Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de surveillance de l'allumage et de la flamme pour une installation de brûleur et de chauffage comprenant:
    a) un brûleur principal (MB) et une vanne de brûleur principal (MV1) associée;
    b) un brûleur d'allumage (PB) et une vanne de brûleur d'allumage (PV) associée;
    c) un dispositif d'allumage (IG, ZE) associé au brûleur d'allumage;
    caractérisé en ce que
    d) une sonde de flamme (FE) pénétrant dans la zone de flamme (F) du brûleur principal (MB) met à l'arrêt le dispositif d'allumage (IG) en cas de présence de la flamme (F),
    e) la sonde de flamme (FE) surveille la flamme (F) du brûleur principal (MB) et fournit, en cas de présence de la flamme du brûleur principal, un signal fermant la vanne de brûleur d'allumage (PV),
    f) une horloge (ZG) recevant également le signal de sortie de la sonde de flamme (FE, FV), arrête l'installation après l'expiration d'un intervalle de temps prédéterminé à partir de l'ouverture de la vanne de brûleur d'allumage (PV), si une flamme de brûleur principal (F) n'a pas été détectée jusqu'à l'expiration de cet intervalle de temps,
    g) la vanne de brûleur principal (MV1) et l'horloge (ZG) sont raccordées à une source de courant d'alimentation (V) par l'intermédiaire d'un interrupteur de besoin en chaleur (WB); et
    h) la vanne de brûleur d'allumage (PV) et le dispositif d'allumage (IG) sont raccordés à l'interrupteur de besoin en chaleur (WB), par l'intermédiaire d'un interrupteur à contact de repos (RK) commandé par le signal de sortie de la sonde de flamme (FE, FV) et s'ouvrant en cas de présence de la flamme de brûleur principal (F).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'horloge (ZG) agit sur un interrupteur de sécurité (SI, si) pouvant être remis en position initiale uniquement à la main et placé dans la ligne d'alimentation en courant pour le dispositif de surveillance de l'allumage et de la flamme.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le contact (si) de l'interrupteur de sécurité (SI) est monté en série avec l'interrupteur de besoin en chaleur (WB), entre la source de courant d'alimentation (V) et la vanne de brûleur principal (MV1).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée d'alimentation en courant de l'horloge (ZG), le contact fixe de l'interrupteur à contact de repos (RK) et la vanne de brûleur principal (MV1) sont raccordés à l'interrupteur de besoin en chaleur (WB).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'en amont de la vanne de brûleur principal (MV1) est placée une seconde vanne (MV2), et la conduite allant à la vanne de brûleur d'allumage (PV) est dérivée d'un piquage entre ces deux vannes.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enroulement d'excitation (E2) de la seconde vanne est également raccordé au point de connexion entre l'interrupteur à contact de repos (RK) et le contact (si) de l'interrupteur de sécurité.
