Claims (5)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un tube d'installation en cuivre avec une surface intérieure galvanisée,
    caractérisé
    par les phases suivantes de procédé :
    1) galvanisation chimique de la surface intérieure du tube de cuivre ;
    2) déformation de la section transversale du tube de cuivre par un dernier tréfilage d'au moins 2 %.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la phase de procédé 1 se compose des phases partielles suivantes :
    1.1 dégraissage du tube de cuivre avec un agent de dégraissage liquide 1
    1.2 application d'une couche d'étain pur épaisse de préférence de 1 à 2 µm sur la surface interne du tube de cuivre au moyen d'un traitement de pénétration avec une pénétration avec une solution d'étamage ;
    1.3 rinçage du tube de cuivre à l'eau et un
    1.4 séchage successif de la surface intérieure avec de l'air.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la solution chimique d'étamage dans la phase partielle 1.2 a une température de 30 à 80°C et le traitement de pénétration a lieu pendant un espace de temps jusqu'à un maximum de 30 min.
  4. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le tube de cuivre dans la phase de procédé 2 est déformé de 5 % à environ 40 %.
  5. Utilisation d'un tube de cuivre fabriqué selon une des revendications 1 à 4 comme tube d'installation avec une cession réduite d'ions cuivre à l'eau potable, dont le pH se situe en dessous de 6,5 et/ou dont la valeur kB est plus grande que 1,0 mol/m3.
