Abstract
Description

- emmancher à force une virole cylindrique dans le corps de l'organe de dosage, le diamètre extérieur de ladite virole étant légèrement supérieur au diamètre intérieur dudit corps de l'organe de dosage sur au moins une partie de sa longueur de manière à assurer la fixation dudit corps de l'organe de dosage qui devient serrant dans le col du récipient.

Claims (11)
- Dispositif comprenant un organe de dosage (3) comportant un corps cylindrique (4), dont la partie supérieure se termine par une collerette (5), et un col cylindrique (2) d'un récipient (1) contenant un produit à distribuer dans lequel ledit corps (4) est destiné à être fixé, ledit dispositif comprenant en outre une virole cylindrique (6) dont le diamètre extérieur est légèrement supérieur au diamètre intérieur dudit corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3) sur au moins une partie de sa longueur caractérisé en ce que ledit corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3) présente un diamètre extérieur légèrement inférieur au diamètre intérieur dudit col cylindrique (2) du récipient (1), de sorte que le corps peut aisément être introduit sans contact serrant dans le col et venir en butée sur l'extrémité supérieure dudit col (2) du récipient (1) avec ladite collerette (5), ladite virole (6) étant destinée à être emmanchée à force dans ledit corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3) au niveau dudit col (2) du récipient (1) de manière à fixer le corps dans le col après emmanchage.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3) comporte à son extrémité supérieure une partie de diamètre intérieure légèrement plus grand pour permettre le préengagement de la virole (6) avant son emmanchement à force.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite virole (6) est chanfreinée à son extrémité inférieure (7) pour faciliter son emmanchement dans le corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite virole (6) comporte à son extrémité supérieure une tête (8) venant faire butée avec la collerette (5) du corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3) lorsque la virole (6) est emmanchée complètement dans ledit corps de l'organe de dosage.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite tête (8) de la virole (6) est telle qu'elle ne crée pas de surépaisseur sur la collerette (5) du corps de l'organe de dosage lorsque la virole est emmanchée complètement dans ledit corps de l'organe de dosage.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la matière du corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3) est plus souple que la matière de la virole (6).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite virole (6) a une longueur environ égale à celle du col (2) du récipient (1).
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel ladite virole (6) a une longueur supérieure à celle du col (2) du récipient (1), l'emmanchement à force de la virole (6) étant effectué au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure dudit col (2), occasionnant ainsi sous la paroi du récipient s'évasant dudit col (2) un déplacement de matière (9) qui bloque le corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (2) dans ledit récipient (1) et assure l'étanchéité du dispositif.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit organe de dosage (3) est une pompe.
- Procédé de fixation d'un organe de dosage (3) comportant un corps cylindrique (4), dont la partie supérieure se termine par une collerette (5), dans un col cylindrique (2) d'un récipient (1) contenant un produit à distribuer, le diamètre extérieur dudit corps de l'organe de dosage étant légèrement inférieur au diamètre intérieur dudit col du récipient, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :introduire le corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3) dans le col (2) du récipient (1) jusqu'à ce que ladite collerette (5) dudit cops de l'organe de dosage vienne en butée avec l'extrémité supérieure dudit col du récipient, ledit corps de l'organe de dosage n'étant pas serrant dans ledit col du récipient,emmancher à force une virole cylindrique (6) dans le corps (4) de l'organe de dosage (3), le diamètre extérieur de ladite virole (6) étant légèrement supérieur au diamètre intérieur dudit corps de l'organe de dosage sur au moins une partie de sa longueur de manière à assurer la fixation dudit corps de l'organe de dosage qui devient serrant dans le col (2) du récipient (1).
- Procédé de fixation selon la revendication 10, dans lequel l'étape d'emmancher à force la virole (6) est effectuée en exerçant une poussée sur un élément de distribution, après que celui-ci ait été mis en place sur l'organe de dosage (3).
