Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a gear handle according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such handles are used for windows, balcony doors and the like. needed to their in sliding mechanism in the frame for closing and opening in to operate in different positions. This is usually on the frame Gear box with a driver in the form of a movable nose, one Projection or the like available that detects a take-slide and over a rack is driven by a pinion, which can be turned by turning the Window handle moves.
  • the pinion is connected to the handle important so that reliable handling can be guaranteed in the long term.
  • possible safeguards can be uneconomical.
  • EP-A1-0 446 566 discloses a gear handle with a gear box which is a movable one for gripping a take-away sliding piece Driver protrudes. This is driven by a rack and pinion driven, which is part of a shaft body.
  • the latter has a general one cylindrical shaft, the end of which is designed as a hexagon and in the Handle neck of a handle is inserted.
  • a proposed screw connection does not reach into the handle, but only into the shaft body. Therefore it does not sit permanently in the handle; neither is the latter in the basic body stored with guidance.
  • a locking disc is placed on the shaft body is provided on the front with locking elements and from a spring to the pinion of the shaft body is pressed. This spring loaded floor catch due to the end storage and fixing of the shaft body as well due to the two-part driver in continuous use further disadvantages. Because of of the numerous components, the manufacturing and assembly effort is very high large.
  • the cylindrical shaft body a lingerie-like profile that is under control - again against spring force - just pushed in, but not anchored in it.
  • the suspension consists of two washers, the axially acting pressure for a permanent function neither too strong nor too weak. Reproducibility always the same cogging torque is not given; storage in turn unsafe.
  • Gear handle is an angular detent of the handle provided with pins or balls, that of a spring in the cross-pierced handle neck end radially outwards are loaded and in the recesses of the bearing bore of the plate-shaped Can snap housing body. If this and / or the sprocket out made of Teflon-coated metal, the gear friction is reduced, however, with prolonged use, the material is considerably removed Coating inevitable, which leads to undesirable empty operation. Is too the axial guide or bearing length for the handle neck short, so that a shaky Seat of the handle can come about.
  • Gear handles according to DE-U-8 327 683 have a longer bearing length, at one Similar construction according to DE-U-8 901 938 thanks to a sleeve that the Bearing journal surrounds the handle and in a shoulder of the gear stop plate is held.
  • the lower end of the bearing projects centrally or in a bore of a disc carrier for radial springs, of which Locking balls radially inwards on the circumferential recesses of another disk be pressed. So here are the angular positions of the handle relatively soft or imprecise.
  • the object of the invention is to overcome these and other disadvantages of the prior art Technology to overcome and in a simple way an improved gear handle to create, in which the connection of the essential parts also large Resists stress permanently, with a stable, space-saving addition Construction with as few, inexpensive to manufacture and assemble Components is sought.
  • the invention provides that Pinion with an axially immediately adjacent locking disc is in one piece and that in the region of a cone tip has at least one cutting edge Shaft body in a cavity of the handle neck without positive play is held.
  • This design has the advantage that the pinion through Shaft body can always be firmly anchored inside the handle neck without that it would need an adhesive or other connection that is in continuous operation could loosen.
  • the shaft body with a locking disc which allows preferred or standardized locking positions of the handle to make it clearly noticeable and to find it in a reproducible manner in order to ensure the perfect To ensure operation of the window or door mechanics.
  • the profiling of the shaft body and the inside of the handle neck is at the same time reliable turning driving easily ensured.
  • eight cutting edges on the front side are provided. These intersect when the shaft body is pressed into the Handle neck into the cone wall of the cavity, so that an absolutely play-free Press fit comes about. Because the pinion and the locking disc axially directly connect to each other, not only the smallest dimensions are also in Achieved axial direction, the direct assignment of these elements also contributes to increased functional reliability.
  • the shaft body tip of the shaft body is at least slightly conical in depth Cavity narrower than the cone tip of the shaft body, so that this at Pressing into the handle neck achieves an invariably firm press fit.
  • the cone angle of the shaft body tip and the cavity depth are preferably like this matched to each other that self-locking is given in the assembled state is.
  • the cone tip of the shaft body connects with a shoulder to a cylindrical shaft middle part, the in a guide bush in the gearbox and preferably also in a guide ring is guided on the handle neck. Even where there is no large axial height is available, this is an exact storage and guidance the handle on or in the gearbox guaranteed.
  • the guide bush can according to claim 4, in particular an integral part of a Be locking insert, which is held in a step cavity of the gearbox and is preferably rectangular. This component takes little Place one and together with the locking disc of the shaft body does that reliable, precise adherence to the rest positions.
  • the concavoctogonal profiled shaft body a number of front cutting edges (e.g. eight).
  • Other shapes are also possible, for example Hexagonal or square profiles, but the octagonal shape offers the advantage that in As a result of the shallow chord depth, it approximates the shape of the cylinder well is given what is greater wall thicknesses of the shaft body and therefore higher Strengths allowed.
  • the pinion according to claim 6 has an even number of teeth, some of which stand on a gap with circumferential recesses of the locking disc, so that a kind of axial stops through the protruding parts of the teeth is formed, which in turn help to facilitate assembly.
  • the locking disc has in particular four circumferential recesses, which interact with spring-loaded cams of the locking insert.
  • This Cams can be assigned to the end faces of the locking insert and on with one-piece spiral springs that sit at the edge areas of the locking insert can dodge.
  • the shaft body can have a continuous axial bore, a self-tapping screw penetrating the axial bore Secures the shaft body in the handle neck, especially in a weakly conical pilot hole.
  • the bore allows - albeit slight - Radial deformation, which makes assembly easier.
  • at least in an axial slot or notch can be provided in this area in order to to achieve a somewhat greater compressibility of the cone tip, the elastic rebound. Thanks to the self-tapping cutting screw you can secure the shaft body in the handle neck. It cuts power and form-fitting their way, resulting in a particularly high connection strength is achieved.
  • the assembly is further supported according to claim 9 that the locking insert, especially on the front claws for anchoring in Has recesses in the step cavity.
  • the driver one with a rack rigidly connected or one-piece shoe is preferably provided with an edge-side recess. The latter takes hold the take-slide piece of the fitting mechanism, so that this of the Driver is detected and moved.
  • rack and shoe with a transverse to the latter arranged slide plate be in one piece, which leads to good guidance of the elements contributes significantly. Furthermore, the shoe penetrates an elongated hole without contact a cover plate that is detachably locked in the bottom of the gearbox which is movable along the slide plate.
  • the cover plate protects the moving parts in the gearbox, but leaves the free displacement of the Driver too. Due to their removability, the gear parts are accessible, which may be desirable, for example, if the teeth of the pinion and Rack should be relubricated.
  • the shoe can have locking lugs that are connected to a Maloperation lock of the hardware mechanism interact, causing the Safety in use is increased.
