter Ausführungsform beschrieben.
  • Die Zeichnung gibt eine Ansicht auf die Innenseite des Untergestells 1 wieder. Dieses besteht aus V-förmig nach unten gespreizten Hinterbeinen 2 und Vorderbeinen 3, die an einer gemeinsamen Klappachse 4 gelagert und ferner durch Querholme 5, 6 ausgesteift sind. Die Klappliege weist ferner ein Sitzteil 7, eine Rückenlehne 8 und eine Beinauflage 9 auf. Die Rückenlehne 8 ist bei 10 und die Beinauflage 9 bei 11 am Sitzteil 7 schwenkbar gelagert. Das Sitzteil 7 wiederum sitzt auf einem Querrohr 12 und ist mit einem Zapfen 13 in dem abgewinkelten Teil eines Führungsschlitzes 14 an den Hinterbeinen 2 des Untergestells 1 abgestützt. Die Schlitzführung 14 dient beim Zusammenklappen der Liege zur Führung des Sitzteils in die Klappstellung.
  • An der Rückenlehne sind bei 15 Armauflagen 16 gelagert, die an ihrer Unterseite mit Rastaufnahmen versehen sind, die ihrerseits mit einer Rastnase am Untergestell 1 zusammenwirken, so daß sich die Rückenlehne 8 durch Anheben der Armauflage 16 aus der etwa senkrechten Sitzposition 8 über beliebige Zwischenlagen 8' in die Liegeposition 8'' neigen läßt.
  • An der Beinauflage 9 ist bei 18 an beiden Seiten eine Rastleiste 17 angelenkt, die als U- oder Winkelprofil ausgebildet ist und eine Reihe von nach unten offenen Rastvertiefungen 19 mit Rastnasen 20 aufweist. An den Vorderbeinen 3 des Untergestells 1 ist eine Rastnase 21 angeformt, die in der Raststellung hinter die Nasen 20 greift. Unter dem Eigengewicht bzw. unter zusätzlicher Belastung verharrt die Rastleiste 17 in der arretierten Position. Durch Anheben wird die Verrastung freigegeben und läßt sich die Beinauflage 9 aus der Strecklage über beliebige Zwischenlagen 9' in die übliche Sitzposition 9'' schwenken. Aus dieser Position wiederum kann die Beinauflage allein durch Anheben hochgeschwenkt werden, wobei die Rastleiste 17 am Ende der Bewegung an der Rastnase 21 einfällt.

Claims (5)

  1. Klappliege, bestehend aus einem Untergestell mit V-förmig nach unten gespreizten Beinen, einem von diesem aufgenommenen Sitzteil, einer schwenkbaren Rückenlehne, einer schwenkbaren Beinauflage und zwei Armauflagen die einerseits an der Rückenlehne angelenkt, andererseits an dem Untergestell zur Positionierung der Rückenlehne einrastbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinauflage (9) an ihrer Unterseite und das Untergestell (1) Rastmittel (19, 20, 21) zur gesonderten Positionierung der Beinauflage aufweist.
  2. Klappliege nach Anpruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinauflage (9) wenigstens eine an ihr angelenkte Rastleiste (17) mit mehreren an ihrer Unterseite angeordneten Rastvertiefungen (19) und das Untergestell (1) eine mit diesen zusammenwirkende Rastnase (21) aufweist.
  3. Klappliege nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastleiste (17) als U- oder Winkelprofil ausgebildet ist.
  4. Klappliege nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beinauflage (9) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten je eine Rastleiste (9) aufweist, die mit je einer Rastnase (21) an den Vorderbeinen (3) des Untergestellts (1) zusammenwirken.
  5. Klappliege nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastvertiefungen (19) unter dem Gewicht der Beinauflage (9) formschlüssig mit den Rastnasen (21) zusammenwirken und durch Anheben der Beinauflage (9) automatisch entrasten.
