Description
- Durch die Verschlußklappe geht kein Ladevolumen verloren,
- auch bei beengten Platzverhältnissen ist die Verschlußklappe gut zu öffnen,
- Bedienungsfreundlichkeit (Einhandbedienung) bei ergonomisch günstiger Anbringung der Griffhöhe,
- keine zusätzliche Verriegelung erforderlich, da diese durch die Gasfeder sichergestellt ist,
- gute Torsionssteifigkeit auch bei langen Klappen bis 1,50 und 0,35 cm Höhe, auch bei einseitigem Angriff.

Claims (4)
- Verschlußklappe mit einer Parallelogramm-Aufhängung und zumindest einer Feder zur Unterstützung der Schwenkbewegung und zum Halten der Klappe (3) in den Endstellungen, welche Parallelogramm-Aufhängung zwei beidseitig der Verschlußklappe angeordnete Aufnahmeplatten (9) zur Befestigung an die Seitenwände der durch die Verschlußklappe abzuschließenden Zelle sowie jeweils zwei an diese Aufnahmeplatten (9) angeschlossene Parallelogrammlenker (5,6), nämlich einen oberen (6) und einen unteren (5) aufweist, von denen die oberen durch eine Versteifungsstange verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daßdie Aufnahmeplatten (9) zur Befestigung mit Abstand an die Seitenwände der Zelle ausgebildet sind,daß die unteren Parallelogrammlenker (5) und die Feder (13) an die Außenseite der Aufnahmeplatten (9), d.h. im Zwischenraum der Aufnahmeplatte (9) und der der Aufnahmeplatte (9) zugewandten Seitenwand, angeschlossend sind, unddaß die an die Innen- oder die Außenseiten der Aufnahmeplatten (9) angelenkten oberen Parallelogrammlenker (6) in Ausfluchtung zu ihren Anlenkstelle an die Aufnahmeplatten (9) durch ein torsionssteifes Rohr (18) als Versteifungsstange verbunden sind, das beim Einbau in die Zelle dicht unterhalb von deren Oberseite zu liegen kommt. - Verschlußklappe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an die Außenseiten der Aufnahmeplatten (9) Abstandshalter (11,12) befestigt sind. - Verschlußklappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Feder eine einseitig wirkende Gasfeder (13) eingebaut ist, die so zwischen Aufnahmeplatte (9) und oberem Parallelogrammlenker (6) angelenkt ist, daß ihre Wirkungslinie (16) in der Schließstellung und in der Offenstellung der Verschlußklappe (3) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten der Totpunktlinie (Verbindungslinie (17) zwischen Anlenkpunkt (14) Gasfeder und Schwenkachse (8) Parallelogrammlenker) liegt. - Unterbaukasten für Servicefahrzeuge, insbesondere zum Umbauen von Radkästen, mit einer Verschlußklappe (3) und Aufhängung (5-9) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
