Claims (20)
- Trennwand (1) für Duschen, mit mehreren Verbindungsteilen (3) zum Verbinden der Trennwand (1) oder wenigstens eines Trennwandteiles (2) mit einer festen Gebäudewand (4) oder einer Wanne (32) oder zum Verbinden der Trennwand (1) oder eines Trennwandteiles (2) mit einem weiteren Trennwandteil (2), gegebenenfalls einem als Schwenktüre ausgebildeten Trennwandteil (2), wobei jedes Verbindungsteil (3) jeweils ein Befestigungsteil (5) zum Anbringen an einer Gebäudewand (4), einer Wanne (32) oder einem Trennwandteil (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Befestigungsteil (5) des Verbindungsteiles (3) eine Klemme (6) mit wenigstens zwei Klemmschenkeln (7) angeordnet ist, die in Ausgangslage zumindest bereichsweise einen geringeren lichten Abstand haben, als die Dicke der zwischen den Klemmschenkeln (7) einzuklemmenden Trennwand (1) oder des zwischen den Klemmschenkeln (7) einzuklemmenden Trennwandteiles (2), daß die Klemmschenkel (7) federnd elastisch gegen die Rückstellkraft ihres Werkstoffes voneinander weg verformbar sind und daß das Befestigungsteil (5) und/oder die Klemmschenkel (7) Drahtbügel sind.
- Trennwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (5) Lochungen für den Durchtritt von Befestigungselementen, insbesondere Schrauben hat.
- Trennwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (5) Langlochungen (8) aufweist, deren größte Ausdehnung insbesondere in Richtung der größten Länge des Befestigungsteiles (5) orientiert ist.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (5) als im wesentlichen ebener Flansch ausgebildet ist, an dessen der Befestigungsseite abgewandter Oberfläche die Klemmschenkel (7) insbesondere etwa rechtwinklig zur Befestigungsebene angeordnet sind.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemme (6) etwa auf der Mitte des flanschartigen Befestigungsteiles (5) angeordnet ist.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die quer zur Längserstreckung verlaufende Breite des Befestigungsteiles (5) kleiner oder gleich der quer zu dieser Längserstreckung verlaufenden Breite der Klemmschenkel (7) ist und daß die Breite des Befestigungsteiles (5) und der Klemmschenkel (7) kleiner als deren jeweilige Länge ist.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschenkel (7) auf das Befestigungsteil (5) aufgesetzt sind und das Befestigungsteil (5) als Anschlag für die zwischen die Klemmschenkel (7) eingeschobene Trennwand (1) oder ein zwischen die Klemmschenkel (7) eingeschobenes Trennwandteil (2) dient, so daß an dessen Schmalseite Platz für Klebstoff, Silikon oder dergleichen freibleibt.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschenkel (7) quer zu ihrer Erstreckungsebene angeordnete Durchtrittsöffnungen (10) für Befestigungselemente, insbesondere Langlochungen aufweisen.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (5) ein Drahtbügel und die Klemmschenkel (7) Blattfedern sind.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (5) und/oder die Klemmschenkel (7) aus Rundmaterial gebogen sind und der von dem Rundmaterial umgrenzte Bereich als Durchtrittsöffnung (10) insbesondere für Befestigungselemente dient.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (5) ebenfalls als Klemme (6) ausgebildet ist, die vorzugsweise Klemmschenkel (7) aufweist, welche federelastisch gegen die Rückstellkraft ihres Werkstoffs voneinander wegbewegbar sind.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmschenkel (7) jeweils in einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längserstreckungsrichtung des Befestigungsteils (5) orientierten Ebene angeordnet sind und in dieser Ebene gegenüber der Senkrechten auf die von dem Befestigungsteil (5) aufgespannte Befestigungsebene seitlich zum Befestigungsteil (5) geneigt sind.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den als Drahtbügel ausgebildeten Klemmschenkeln (7) ein Bügel (12) verschiebbar befestigt ist, der eine Durchtrittsöffnung (10) für ein Befestigungselement aufweist.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Befestigungsteil (5) und Klemme (6) ein Scharnier (31) vorgesehen ist, mit dem ein als Schwenktüre (18) ausgebildetes Trennwandteil (2) für Duschen mit einem festen Trennwandteil (2) oder einer Gebäudewand (4) schwenkbar verbunden oder verbindbar ist.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Befestigungsteil (5) zwei in einer Ebene angeordnete, vorzugsweise parallel zueinander verlaufende Laschen (19) vorgesehen sind und daß die Klemme (6) zwischen den Laschen (19) angeordnet ist und jeweils schwenkbar, vorzugsweise mittels einer die Laschen (19) verbindenden Schwenkachse (21), mit diesen verbunden ist.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den einander zugewandten Innenflächen der Klemmschenkel (7) Vorsprünge (16) zum Verrasten mit entsprechenden Aussparungen einer eingesteckten Trennwand (1) oder eines eingesteckten Trennwandteiles (2) vorgesehen sind.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungsteil (5) oder die Klemmschenkel (7) im wesentlichen aus geprägtem Blech bestehen.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Befestigungsteil (5) eine an einem Flansch, einem Übergangsstück oder dergleichen oder unmittelbar an der Klemme (6) angeordnete Muffe (29) vorgesehen ist, die zu einer Halte- und Verbindungsstange (30) oder dergleichen Halteteil für eine Duschkabine paßt.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Klemme (6) nur über einen Teilbereich der Länge der ihr zugeordneten Haltekante der Trennwand erstreckt.
- Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Teilbereich der Länge der Haltekante, über den sich die Klemme (6) erstreckt, kürzer ist als die Hälfte der Länge der Haltekante.
