Claims (12)
- Sprühblock eines Sprühwerkzeugs zum Aufsprühen von Sprühmitteln, insbesondere Trennmitteln, mittels Luft auf Gießereiformen, wobei der Sprühblock in Hubrichtung (I) in die Gießereiform (3) ein - und ausfahrbar und in bzw. quer zur Spritzrichtung (II) innerhalb derselben (3) verfahrbar ist.mit einem an einen Trägerarm (6) einer Sprühmaschine angekuppelten Adapter (7),mit einer, mit dem Adapter (7) mindestens mittelbar und über eine eine Teilungsebene bildende Anschlußfläche verbundenen, in Hubrichtung (I) verlaufenden Sprühplatte (11) zur Aufnahme von Sprühdüsen (4) auf der dem Adapter (7) abgewandten Seite der Sprühplatte (11),mit für die Medien wie Luft und Sprühmittel getrennt vorhandenen Medienanschlüssen und/oder Versorgungskanälen am und im Trägerarm (6) bzw. Adapter (7),mit Medienkanälen (18) in der Sprühplatte (11) als in Plattenlängsrichtung quer zur Hubrichtung (I) verlaufende und in die Schmalstirnseiten (14) der Sprühplatte (11) mündende Hauptkanäle, von denen einerseits Abzweigkanäle zu den Sprühdüsen führen, und in die andererseits Eingänge auf der Anschlußfläche der Anschlußkanäle münden,mit auf den Schmalstirnseiten (14) der Sprühplatte (11) angeordneten, die Hauptkanäle (18, 19) verschließenden Verschlußplatten (15) undmit in den Teilungsebenen der einzelnen Platten (9, 11, 15, 16, 32, 33) angeordneten Dichtungen (31) zur radialen Abdichtung der miteinander korrespondierenden Mündungen und Eingänge der Medienkanäle (34, 35),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß zwischen Adapter (7) und Sprühplatte (11) auf die zum Adapter hinweisende Anschlußfläche der Sprühplatte (11) eine Verteilerplatte (9) montiert ist, deren quer zur Hubrichtung (I) verlaufende Breite schmäler ist, als die parallel verlaufende Länge der Sprühplatte (11),daß in der Verteilerplatte (9) für die Medien getrennt Verteilerkanäle (21) vorhanden sind, in die Anschlußkanäle vom Adapter (6) her münden, von denen Abzweigkanäle zu den Anschlußkanälen der Sprühplatte (11) führen und die in die in Hubrichtung (I) weisenden Schmalstirnseiten (17) der Verteilerplatte (9) münden.daß auf den in Hubrichtung (I) weisenden Schmalstirnseiten (17) der Verteilerplatte (9) Verschlußplatten (15) für die Verteilerkanalmündungen (22) montiert sind,daß im Bereich der Teilungsebenen der aneinander montierten Platten (9, 11) zu deren Justierung Stifte (25) und diese aufnehmende Passungsbohrungen (26) in den einander zugewandten Anschlußflächen vorgesehen sind unddaß zur Erweiterung des Sprühblocks jeweils in die Teilungsebenen, also zwischen die einzelnen Platten (7, 9, 11, 15) bzw. zwischen Verteilerplatten (9, 12) und Adapter (6, 7) Erweiterungsmodule (8, 16, 12) eingesetzt sind, mit durchgehenden Medienkanälen von Platte zu Platte bzw. Adapter zu Platte. - Sprühblock nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Verteilerplatte bzw. -Modul und Sprühplatte bzw. -Modul ein Distanzmodul eingesetzt ist.
- Sprühblock nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Überdeckungsbereich in der Teilungsebene zwischen Adapter (7) oder Adaptermodul (8) und Verteilerplatte (9) weniger als halb so groß ist als der Überdeckungsbereich (Anschlußfläche 13) zwischen Verteilerplatte (9) und Sprühplatte (11).
- Sprühblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zapfen (25) und Bohrungen (26) eine Steckverbindung in Art eines Baukastensystems bilden, und daß die Zuordnung der einzelnen Zapfen (25) und Bohrungen (26) pro Plattenart unterschiedlich ist, sodaß nur die einander zugeordneten Erweiterungsmodule an Erweiterungsmodule oder Platten ansetzbar sind.
- Sprühblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Befestigung pro Platte bzw. Modul nur zwei Schrauben (24) dienen, und daß die Schraubenabstände je nach Art von Platte oder Modul unterschiedlich sind.
- Sprühblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schrauben (24) nur eine Nennweite aufweisen (bestimmter Innensechskant), sodaß das Werkzeug nur eine Schlüsselweite aufweisen muß.
- Sprühblock nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zwischen zwei einander zugewandten Flächen zweier zueinander ruhender Teile, von welchen mindestens das eine Teil im Dichtungsbereich eine Mündung eines in den Teil verlaufenden Kanals aufweist, mit einer einen Boden (36) und eine Seitenwand (37) aufweisenden Absenkung im Mündungsbereich zur Aufnahme eines O-Ringes (31) als Dichtmittel, wobei der Schnurdurchmesser des O -Ringes etwas dicker als die Tiefe der Absenkung ist und wobei der O-Ring in eingelegtem Zustand am Boden (36) der Absenkung und an dessen Seitenwand (37) anliegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein dem Boden (36) der Einsenkung abgewandter bzw. zur Fläche des die Mündung aufweisenden Teils hin orientierter Abschnitt (38) der Seitenwand (37) nach innen gezogen ist, sodaß der O-Ring (31) durch dieses teilweise Hintergreifen in der Absenkung gehalten wird. - Sprühblock nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (37) im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Fläche verläuft und erst oberhalb der O-Ring-Mittelebene nach innen gezogen ist.
- Sprühblock nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umfang des O-Ringes (31) in seiner O-Ring-Mittelebene größer ist als die längste umlaufende Länge der Seitenwand (37) der Absenkung.
- Sprühblock nach Anspruch 7, 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt der Absenkung mindestens im Bereich der O-Ring-Mittelebene kreisförmig ist.
- Sprühblock nach einen der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Seitenwand (37) und Boden (36) der Absenkung ein abgerundeter Übergang (39) besteht.
- Sprühblock nach Anspruch 7 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (37) eine im Schnitt dem radialen Außenmantel des O-Ringes entsprechende Krümmung (38,39) aufweist.
