Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zeitungstasche gemäß dem Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
Solche Zeitungstaschen sind z.B. aus EP 0 085 281 A1 bekannt und werden von Zeitungszustellern regelmäßig benutzt.
Paketiersysteme für Rollpacks weisen im Vergleich zu den sonst herkömmlichen quaderförmigen, Zeitungspaketen erhebliche Vorteile auf. Es ist wesentlich kostengünstiger dank eines einfacheren Aufbaus. So entfallen beispielsweise die sonst notwendigen Drehkreuze der Verpackungsendeinrichtung. Der sog. Schuppenstrom, also der aus der Zeitungsproduktion herauslaufenden Zeitungen, bleibt erhalten, wodurch ein zügiger Produktionsfluß gewährleistet ist. Je nach gewünschter Anzahl von im Rollpack befindlicher Zeitungen werden eine entsprechende Anzahl von Zeitungen auf einen Dorn gewickelt und anschließend mit einer vorzugsweise selbstklebenden Stretchfolie oder Packpapier umwickelt. Hierbei können Deckblätter und eventuelle Beipacks mitgewickelt werden. Am Ausgang des Paketiersystems entsteht somit eine vertriebsbereite Packetrolle, deren Durchmesser von der Anzahl und Dicke der im Rollpack enthaltenen Zeitungsexemplare bzw. Zeitschriftenexemplare abhängt. Die Höhe der Packetrollen bleibt dagegen unabhängig von der Anzahl der Exemplare immer gleich.
Darüber hinaus gewährleisten solche Rollpacks eine flexible, individuelle Handhabung der Rollen. Sie sind auf einfache Weise vom Zentrum her abbaubar, ohne die Schutzhülle entfernen zu müssen.
Rollpack-Paketiersysteme werden beispielsweise von der Firma FERAG AG, Zürich, Schweiz, angeboten. Obwohl die Verwendung von Rollpacks eine Vielzahl von Vorteilen bietet, hat sich die Handhabung solcher Rollpacks beim Vertrieb durch Zeitungssteller in den bisher bekannten Zeitungstaschen als ungünstig herausgestellt. Die Rollpacks müssen nämlich in den eingangs erwähnten etwa quaderförmigen Zeitungstaschen stehend transportiert werden. Unter stehend ist dabei gemeint, daß die Stirnseite des Rollpacks auf dem Boden der Zeitungstasche aufliegen muß, um den Rollpack vom Zentrum her aus der Zeitungstasche abbauen zu können. Darüber hinaus wurde bereits beobachtet, daß Zeitungsausträger aus den in Rollpack verpackten Zeitungen und Illustrierten zunächst wieder herkömmliche Pakete bilden und erst diese Pakete in die bekannten quaderförmigen Zeitungstaschen ablegen.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Zeitungstasche anzugeben, die insbesondere zur Aufbewahrung von Rollpacks geeignet ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Zeitungstasche mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Weiterbildungen einer solchen Zeitungstasche sind in den Unteransprüchen angegeben.
Die Erfindung beruht im wesentlichen darauf, die Zeitungstasche als rohrförmigen Behälter zum Befüllen mit einem Rollpack auszubilden. Der rohrförmige Behälter ist hierfür auf seiner einen Stirnseite mit einem ersten Deckelteil abgeschlossen und auf seiner anderen Stirnseite mit einem mindestens teilweise verschließbaren zweiten Deckelteil, vorzugsweise ein flexibles Kunststoff- oder Naturstoffteil, das über eine Zugschnur oder ein Gummiband verschließbar ist, versehen. Durch dieses zweite Deckelteil kann der Rollpack in die als rohrförmiger Behälter ausgebildete Zeitungstasche eingeführt werden.
Der wesentliche Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Zeitungstasche liegt in der rohrförmigen Ausgestaltung der Tasche, so daß der Rollpack hüllenförmig von der Zeitungstasche umgeben wird. Der rohrförmige Behälter ist an seinem zylinderförmigen Umfangsteil mit Halterungen für einen Tragriemen versehen, so daß die Zeitungstasche vom Zeitungszusteller um die Schulter hängend getragen werden kann. Die erfindungsgemäße Zeitungstasche wird dabei so getragen, daß sich die beiden Deckelteile seitlich befinden. Die Zeitungstasche kann vorteilhafterweise vom Zeitungszusteller über der linken oder rechten Schulter getragen werden, so daß entweder mit der rechten oder mit der linken Hand in das zweite Deckelteil eingegriffen wird, um aus dem Zentrum des Rollpacks eine Zeitung oder Illustrierte herauszugreifen.
Das zweite Deckelteil, das als flexibles Kunststoff- oder Naturstoffteil bzw. Kunststoff- oder Naturstofftuch ausgebildet ist oder aus einem Nylongewebe besteht, wird erfindungsgemäß über eine Zugschnur oder ein Gummiband verschließbar ausgeführt. Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, daß der Rollpack gegenüber Feuchtigkeit und Nässe beim Zeitungszustellen geschützt ist.
