Claims (8)
- Prallbrecher mit einem mit Schlagleisten versehenen Rotor und schwenkbar im Brechergehäuse angeordneten Prallwerken, die mittels hydraulischer Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregate über Kolbenstangen zum Rotor einstellbar gehalten und mit zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen versehen sind, die mit den Prallwerken mechanisch verbunden sind und bei Versagen der hydraulischen Halte- und Einstellmittel das Einfallen der Prallwerke in den Schlagbereich der Schlagleisten des Rotors mittels einstellbarer Anschläge verhindern, wobei die zusätzlichen Vorrichtungen mit den korrespondierenden hydraulisch betätigbaren Halte- und Einstellmitteln unter Verwendung von deren Kolbenstangen zu einheitlichen Aggregaten verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch das hydraulische Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregat (7) bewegbare, mit dem Prallwerk (5) verbundene Kolbenstange (8) in einer Hülse (17) längsbeweglich geführt ist, die ihrerseits im Brechergehäuse (2) längsbeweglich geführt und feststellbar ist und für einen an dem von dem Prallwerk (5) entfernteren Abschnitt der Kolbenstange vorgesehenen Teil (16) der Kolbenstange als Anschlag bei einer auf den Rotor (3) zu gerichteten Bewegung dient.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (17) einen im Durchmesser verringerten Teil (8I) der Kolbenstange (8) umschliebt und die zum Prallwerk (5) gerichtete Ringstirnfläche (16) des im Durchmesser stärkeren, vom Prallwerk entfernteren Abschnitts der Kolbenstange mit der als Anschlag dienenden Hülse zusammenwirkt.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für das Feststellen der Hülse (17) eine die Hülse umgreifende Zange (18) vorgesehen ist, die am Brechergehäuse (2) in Bewegungsrichtung der Kolbenstange (8) fest angeordnet ist.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem zwischen der Hülse (17) und dem Prallwerk (5) befindlichen Abschnitt der Kolbenstange (8) ein Mitnehmer (20) vorgesehen ist, der beim Bewegen der Kolbenstange vom Rotor (3) weg die Hülse bei gelöster Zange (18) mitnimmt.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zange (18) mit einer hydraulischen Betätigungsvorrichtung (19) versehen ist.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seitlich neben der Kolbenstange (8) ein in Bewegungsrichtung der Kolbenstange verstellbarer induktiver Endschalter (21) vorgesehen ist, der mit einem speziellen Teil (15) der Kolbenstange zusammenwirkt und beim Zusammenwirken die Nullstellung einer mit der Kolbenstange verbundenen Wegmeßeinrichtung (9) vornimmt, und somit die Spaltweite zwischen Prallwerk (5) und Schlagkreis der Schlagleisten (4) des Rotors (3) angibt.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endschalter (21) an einer schwenkbaren Wippe (22 ) angeordnet ist, auf die eine Spindel (23) mit Hilfe einer Verstelleinrichtung (24) einwirkt.
- Prallbrecher nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (24) aus einem Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregat oder einem linear wirkenden elektromotorischen Element gebildet ist.
