Claims (6)
- Rohrreinigungsmaschine (1) für den Antrieb von Federwellen durch eine mit einem Antriebsmotor (8) verbundene Hohlwelle (4), die in einem Maschinengehäuse (2) gelagert ist und auf eine Rotationskupplung (13) mit mindestens zwei Kupplungsbacken (28, 29) einwirkt, die radial und axial beweglich in von parallelen Flächen (24, 25) begrenzten Ausnehmungen (23) eines mit der Hohlwelle (4) drehbaren Backenhalters (14) gelagert sind und unter dem Einfluß einer Steuereinrichtung (16) an die Federwelle anpreßbar sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlwelle (4) an ihrem einen Ende verdrehfest mit einem auf dem Umfang zumindest im wesentlichen geschlossenen Kupplungsgehäuse (9) größeren Innendurchmessers verbunden ist als der Innendurchmesser der Hohlwelle (4) und daß der Backenhalter (14) mit den Kupplungsbacken (28, 29) verdrehfest, aber in axialer Richtung herausnehmbar in dem Kupplungsgehäuse (9) gelagert ist.
- Rohrreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Backenhalter (14) durch eine Bajonett-Verbindung (21) im Kupplungsgehäuse (9) festlegbar ist.
- Rohrreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Kupplungsgehäuse (9) zumindest auf dem größten Teil seiner Länge im Maschinengehäuse (2) untergebracht ist.
- Rohrreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Drehlager (11) zwischen dem Kupplungsgehäuse (9) und dem Maschinengehäuse (2) angeordnet ist.
- Rohrreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) der Backenhalter (14) für jede Kupplungsbacke (28, 29) zwei Führungskörper (30, 31) aufweist, die quer durch die Ausnehmungen (23) hindurchgeführt und auf beiden Seiten der jeweiligen Ausnehmung (23) im Backenhalter (14) gelagert sind,b) die Kupplungsbacken (28, 29) je eine erste Schrägfläche (32) für die Anlage am ersten Führungskörper (30) und ein quer zur Hohlwelle (4) verlaufendes, durchgehendes Langloch (33) aufweisen, dessen eine Fläche eine zweite Schrägfläche (34) für die Anlage an dem zweiten Führungskörper (31) ist, wobei die beiden Schrägflächen (32, 34) parallel zueinander verlaufen, undc) die Steuereinrichtung (16) durch achsparallele Stößel (41, 42) auf die Kupplungsbacken (28, 29) einwirkt.
- Rohrreinigungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungsbacken (28, 29), ausgehend von ihrer Reibungsfläche (37), mittig je eine Sackbohrung (38) aufweisen, deren Achse in Richtung der längsten Querschnittsachse des Langlochs (33) verläuft und in der zwischen dem Ende der Sackbohrung (38) und dem im Langloch befindlichen Führungskörper (31) eine Druckfeder (40) angeordnet ist, durch die die Kupplungsbacke (28, 29) nach Rückzug der Steuereinrichtung (16) in ihre am weitesten geöffnete Stellung verschiebbar ist.
