Claims (13)
- Fachwerkplatte aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff bestehend aus drei in jeweils vorgegebenem Abstand parallel zueinander angeordneten Gurten (2-4), von denen ein Mittelgurt (4) zwischen einem Ober- und einem Untergurt (2,3) angeordnet ist, und
zwischen den Gurten (2-4) verlaufenden schrägen Stegen (5) zur Verbindung und Beabstandung der Gurte (2-4), wobei die Stege (5) - im Querschnitt gesehen - im Zickzack zwischen Obergurt (2) und Untergurt (3) verlaufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Fachwerkplatte (1) mit Ausnahme der randseitigen Außenstege (10) keine lotrecht zwischen gegenüberliegenden Gurten (2-4) verlaufende Vertikalstege sondern nur schräge Stege (5) aufweist und daß jeder Schrägsteg (5) genau einen Kreuzungspunkt (9) mit dem Mittelgurt (4) aufweist, die Schrägstege (5) sich jedoch nicht kreuzen. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie asymmetrisch bezüglich einer Spiegelung an der Mittelgurtebene ist. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie aus PC, Acrylglas oder Polyolefin besteht. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie aus Acrylglas besteht. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dicke A der Platte, gemessen von Oberseite des Obergurts (2) zur Unterseite des Untergurts (3), ca. 32 mm beträgt. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand E zwischen zwei Gurten in vertikaler Richtung so bemessen ist, daß Hohlkammern (7, 8) mit laminarem Luftströmungsverhalten ohne Turbulenzen entstehen. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der vertikale Abstand E zwischen zwei Gurten, jeweils von Oberfläche zur gegenüberliegenden Oberfläche, ca. 14 mm beträgt. - Fachwerkplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Mittelgurt (4) ca. 1/3 der Dicke von Obergurt (2) oder Untergurt (3) aufweist. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Mittelgurt (4) ca. 0,5 mm dick und der Obergurt (2) und Untergurt (3) jeweils ca. 1,5 mm dick sind. - Fachwerkplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die schräglaufenden Stege (5) einen Winkel von ca. 60 ° mit der Fachwerkplatte (1) bilden. - Fachwerkplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der k-Wert der Fachwerkplatte (1) < 2,4, bevorzugt < 1,9, besonders bevorzugt 1,7 W/m2K ist. - Fachwerkplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 4 - 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sie bis zu einer Belastung von 1200 N/m2 pfettenfrei verlegbar ist. - Fachwerkplatte nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Dicke A der Platte, gemessen von Oberseite des Obergurts (2) zur Unterseite des Untergurts (3) ca. 16 mm beträgt.
