Claims (16)
- Dispositif de fixation d'un organe de distribution (3) sur un col (1) d'un récipient contenant du produit à distribuer, comportant une bague de fixation (10) de l'organe de distribution (3) sur ledit col (1), ladite bague de fixation (10) étant annulaire et comprenant une partie inférieure et une partie supérieure, la partie inférieure comportant des moyens de fixation (12, 13) sur ledit col et la partie supérieure comportant une ouverture (16) pour l'organe de distribution et des moyens (11, 15) pour maintenir fixement ledit organe sur ledit col, le dispositif comportant en outre une frette annulaire (20) dont le diamètre intérieur est sensiblement égal au diamètre extérieur de la bague de fixation (10) et qui vient s'emmancher à force sur ladite bague de fixation pour empêcher l'écartement desdits moyens de fixation (12, 13), caractérisé en ce que ladite partie supérieure de ladite bague de fixation comporte en outre au moins un élément de paroi de guidage (14) s'étendant verticalement dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal de l'organe de distribution sur la périphérie de ladite bague de fixation (10) sensiblement en prolongement desdits moyens de fixation de ladite partie inférieure, ledit au moins un élément de paroi de guidage étant adapté à recevoir et à maintenir ladite frette (20) avant son emmanchement.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdits moyens de fixation de ladite bague sont des pattes d'encliquetage.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits éléments de parois de guidage forment une couronne annulaire de guidage continue (14).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ladite frette (20) comporte sur la face interne de sa paroi latérale (21) au moins un relief (22) s'étendant verticalement sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de ladite paroi latérale, le diamètre intérieur de ladite frette (20) au niveau dudit au moins un relief (22) étant légèrement inférieur au diamètre extérieur de ladite bague de fixation (10).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit au moins un relief (22) s'étend verticalement à partir de l'extrémité supérieure (23) de ladite frette (20) jusqu'à un point situé au-delà de la moitié de la hauteur de ladite frette.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel ladite frette (20) comporte une pluralité de reliefs (22) répartis régulièrement autour de la face interne de la paroi latérale (21) de ladite frette.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit relief est constitué d'un épaulement annulaire (22) s'étendant horizontalement sur toute la circonférence de la frette (20).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ladite frette (20) comporte sur la face interne de sa paroi latérale (21) au moins un relief (24) s'étendant de manière oblique sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de ladite paroi latérale, le diamètre intérieur de ladite frette (20) au niveau dudit au moins un relief (24) étant légèrement inférieur au diamètre extérieur de ladite bague de fixation (10).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la face inteme de la paroi latérale annulaire (21) de ladite frette (20) est munie d'un seul relief oblique (24) s'étendant sur environ la totalité de la circonférence de ladite paroi annulaire (21).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 8, dans lequel la face interne de la paroi latérale annulaire (21) de ladite frette (20) est munie de plusieurs reliefs obliques (24) parallèles, répartis autour de sa circonférence.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10, dans lequel ledit au moins un relief (22, 24) est un godron.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10, dans lequel ledit au moins un relief (22, 24) est une nervure.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite frette (20) est réalisée en un matériau plus dur que celui de la bague de fixation (10).
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 13, dans lequel ladite frette (20) est métallique et ladite bague de fixation (10) est en matière plastique.
- Procédé de fixation d'un organe de distribution (3) sur le col (1) d'un récipient contenant du produit à distribuer comportant les étapes suivantes :disposer sur ledit organe de distribution une bague de fixation annulaire (10) munie d'un côté de moyens d'encliquetage (12, 13) et du côté opposé d'une paroi de guidage (14) s'étendant en prolongement desdits moyens d'encliquetage dans le sens de l'axe longitudinal de ladite bague de fixation,préengager sur la paroi de guidage (14) de ladite bague de fixation (10) une frette annulaire (20) de diamètre intérieur sensiblement égal au diamètre extérieur de la bague de fixation,placer l'ensemble comprenant ledit organe de distribution (3), ladite bague de fixation (10) et ladite frette (20) sur ledit col (1) dudit récipient,exercer une première force F1 sur la frette (20) qui appuie sur la paroi de guidage (14) de ladite bague de fixation (10) et pousse ladite bague de fixation (10) sur ledit col du récipient, lesdits moyens d'encliquetage (12, 13) s'écartant sous l'effet de la force F1 avant de s'encliqueter sur ledit col du récipient, etexercer une seconde force F2 supérieure à la première force F1 sur la frette (20), ladite seconde force F2 étant suffisante pour emmancher à force ladite frette (20) sur ladite bague de fixation (10), ladite frette (20) empêchant ainsi l'écartement des moyens d'encliquetage (12, 13) de la bague de fixation (10).
- Procédé de fixation selon la revendication 15, dans lequel ladite frette annulaire (20) est pourvue, sur la face inteme de sa paroi latérale (21), d'au moins un relief (22, 24) s'étendant sur au moins une partie de la hauteur de ladite paroi latérale, le diamètre intérieur de la frette (20) au niveau dudit au moins un relief (22, 24) étant légèrement inférieur au diamètre extérieur de ladite bague de fixation (10), ladite frette (20) étant préengagée sur ladite paroi de guidage (14) jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité inférieure (22a, 24a) dudit au moins un relief (22, 24) de ladite frette (20) viennent s'appuyer sur l'extrémité supérieure de ladite paroi de guidage (14) de ladite bague de fixation (10), de sorte que lors de l'étape d'exercer une première force F1 sur la frette (20), celle-ci appuie sur la paroi de guidage (14) de ladite bague de fixation (10) par l'intermédiaire de ladite extrémité inférieure (22a, 24a) du au moins un relief (22, 24) et pousse ladite bague de fixation (10) sur ledit col du récipient, lesdits moyens d'encliquetage (12, 13) s'écartant sous l'effet de la force F1 avant de s'encliqueter sur ledit col du récipient.
