Definitions
- the invention is based on a device for filling the edge joint of insulating glass panes with those in the preamble of claim 1 specified features.
- Such Device is known from DE-C-28 16 437. She serves for sealing rectangular insulating glass panes. To for this purpose one of the two nozzles is used to fill the lower section facing the horizontal conveyor the edge joint, whereas the other nozzle for filling the remaining three sections of the edge joint serves and to this Purpose is rotatable step by step by 90 °. The amount the sealing compound emerging from the nozzles at constant relative speed between nozzle and Insulating glass pane depending on the width and Controlled depth of the edge joint.
- the known device allows high working speeds or low Cycle times.
- insulating glass panes there are not only rectangular insulating glass panes, but also insulating glass panes, the outline of which deviates from the rectangular shape, z.3. Insulating glass panes with rounded corners, triangular insulating glass panes or insulating glass panes partially through a circular arc section are limited. Such insulating glass panes are also called model discs. Model discs can be made with the known device not be sealed.
- DE 40 09 441 A1 specifies the possibility that the device can also be equipped with two nozzles, but is not detailed, how the two nozzles are arranged. Are they arranged as in DE 28 16 437 B1 discloses, then the upper, rotatable nozzle can not be brought into the working position of the other, lower nozzle. Thereby The problem arises for such a device that model discs must be filled with both nozzles and this to that in DE 40 09 441 A1 disclosed disadvantage of a significant control effort leads, so that DE 40 09 441 A1 advises against it, a device with two Use nozzles to seal model windows.
- a disadvantage here is that a customer's orders are both rectangular Contain insulating glass panes as well as model panes, not closed on a production line can be.
- the separate manufacturing requires one costly and time consuming effort for that subsequent sorting and summarizing of the insulating glass panes for the respective order and increased in the delivery times undesirably.
- the present invention is based on the object to show a way, like rectangular insulating glass panes and model discs that match the order intake are to be produced in alternating order, can be sealed and manufactured more efficiently.
- the device has one formed from two sections 1 and 2 Horizontal conveyor, which on basic frames 3 and 4 are attached, each of which also has a supporting wall 5 and 6, which are above the horizontal conveyor 1, 2 extends and is inclined a few degrees backwards, so that one is standing on the horizontal conveyor 1, 2 Lean the insulating glass pane 7 against the supporting wall 5 or 6 can.
- the horizontal conveyor can be driven Rolls or around driven belts (such as from the Known from DE-A-40 29 669) or a chain conveyor, with reaching under the edges of the insulating glass pane Support and counterhold as from DE-C-34 00 031 known to act.
- driven Rolls or around driven belts (such as from the Known from DE-A-40 29 669) or a chain conveyor, with reaching under the edges of the insulating glass pane Support and counterhold as from DE-C-34 00 031 known to act.
- the Type of horizontal conveyor not shown in detail; but is shown the location of the bearing surface 8 of the Horizontal conveyor, which indicates the altitude of the lower one Edge of the insulating glass panel 7 determined.
- nozzles 10 and 11 are arranged, which are on a carrier 12 or 13 are located.
- the nozzle 10 is parallel with its carrier 12 to the level of the support wall 5, 6 (disc running plane) in the Gap 9 along a substantially vertical Guide, which is located behind the support wall 5, 6 movable up and down.
- the nozzle 10 is yours Carrier 12 to one to the disc running plane (supporting walls 5 and 6) vertical axis which passes through the mouth of the nozzle 10 goes, continuously rotatable and can in any Angle of rotation position can be recorded, e.g. with help of an electric servo motor.
- the second nozzle 11 is arranged lower than the first Jet.
- the second nozzle 11 is located below the rotatable nozzle 10 and has a working position (Figure 1), in which they are with the nozzle opening facing upwards at the level of the footprint 8 of the horizontal conveyor and abuts the lower edge of the insulating glass pane 7.
- the second nozzle 11 is also complete its carrier 13 in an ineffective position ( Figure 2) can be lowered.
- Each nozzle has a metering device, which is behind the horizontal conveyors 1 and 2 or the supporting walls 5 and 6 is arranged and from which movable lines to guide the nozzles 10 and 11.
- the device For sealing rectangular insulating glass panes 7 the device operates in a manner corresponding to that Device described in DE-PS 28 16 437 ( Figure 1): In the starting position, the nozzle 11 is lowered and the nozzle 10 is at the level of the footprint 8, the Nozzle opening of the conveying direction 14 is opposite (Compared to the representation in Figure 1 by 90 ° clockwise twisted). The insulating glass pane 7 is in the conveying direction 14 advanced until it with its front edge 7a hits the nozzle 10 and stops. When standing Insulating glass pane 7 moves the nozzle on the front edge 7a up and is swiveled counter-clockwise by 90 °, if the nozzle opening is the front upper corner of the insulating glass pane 7 reached.
- the second nozzle 11 raised until it the lower edge 7d the insulating glass pane is in contact.
- the insulating glass pane will now from the horizontal conveyor 1, 2 in the direction of arrow 14 moved further, with the sections of the edge joint at the top Edge 7b and 7d at the bottom. If the Insulating glass pane 7 with its rear corners in the area of the nozzle openings, it is stopped Nozzle 11 lowered, nozzle 10 counter-clockwise by 90 ° pivoted and moved down at the rear edge 7c, around the section of the edge joint lying there to fill. If the nozzle 10 reaches the lower rear corner, the sealing process is ended, the insulating glass pane 7 conveyed in the direction of arrow 14 and the Nozzle 10 rotated 180 °, causing it to start a new sealing cycle ready.
- the device can be used when sealing model windows work, as in Figure 2 using the example of a triangular Model disc 15 shown:
- the nozzle 11 is located in its ineffective, lowered position, the seal only with the upper, rotatable Nozzle 10, which initially faces upwards Nozzle opening slightly below the working position of the Nozzle 11 is located.
- the insulating glass pane 15 is in the direction arrow 14 first moves over nozzle 19, until their back corner in the area of the nozzle opening stops.
- the nozzle 10 is then raised and turned clockwise on the rear, sloping ones Edge 15b of the insulating glass pane created.
- the Insulating glass pane 15 against the direction of the arrow 14 moves and at the same time the nozzle 10 with one of the Incline of the edge 15b adjusted speed increased so that the nozzle 10 along the edge 10b upwards slides to the upper corner of the insulating glass pane. If this is achieved, the insulating glass pane 15 becomes short stopped, the nozzle 10 turned clockwise, until the inclined front edge 15 the insulating glass pane is in contact. Then the insulating glass pane 15 again against the direction of the arrow 14 moves and at the same time moves the nozzle 11 downwards, so that it slides down at the front edge 15a until it reaches the lower front corner.
- the nozzle 10 clockwise rotated until it abuts the lower edge 15c. Then the insulating glass pane 15 in the direction of the arrow 14 conveyed and the bottom edge in the run 15c sealed. Then the nozzle 10 is ready for you new sealing cycle.
- the device can be used to seal model windows but also work as if using a semicircular insulating glass pane 16 shown in Figure 3: At the beginning of Sealing process are the same conditions before, as in the example according to FIG. 1 Insulating glass pane 16 moves the nozzle 10 at the front edge 16a of the insulating glass pane high; once they're in the curved Area 16b of the edge enters the drive of the horizontal conveyor 1.2 started and the insulating glass pane moved in the direction of arrow 14 so that the curved region 16b and the lower edge 16d of the Insulating glass pane are sealed together in one pass.