Der rohrförmige Behälter und das erste Deckelteil bestehen vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff und weisen eine tonnenartige Gestaltung auf. Das erste Deckelteil und der rohrförmige Behälter sind vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet. Die offene Seite eines solchen tonnenförmigen Gebildes wird mit dem bereits erwähnten flexiblen zweiten Deckelteil abgeschlossen.
Zur mechanischen Stabilisierung des rohrförmigen Behälters kann dieser mit ringförmigen Verstärkungsringen versehen sein, die vorzugsweise randseitig am rohrförmigen Behälter um den äußeren Umfang gelegt sind.
Die erfindungsgemäße Zeitungstasche ist jedoch nicht nur zum Tragen mit einem Tragriemen geeignet. Die erfindungsgemäße Zeitungstasche kann auch auf einen Zeitungswagen montiert werden. Hierfür verfügt die Zeitungstasche über spezielle Haltemittel. Als Haltemittel eignen sich beispielsweise Riemen, die einerseits an der Zeitungstasche und andererseits am Zeitungswagen festgebunden werden.
Darüber hinaus können mehrere solcher Zeitungstaschen, vorzugsweise übereinander, an dem Zeitungswagen befestigt werden. Hierdurch wird gewährleistet, daß der Zeitungszusteller mehrere Rollpacks austragen bzw. ausfahren kann.
In einem Ausführungsbeispiel kann die erfindungsgemäße Zeitungstasche einen Innendurchmesser von etwa 29 cm und eine Länge von etwa 41 cm aufweisen. Allerdings sind auch andere Abmessungen möglich, die vorteilhafterweise den auszutragenden Rollpacks angepaßt sind.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend im Zusammenhang mit fünf Figuren näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In den nachfolgenden Figuren bezeichnen, sofern nicht anders angegeben, gleiche Bezugszeichen gleiche Teile mit gleicher Bedeutung.
In Figur 1 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel einer erfindungsgemäßen Zeitungstasche zum Befüllen mit einem Rollpack 7, wie er in Figur 4 gezeigt ist, dargestellt. Die Zeitungstasche 1 besteht aus einem vorzugsweise einstückig hergestellten, tonnenförmigen Teil, welches eine rohrförmige Gehäusewandung aufweist. Die rohrförmige Gehäusewandung schließt auf ihrer ersten Stirnseite mit einem ersten Deckelteil 2 ab. Das erste Deckelteil 2 und die rohrförmige Gehäusewandung bestehen beispielsweise aus Kunststoff. Die gegenüberliegende Stirnseite der rohrförmigen Gehäusewandung schließt mit einem zweiten Deckelteil 3 ab, das beispielsweise aus einem flexiblen Kunststoff- oder Naturstoffteil, insbesondere ein Nylongewebe, besteht. Durch dieses zweite Deckelteil 3, das über eine Zugschnur oder ein Gummiband oder dergleichen verschließbar ist, wird der Rollpack 7 in das Innere der rohrförmigen Gehäusewandung eingeführt. Die rohrförmige Gehäusewandung liegt symmetrisch zu einer mit X bezeichneten Mittenachse.
Die in Figur 1 dargestellte Zeitungstasche 1 in Form des rohrförmigen Behälters weist eine Länge L von etwa 41 cm und einen Innendurchmesser d von ca. 29 cm auf. Allerdings können auch jegliche anderen Abmessungen vorgesehen werden, sofern dies für den auszutragenden Rollpack 7 notwendig ist.
Die rohrförmige Gehäusewandung ist im Bereich ihrer beiden Enden mit Verstärkungselementen 10, 11 in Form von Verstärkungsringen versehen. Diese Verstärkungsringe dienen zur mechanischen Stabilisierung der rohrförmigen Gehäusewandung und liegen an dieser mit ihren ringförmigen Innenwandungen an.
Schließlich ist die in Figur 1 dargestellte Zeitungstasche 1 noch mit zwei Halterungen 4, 5 versehen, an welche ein Tragriemen befestigt werden kann. Diese beiden Halterungen 4, 5, die beispielsweise an die rohrförmige Gehäusewandung der Zeitungstasche 1 genietet sein können, befinden sich an der zylinderförmigen Außenwandung des rohrförmigen Behälters und sind in bezug auf die Mittenachse X axial beabstandet zueinander angeordnet. Diese Halterungen 4, 5 können auch zur Befestigung der Zeitungstasche 1 an einen Zeitungswagen dienen.
In Figur 2 ist die Zeitungstasche 1 in Seitenansicht mit Blick auf das erste Deckelteil 2 gezeigt. Zusätzlich zur Darstellung von Figur 1 ist eine weitere Halterung 9 erkennbar, welche in bezug auf die Mittenachse X gegenüberliegend zu den Halterungen 4, 5 an der Außenwandung des rohrförmigen Behälters angeordnet ist. Diese Halterung dient insbesondere dazu, die Zeitungstasche 1 auf einer anderen Zeitungstasche oder auf einem Zeitungswagen befestigen zu können. Vorzugsweise sind die Halterungen 4, 5, 9 lösbar an der Zeitungstasche 1 befestigt.
