Abstract

Une attache en plastique en deux parties sert à fermer des boyaux de saucisses, des sachets ou équivalent. La première partie (1) saisit l'extrémité du boyau rassemblée en une tresse dans un espace en U formé par des joues latérales et des bandes transversales. La deuxième partie (2) enjambe l'espace de réception (4) de la première partie (1) et est assujettie par encliquetage à la première partie. La deuxième partie (2) est reliée de manière articulée par une de ses extrémités transversales à la première partie (1) au moyen d'une charnière sous forme de film (3) et comprend à son autre extrémité transversale un bras d'encliquetage (16) qui peut venir en prise avec une saillie d'encliquetage (22) de l'autre bande transversale (6) de la première partie afin de fermer l'attache. Une traverse (8) située à une certaine distance de la bande transversale (6) à proximité de la charnière relie les joues latérales (5) et est agrippée dans l'état fermé par un bras de la deuxième partie, de sorte qu'une forte pression de fermeture est exercée en même temps que l'élasticité requise est maintenue. Un dispositif de fermeture d'une telle attache en plastique comprend deux cavités (37, 39) de réception des deux parties (33, 34) de l'attache. Une cavité (37) est fixe et l'autre (39) est pivotant autour d'un axe (40) aligné avec l'axe d'articulation (35) des parties (33, 34) de l'attache. Un entraînement mécanique (38, 41, 42) fait pivoter la deuxième cavité de réception (39) jusqu'à la position de fermeture de l'attache. Un perfectionnement du dispositif de fermeture comprend un système de positionnement (50, 53) qui fait avancer l'attache à fermer d'un canal d'alimentation (32) jusqu'aux cavités de réception (37, 39) du mécanisme de fermeture au moyen d'un entraîneur (56) commandé par des cames.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture d'un clip en matière plastique, constitué de deux pièces articulées l'une à l'autre, d'une chaîne de clips, le dispositif comportant un premier creux (37) de réception fixe de l'une (33) des pièces de clip, un deuxième creux (39) de réception, basculant par rapport à l'axe (35) d'articulation des pièces (33, 34) de clip, de l'autre pièce (34) de clip et un dispositif (38, 41) d'entraînement guidant le mouvement de bascule du deuxième creux (39) de réception d'une position de clip ouverte à une position de clip fermée, caractérisé par un canal (32) d'amenée, destiné à une succession de clips, débouchant sur les creux (37, 39) de réception perpendiculairement à l'axe (40) de bascule, et une butée (58) coopérant avec le deuxième creux (39) de réception basculant, pour le détachement du clip à fermer d'une chaîne de clips.
  2. Dispositif suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement guidant le deuxième creux (39) de réception comporte une roue (38) dentée, qui, au moyen d'un élément (41) d'attaque pénétrant avec engrènement, peut tourner d'un angle déterminé de la position d'ouverture à la position de fermeture.
  3. Dispositif suivant au moins l'une des revendication 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de mise en position comporte, pour faire avancer chacun des clips à fermer dans les creux (37,39) de réception, un toc (56) d'entraînement, qui, à chaque cycle d'avance, pénètre dans l'une (33) des pièces du clip tenu prêt dans le canal (32) d'amenée, la déplace au premier creux (37) de réception puis revient du clip à la position de départ suivant une trajectoire (57) courbe.
  4. Dispositif suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que qu'un toc (26) d'entraînement se trouve sur le coulisseau (52, 53) de piston d'un vérin (50) à air comprimé monté basculant et en ce qu'une broche (54) de guidage fixé en plus au coulisseau de piston pénètre dans une coulisse (55) déterminant le mouvement du toc d'entraînement.
