Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Anstellen der Putzrollenbürsten zum Reinigen von Walzen und/oder Rollen in Band-, Walz- oder Dressieranlagen, bei dem die mit Borsten besetzte drehangetriebene zylindrische Putzrolle (1) axial und parallel zur Walzen -bzw. Rollenachse reversierend über die Ballenlänge (13) der Walze (2) bzw. Rolle bewegbar und radial gegen deren Ballen anstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß bei bekanntem rechnerisch ermitteltem Abstand zwischen der Putzrollenachse und der Drehachse der Walze (2) bzw. Rolle der Abstand der Putzrolle (1) von der Oberfläche der Walze (2) bzw.- Rolle aus der gegebenen Geometrie der Walze bzw. Rolle und der gemessenen Geometrie der Putzrolle errechnet wird, wobei die Geometrie der Putzrolle durch
eine in definiertem Abstand von der Putzrollenachse angeordnete Abstandserfassung gemessen wird. - Vorrichtung zum Anstellen der Putzrollenbürsten zum Reinigen von Walzen und/oder Rollen in Band-, Walz- oder Dressieranlagen, bei dem die mit Borsten besetzte drehangetriebene zylindrische Putzrolle (1) axial und parallel zur Walzen -bzw. Rollenachse reversierend über die Ballenlänge (13) der Walze (2) bzw. Rolle bewegbar und radial gegen deren Ballen anstellbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet.
daß die Putzrolle (1) und mindestens eine im festgelegten Abstand von der Putzrollenachse positionierte Abstandsmeßeinrichtung (4) zur Erfassung des Abstandes der Putzrollenoberfläche von dieser Abstandsmeßeinrichtung (4) auf einem gemeinsamen Rahmen (14) angeordnet sind, der parallel zur Walzenachse und quer zur Oberfläche der Walze (2) bzw. Rolle um erfaßbare Wege (11) verschiebbar ist, wobei die jeweilige Position des Rahmens (14) zur Walze (2) bzw. Rolle aus dem Verschiebeweg des Rahmens (14) gegenüber einem Festpunkt an der Walze (2) bzw. Rolle ermittelbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abstandsmeßeinrichtung (4) ein nach dem Triangulationsprinzip arbeitendes Laser-Meßgerät ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß die Abstandsmeßeinrichtung (4) ein ansich bekanntes Ultraschall-Abstands-Meßgerät ist. - Vorrichtung nach Ansprüchen 2, 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der veränderbare Abstand der Putzrolle (1) von der Oberfläche der Walze (2) bzw. Rolle rechnerisch der Lage der Drehachsen von Walze (2) bzw. Rolle und Putzrolle (1) sowie dem gegebenen Walzen- bzw. Rollendurchmesser und dem gemessenen Durchmesser der Putzrolle (1) entspricht.
