Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hydraulically pivotable trench clearing bucket according to the preamble of claim 1 or the preamble of claim 5.
  • Such a trench clearing bucket is already known from DE 32 45 673 C known.
  • a lever is used to pivot the spoon, which consists of a coupling rod, one end of which on the support piece at a distance from the pivot axis of the spoon and the other End at a slidably guided in the carrier and from the piston-cylinder unit movable slider is articulated.
  • Such a slider in the according to DE 32 45 673 as a tube Providing executed carriers is comparatively complex.
  • sliding surfaces have to be produced in a welded construction be what a high manufacturing accuracy and low tolerances conditionally.
  • the object of the invention is a generic pivotable To further develop trench clearing buckets in such a way that it is easier to set up is and therefore easier and cheaper to manufacture leaves.
  • the piston can be one-sided be stored in a differential cylinder and with his free end to be connected to the coupling rod.
  • a second cylinder can be provided.
  • plunger cylinders leads to the advantage that equal forces are generated in both directions.
  • the leadership The coupling point on the piston rod can be from the cylinder guide be taken over and thus saved completely.
  • the use of the plunger cylinders according to the invention leads compared to the use of differential cylinders to another Manufacturing cheaper.
  • the plunger cylinder only works in one direction so that when using two plunger cylinders a bolt bearing can be dispensed with.
  • the use of plunger cylinders has the advantage that a simple exchange of volumes is possible, which by connecting the lines allow a floating position. Such Floating position of the spoon is for a number of jobs sensible and necessary.
  • the pressure medium supply through corresponding holes provided in the piston rod to provide.
  • a trench clearing bucket 10 is pivotable, as shown in FIG. 1 mounted about a pivot axis 12 on a support member 14, the in a manner known per se on the arm of a hydraulic excavator or the like articulated and by the hydraulic cylinder the spoon is pivotable.
  • the trench clearing spoon is out at one end a tube existing support 16 stiffened on the side triangular tabs 18, 20 are attached to the storage the trench clearing spoon 10 serve on the support piece 14.
  • the tubular in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, carrier 16 is circular Cross section shown.
  • a pipe can also be used here square cross section or any box as a carrier 16 serve.
  • the one-sided piston rod 24th is connected to a coupling rod 28 via a bolt 26.
  • the coupling rod 28 engages off-center on the support piece 14.
  • the piston rod passes through a slot-like opening 30 inside of the carrier 16 from the carrier.
  • guide rollers 32, 34 mounted, the extent of how 2a can be seen in particular on the pipe cross section of the carrier 16 are adapted.
  • the articulation point falls between the forked in the area of the articulation configured piston rod 24 and the coupling rod 28 with the axis of the guide rollers 32 and 34 together.
  • FIGS. 3, 3a essentially corresponds that according to FIG. 2.
  • the piston rod 24 as well stored in a differential cylinder 22 and the free end of the Piston rod 24 is forked, as shown in Fig. 3a is shown.
  • the forked split end the piston rod 24 above the pivot point at which the coupling rod 28 attacks, extended beyond.
  • At the free end of the fork around a bolt 36 is in turn one end of a piston 38 another piston-cylinder arrangement 38, 40 articulated.
  • the embodiment 3 builds wider than that of FIG. 2, but can transmit comparatively larger moments.
  • plunger cylinders 42 and 44 there are two plunger cylinders 42 and 44 arranged within the carrier 14.
  • the respective Plunger cylinders 42 and 44 dip the ends of a single piston rod 46 a, which is divided in the middle of a fork, such as in particular 4a can be seen.
  • a bolt too 26 is provided, on which a free end of the coupling rod 28 is articulated is.
  • the plunger cylinders 42 and 44 are not fixed to the carrier 16 bolted, but are based on corresponding cross pins 48 and 50 extending through the support.
  • the embodiment according to FIG. 5 largely corresponds to that according to FIG. 4.
  • the difference 4 consists in the fact that here the piston rod is only guided over the plunger cylinders 42 and 44 becomes.
  • the piston rod 46 is divided here in the articulation area of the coupling rod 28 as well the dashed lines in Fig. 5 is indicated.
  • the coupling rod 46 is not divided into two.
  • an extension piece 52 is connected to the coupling rod 46, one end of the substantially triangular neck piece 52nd protrudes from the carrier 16 through the slot 30.
  • At the end piece 52 can also have a cover plate 54 for covering the Slot be welded.
  • the extension 52 On the protruding from the carrier 16 The end sits on the extension 52, which is also made in two parts can be, the free end of the coupling rod 28. This is there articulated via a bolt 26 '.
  • FIG. 6 an embodiment is shown in FIG largely corresponds to that according to FIG. 6.
  • the coupling rod 28 is dispensed with. Instead, it is in the attachment 52 a longitudinal slot 56 is arranged by a fixed to the support Bolt 58 is penetrated. As shown in Figs. 7, 7a, are the bolt 58 and the slot guide 56 below of the pivot point 12. With this construction, can the coupling rod are dispensed with in the other construction types is realized.
