Rückflußverhinderungseinrichtungen werden für flüssige und gasförmige Medien eingesetzt, um zu verhindern, daß das die Sicherheitseinrichtung durchfließende Medium vom Ausgang der Einrichtung zurück zum Eingang und von dort wieder zurück in das Versorgungsnetz gelangen kann.
Claims (5)
- Rückflußverhinderungseinrichtung für flüssige und gasförmige Medien mit zwei hintereinander angeordneten Rückflußverhinderern unter Bildung einer Zwischenkammer, die mit einem Entlastungsventil versehen ist, vom Differenzdruck zwischen Eintritt und Zwischenkammer gesteuert wird und die Zwischenkammer in die Atmosphäre öffnet, bevor der Differenzdruck gleich Null wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Sitze (20, 25) für Entlastungsventil und eingangsseitigem Rückflußverhinderer radial konzentrisch am Verschlußkörper (17) angeordnet sind und der Verschlußkörper (17) mit den konzentrischen Sitzen (20, 25) mit einer federelastischen Dichtung (35) verbunden ist und über den Kegel (24) die quadratische Dichtung (19) unter der Kraft der Zugfeder (28) und der Kraft der federelastischen Dichtung (35) steht.
- Rückflußverhinderungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Sitze (20, 25) als 45°-Schrägen ausgebildet sind und zwischen den Schrägen die Führungsstege (21) mit den Anschlägen (22) angeordnet sind. - Rückflußverhinderungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußkörper (17) und der Kegel (24) durch die Führungsstege (21) geführt sind.
- Rückflußverhinderungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen chittelteil (8) mit einem abgesetzten Durchgangsbohrung (33) aufweist, wobei der Außendurchmesser des Kegels (24) gleich oder kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der abgesetzten Bohrung (33)
- Rückflußverhinderungseinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zugfeder (28) und federelastische Dichtung (35) in Fließrichtung gesehen,vor dem Verschlußkörper (17) angeordnet sind und die federelastische Dichtung (35) die Zugfeder (28) in Öffnungsrichtung des Verschlußkörpers (17) unterstützt.
