Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Kräuseln von synthetischen Fadenscharen, -bündeln oder -bändern mit einem Preßwalzenpaar (1, 2) und einer diesem nachgeschalteten Stauchkammer, die aus zwei parallel zu den Achsen der Walzen ausgerichteten Platten (4, 5), von denen ggf. eine (5) zumindest zum Teil gegen die andere zur Verkleinerung des Kammerraumes (3) verschwenkbar ist, und zwei bis zum Preßwalzenspalt (8) hin den Kammerraum begrenzenden Seitenwänden (6, 7) besteht, in denen in Höhe des Preßwalzenspaltes (8) jeweils eine den Randbereichen der Walzenstirnflächen zugeordnete, von einer Verstelleinheit z. B. mit einem Druck gegen die Walzenstirnflächen beaufschlagte, im allgemeinen zylinderförmig geschnittene; mit einer Verschleißschicht versehene Druckscheibe (9, 10) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckscheibe (9, 10) aus einer Trägerscheibe (11) und einem an dieser austauschbar befestigten Verschleißelement (12) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (12) ebenfalls als Scheibe ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (12) als ein die Trägerscheibe abdeckender Deckel geformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (12) mindestens den gleichen Durchmesser aufweist wie die Trägerscheibe (11).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (12) eine ebene Verschleißwandung und zumindest teilweise rundum einen aufgerichteten Flanschrand (13) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (12) im Bereich des Flanschrandes (13) mit der Trägerscheibe (11) drehfest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (12) lediglich auf die Trägerscheibe (11) lösbar aufgesteckt und durch Mitnehmer (15) an der Trägerscheibe (11) drehfest gehalten ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur drehfesten Verbindung der Flanschrand (13) verwendet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzeugung der drehfesten Verbindung die Trägerscheibe (11) am radialen Umfang ortsfeste Mitnehmer (15) aufweist, die in Ausnehmungen des Flanschrandes (13) des Verschleißelementes (12) eingreifen oder umgekehrt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerscheibe (11) im Bereich des Flanschrandes (13) des aufgesteckten Verschleißelementes (12) rundum eine Nut (14) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschleißelement (11) aus einem Blech eines Verschleißmaterials gestanzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Stanzvorgang der zylinderförmige Randbereich des Verschleißdeckels aufgebogen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerscheibe (11) aus einem harten, aber porösen Material hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägerscheibe (11) aus einem Sintermaterial hergestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die über die Fläche des Verschleißelementes (12) poröse Trägerscheibe (11) durch ein Fluid gekühlt ist.
