Claims (3)

  1. Pince à sertir les embouts de filerie, douilles de contact ou cosses sur des conducteurs électriques au moyen de mâchoires sertisseuses disposées dans la partie tête de la pince, portant le profil de sertissage et exécutant l'opération,
    qui sont logées orientables sur des axes (21) traversants dans la partie tête de la pince (4) et fixées axialement,
    qui toutes forment en commun une ouverture de sertissage modulable dans sa section et qui sont ceintes par un levier pivotant (16) commandant leur entraínement,
    qui reçoivent le levier pivotant sur leurs surfaces périphériques extérieures tout en assurant son centrage et son entraínement dans un profil en cannelures (19) et qui peuvent être amenées respectivement en et hors position de sertissage moyennant un mouvement de commande initié par le système à genouillère, lui-même actionné par les manches (5, 6),
    à savoir qu'il est créé dans la pince à sertir, pour maítriser les différences de calibrage des profils à sertir et les différentes courses de sertissage que cela implique, disposée entre les manches (5: 6) et les mâchoires sertisseuses, une compensation force-trajet entre les éléments de transmission de force, intervenant automatiquement au cours de l'opération de sertissage, par ex, à l'initiative de ressorts, à savoir que dans la zone de leur profil de sertissage, les mâchoires sertisseuses (18) sont constituées respectivement d'une surface de sertissage (22) et d'une surface de glissement (23) et que les surfaces de sertissage (22) de toutes les mâchoires sertisseuses (18) forment à l'intérieur de leur calibre de sertissage modulable, dans toutes les positions de sertissage, un profil de forme fermée, par ex. à quatre ou six pans, en quoi la verticale médiane (25) tracée sur la droite allant de l'angle respectif du profil vers le centre (26) de ce profil, constitue avec le cercle primitif sélectionné pour les axes de logement (25), l'axe de rotation ou de pivotement des mâchoires sertisseuses (18) et à savoir que les surfaces de glissement (23) des mâchoires sertisseuses (18) sont amenées en contact plan avec les surfaces de sertissage (22) des mâchoires (18) adjacentes et se situent respectivement dans le prolongement des surfaces de sertissage adjacentes et à savoir que du fait de sa réduction de section configurée dans sa portion centrale sous forme d'un rétrécissement (7) ainsi que par le levier à ressort (9) intégré et fixé sur lui, amené en liaison active avec un bras de levier du système à genouillère (12), le manche fixe (6) est étudié comme ressort pour la compensation force-trajet entre les éléments de transmission de force.
  2. Pince à sertir selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que sur leur surface de sertissage (22), les mâchoires sertisseuses (18) sont profilées de sorte qu'il en résulte sur les surfaces serties (29) des embouts de filerie (30) au choix un profil périphérique ou déporté, à savoir que le profil possède une forme de base triangulaire (31) dont les pointes (32) sont arrondies.
