Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Stapeln von Bögen (1), insbesondere von geschuppt zugeförderten Papier- oder Kartonbögen auf Paletten (4), miteinem Bandförderer (2) zum Fördern der Bögen (1) zu einer im Stapelbereich heb- und senkbar angeordneten Ablageplattform (5),mit einer horizontal in Bogenlaufrichtung in den Stapelbereich einfahrbaren Hilfsstapelplattform (8), undmit einer Trenneinrichtung (14, 16) zur Bildung einer Lücke zwischen den Bogenhinterkanten im Stapel (3), die heb- und senkbar vor den Stapelbereich angeordnet ist und aus einer Reihe von mit Abstand voneinander angeordneten, sich nach oben erstreckenden Trennblechen (14) besteht, die jeweils an ihrem freien Ende in Richtung zum Stapelbereich zu Trennfingern (16) abgewinkelt sind, wobei die Trennfinger (16) bis in die Zuförderebene der Bögen (1) anhebbar und zwischen die Bogenhinterkanten in den Stapelbereich bewegbar sind,der Bandförderer (2) mit Abstand vor dem Stapelbereich endet,die Hilfsstapelplattform als Stabrost (8) ausgebildet ist,die Trenneinrichtung (14, 16) im Freiraum zwischen dem Ende des Bandförderers (2) und den Stapelbereich angeordnet ist, unddie Trennbleche (14) mit den Trennfingern (16) über die Arbeitsbreite auf Lücke zu den Stäben des Stabrosts (8) angeordnet sind, und die Länge der Trennbleche (14) größer ist als der vertikale Abstand zwischen der Zuförderebene der Bögen (1) und der Einfahrebene des Stabrosts (8).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stapelbereich einlaufseitig von einer sich von der Zuförderebene nach unten erstreckenden senkrechten Platte (19) begrenzt ist, die Durchtrittsöffnungen für die Stäbe (21) des Stabrosts (8) und versetzt zu diesen Aussparungen für die Trennelemente (14, 16) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (14, 16) mittels eines Hubwerks, insbesondere einer pneumatischen Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (17), anhebbar ist und seine Abwärtsbewegung von einem mechanischen Anschlag begrenzt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stabrost (8) mittels eines Hubwerks vertikal bewegbar gelagert ist.
