Abstract

The pivoted sliding door has the door panel (1) coupled to a sliding carrier element (4), displaced along a guide (5) extending horizontally in the train longitudinal direction, via a pivot arm (3). This is coupled to the door panel and the carrier element via respective vertical rotation axes (3.2,3.1), with its pivot movement determined by a guide lever (3.3) cooperating with a guide rail (6). Eine solche Schwenkschiebetür ist beispielsweise in EP 0 320 591 A2 beschrieben. Bei dieser bekannten Schwenkschiebetür ist das Führungselement selbst mittels zweier Kurbeln mit vertikalen Kurbelachsen quer zur Ebene des Türblattes verschwenkbar und die zusätzliche Verschwenkung des Türblattes um die vertikale Achse wird erreicht, indem die Kurbeln zusammen mit einem sie verbindenden, starren, das Führungselement tragenden Koppelglied und den mit dem Türrahmen fest verbundenen Kurbelzapfen ein Gelenkviereck mit gegenläufigen Kurbeln bilden.Such a pivoting sliding door is described for example in DE 32 31 181 A1. Dies hat infolge der nach unten gekrümmten Ausbildung dieser Führungsschiene 16 zur Folge, daß der am Tragglied 4 angelenkte Teil 9.1 der Lenkerverbindung Fig. 5 eine Bewegung im Uhrzeigersinn ausführt, was zur Folge hat, daß sich der Koppelpunkt 9.4 zwischen den beiden Teilen der Lenkerverbindung in Bezug auf die am Tragglied 4 angeordnete Drehachse 3.2 des Schwenkarms 3 verlagert, so daß die Lenkerverbindung sich streckt und dem Türblatt 1 eine zusätzliche Drehbewegung um die Drehachse 3.1 zwischen Schwenkarm 3 und dem Ansatz 1.1 des Türblatts 1 erteilt wird. Diese zusätzliche Drehbewegung hat zur Folge, daß die in Fig. 1 und 2 linke Kante, also die Vorderkante des Türblatts 1, rasch nach außen geführt wird, so daß ein sofortiges Verschieben des Türblatts 1 im Zuge der Längsbewegung möglich ist. Zugleich wird infolge des beim Anfahren des Elektromotors 7 am Gehäuse auftretenden Reaktionsmoments dem Zahnrad 7.2 eine Drehbewegung im Uhrzeigersinn erteilt, durch welche über das Zahnrad 15, die Koppelstange 14 und den Schwenkhebel 12 das Türbaumrohr 10 in dem Sinne verdreht wird, daß die Rollenhebel 11 und 13 nach außen geschwenkt werden. Am Ende der Schließbewegung wird einerseits durch die entsprechende Ansteuerung der zweigliedrigen Lenkerverbindung eine Drehbewegung des Türblatts 1 nach innen bis zur Parallellage von Schwenkarm und Lenkerteil 9.2 erzielt, während andererseits durch die Auswirkung des Reaktionsmoments des Antriebsmotors über die Zahnräder 7.2 und 15 und die Koppelstange 14 sowie den Schwenkhebel 12 das Türbaumrohr 10 verdreht und die Rollenhebel 11 und 13 nach innen geführt werden. Dies hat zur Folge, daß in dieser Stellung das Türbaumrohr 10 infolge des unmittelbar hinter einer Totlage gestreckten und an einem Anschlag 26 anliegenden zweigliedrigen Koppelelements gegen Verdrehung, etwa durch Drücken von innen auf das Türblatt 1 blockiert ist. Beim Öffnen der Tür werden aufgrund des Reaktionsmoments des Antriebsmotors 7 das Zahnrad 7.2 im Uhrzeigersinn und das Zahnrad 15 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bis zu einem Anschlag 15.1 verdreht, was zur Folge hat, daß das Teil 19 mitgeführt und durch die Kraftwirkung der Schenkelfeder 18.1 gegenüber dem Teil 18 verschwenkt wird, so daß in der bereits beschriebenen Weise eine Drehbewegung des Türblatts 1 möglich wird, die in diesem Falle nur durch die zweigliedrige Lenkerverbindung 9.1-9.2 bewirkt wird. In dem in Fig. 8 dargestellten voll ausgeschwenkten Zustand der Tür rastet ein Verriegelungselement 19.2 am Verbindungspunkt zwischen dem Teil 19 und dem Zahnrad 15 in eine Verriegelungseinrichtung 20 ein, welche ein im wesentlichen T-förmiges Verriegelungsteil aufweist, mit einem Längsbalken 20.1 und einem Querbalken 20.2. Der Querbalken 20.2 ist um eine vertikale Drehachse 20.3 verschwenkbar, wobei einer Verschwenkung im Uhrzeigersinn die Kraft einer Druckfeder 21 entgegenwirkt, die den Querbalken an einem Anschlag 20.5 festhält. Am freien Ende des Längsbalkens 20.1 liegt eine Verriegelungsfläche 20.4, an der das Verriegelungselement 19.2 anliegt. Durch diese Ausbildung wird eine Drehbewegung des Zahnrads 15 in einer Richtung, die einem Nachinnenschwenken des Schwenkhebels 12 bzw. Rollenhebels 11 entspricht, blockiert. An das von der Drehachse 20.3 abgewandte Ende des Querbalkens 20.2 ist eine Auslösestange 22 angeschlossen, die in einer fest am Türrahmen 2 angeordneten Führung 23 läuft und an ihrem freien Ende einen Haken 22.1 besitzt. Beim endgültigen Schließen der Tür greift, wie Fig. 7 zu entnehmen, unmittelbar vor Erreichen der Endlage der Haken 22.1 hinter einen Ansatz 4.2 am Tragglied 4.
