Claims (6)
- Brausekopf, insbesondere für eine Handbrause, mita) einem im wesentlichen glockenförmigen Gehäuse, in dem mindestens ein mit einem Wasserzulaufkanal verbindbarer Wasserraum ausgebildet ist;b) einem Brauseboden, welcher das glockenförmige Gehäuse nach unten abschließt und umfaßt:ba) eine Lochplatte aus starrem Material, die eine Vielzahl von Durchgangsbohrungen aufweist;bb) eine Vielzahl von schlauchartigen Düseneinsätzen, die aus verhältnismäßig weichem, elastischem Material bestehen, jeweils von einem in einer Wasseraustrittöffnung endenden Düsenkanal durchzogen sind und jeweils durch eine Durchgangsbohrung in der Lochplatte hindurchgeführt sind;c) einer Dichtung, welche den Brauseboden gegen das Gehäuse oder einen im Gehäuse angeordneten Einsatz abdichtet, die gemeinsam mit den Düseneinsätzen aus demselben Material wie diese hergestellt ist und einstückig mit den Düseneinsätzen zusammenhängt, oder
mehreren Dichtungen, welche den Brauseboden gegen das Gehäuse und einen im Gehäuse angeordneten Einsatz oder mehrere im Gehäuse angeordnete Einsätze abdichten, die gemeinsam mit den Düseneinsätzen aus demselben Material wie diese hergestellt sind und einstückig mit den Düseneinsätzen zusammenhängen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßd) mindestens eine Dichtung (29) über mindestens eine Materialfahne (31) mit mindestens einem Düseneinsatz (6) verbunden ist. - Brausekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Materialfahne (31) an der Innenfläche der Lochplatte (1a) entlang erstreckt.
- Brausekopf nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialfahne (31) in einer in der Innenfläche der Lochplatte (1a) eingeformten Nut (32) angeordnet ist.
- Brausekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düseneinsätze (6, 8) einstückig mit einer Staßschutzplatte (1b) ausgebildet sind, die im wesentlichen die ganze Außenfläche der Lochplatte (1a) abdeckt und aus demselben Material wie die Düseneinsätze (6, 8) besteht. - Brausekopf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (25) über mindestens eine Materialfahne (33), die sich durch eine Bohrung (26) in der Lochplatte (1a) hindurcherstreckt, mit der Stoßschutzplatte (1b) verbunden ist.
- Brausekopf nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, bei welchem
die Dichtung als Ringdichtung ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Materialfahnen (31, 33) über den Umfang der Dichtung (25, 29) verteilt vorgesehen sind.