In Figur 3 ist die Zeitungstasche 1 ebenfalls in Seitenansicht, jetzt jedoch mit Blick auf das zweite Deckelteil 3, dargestellt. Dieses zweite Deckelteil 3 besteht erfindungsgemäß aus einer mindestens teilweise verschließbaren Anordnung, um durch diese Stirnseite des rohrförmigen Behälters den zu transportierenden Rollpack 7 einführen zu können.
Es hat sich als vorteilhaft erwiesen, dieses zweite Deckelteil 3 als flexibles Kunststoff- oder Naturstoffteil oder dergleichen, beispielsweise ein Nylongewebe, auszubilden. Dieses flexible Teil kann über eine Zugschnur oder ein Gummiband 17, das endseitig mit einer Schlaufe 18 versehen ist, geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Allerdings ist hier anzumerken, daß auch jeder andere Verschließmechanismus als zweites Deckelteil 3 geeignet ist. So kann beispielsweise auch ein aufklappbares Deckelteil vorgesehen werden, das über ein Scharnier oder dergleichen an der rohrförmigen Gehäusewandung befestigt ist.
In den Figuren 4 und 5 ist jeweils ein Zeitungswagen 12 in Form eines Handwagens mit einem Gestell 15 und Rädern 14 dargestellt, auf welchem sich drei übereinander angeordnete erfindungsgemäße Zeitungstaschen 1 befinden. Die drei Zeitungstaschen 1 sind übereinander angeordnet und über ihre Halterungen 4, 5, 9 untereinander und an dem Gestell 15 des Handwagens befestigt. Beispielsweise können hierfür Lederriemen dienen, die am Gestell 15 des Handwagens einerseits und an den erwähnten Halterungen 4, 5, 9 andererseits festgebunden sind. Die drei übereinander angeordneten Zeitungstaschen 1 sind mit den Bezugszeichen 1, 1' and 1'' bezeichnet. Wie aus Figur 5 ersichtlich, weist der Zeitungswagen 12 einen Griff 13 an der Oberseite seines Gestelles 15 auf.
Wie aus Figur 4 weiter ersichtlich, kann die erfindungsgemäße Zeitungstasche 1 an ihrer rohrförmigen Außenwandung mit einem Werbeschild 16 versehen werden.

Claims (9)

  1. Zeitungstasche (1) welche als rohrförmiger Behälter zum Befüllen mit einem Rollpack (7) ausgebildet ist, wobei
    der Behälter eine Halterung zum Befestigen aufweist,
    der Behälter auf seiner einen Stirnseite mit einem ersten Deckelteil (2) abschließt,
    der Behälter auf seiner anderen Stirnseite, durch welche der Rollpack (7) in die Zeitungstasche (1) einführbar ist, mit einem zweiten mindestens teilweise verschließbaren Dekkelteil (3) versehen ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Behälter mindestens eine weitere Halterung (4, 5) aufweist, wobei die Halterungen (4, 5) an der Außenfläche des rohrförmigen Behälters angeordnet sind und in Bezug auf die Mittenachse (X) axial beabstandet zueinander liegen, so daß die Zeitungstasche so haltbar oder tragbar ist, daß sich die beiden Deckelteile (2, 3) seitlich befinden und
    das zweite Deckelteil (3) ein flexibles Kunststoff- oder Naturstoffteil oder dergleichen ist, welches über eine Zugschnur oder ein Gummiband (17) verschließbar ist.
  2. Zeitungstasche nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rohrförmige Behälter aus Kunststoff besteht.
  3. Zeitungstasche nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Deckelteil (2) aus Kunststoff besteht.
  4. Zeitungstasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Deckelteil (2) und der rohrförmige Behälter einteilig ausgebildet sind.
  5. Zeitungstasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rohrförmige Behälter mit Verstärkungsringen (10, 11) versehen ist.
  6. Zeitungstasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendurchmesser (d) des rohrförmigen Behälters etwa 29 cm groß ist und der rohrförmige Behälter eine Länge (L) von etwa 41 cm aufweist.
  7. Zeitungstasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ringhalter (4, 5; 9) auf den rohrförmigen Behälter genietet sind.
  8. Zeitungstasche nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Halterungen (4, 5; 9) Befestigungsmittel angebracht sind, über welche die Zeitungstasche (1) an einen Zeitungswagen (12) befestigbar ist.
  9. Zeitungstasche nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zeitungstasche (1) Bestandteil eines Zeitungswagens (12) ist, auf welchem mehrere gleichartige Zeitungstaschen (1) für Rollpacks (7) übereinander angeordnet und befestigt sind.
