Description
- dans le cas de distributeurs de produit comportant un gaz propulseur, tel que notamment un gaz du type HFA, il peut se produire une interaction ou une réaction entre le joint et le produit actif. Pour éviter ou limiter au maximum cet inconvénient, il a eté proposé de réaliser un joint de col à surface réduite. Ce joint de col est alors positionné dans une bague qui est emmanchée autour du corps de la valve servant à distribuer le produit, comme divulgué par exemple dans le document FR-A-2 738 557. La présence de cette bague augmente le coût de fabrication et complique l'assemblage. De plus, le risque d'interaction ou de réaction entre le matériau de la bague et le produit actif existe également.
- Les documents EP-A-0 101 157 et WO-A-94/16970 divulguent une capsule de fixation pour un récipient aérosol comportant un logement annulaire destiné à recevoir le joint de col. Les dimensions dudit logement sont sensiblement identiques aux dimensions du joint de col, celui-ci étant inséré dans ledit logement à force, de sorte qu'il est précontraint déjà avant son assemblage sur le col du récipient. De plus. le joint doit avoir des dimensions très précises pour s'adapter dans ledit logement, de sorte qu'aucune tolérance de fabrication du joint n'est acceptable, ce qui implique nécessairement l'utilisation de procédés de fabrication de joint très coûteux, tels que le moulage ou le surmoulage. De même, le logement de la capsule de fixation doit également être réalisé avec une précision dimentionnelle élevée, ce qui complique sa fabrication et donc son coût.
- fournir un élément de fixation comportant une partie de réception pour se fixer audit organe de distribution, une partie de fixation pour se fixer audit col du récipient, et une partie de maintien pour recevoir et maintenir fixement ledit joint de col,
- assembler l'organe de distribution dans ladite partie de réception de l'élément de fixation,
- disposer ledit joint de col dans ladite partie de maintien de l'élément de fixation pour former une unité élément de fixation/joint, et
- fixer ladite unité élément de fixation/joint sur le col du récipient, au moyen de ladite partie de fixation de l'élément de fixation.
- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en coupe d'un dispositif de distribution de produit fluide selon un mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention, et
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique en coupe, montrant plus particulièrement l'élément de fixation selon le mode de réalisation avantageux de l'invention.
Claims (11)
- Elément de fixation (10) d'un organe de distribution (20), tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, sur le col (31) d'un récipient (30) contenant un produit à distribuer, avec interposition d'un joint de col (1) comportant un bord intérieur (2) et un bord extérieur (3) pour assurer l'étanchéité au niveau du col (31) du récipient (30), ledit élément de fixation (10) comportant une partie de réception (11) pour recevoir ledit organe de distribution (20) et une partie de fixation (12) pour se fixer audit col (31) du récipient (30), caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de fixation (10) comporte en outre une partie de maintien (13) pour recevoir et maintenir ledit joint de col (1), ledit joint annulaire (1) étant maintenu dans ladite partie de maintien (13) de l'élément de fixation (10) uniquement au niveau de son bord intérieur (2).
- Elément de fixation selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit joint de col (1) est annulaire et la partie de maintien (13) de l'élément de fixation (10) comporte un évidement annulaire (14) constitué d'une paroi de fond (15), d'une paroi latérale extérieure (16) et d'une paroi latérale intérieure (17), ladite paroi latérale intérieure (17) comportant des moyens de retenue pour coopérer avec ledit bord intérieur (2) du joint de col (1) pour le maintenir fixement à l'intérieur dudit évidement (14).
- Elément de fixation selon la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite paroi latérale intérieure (17) de l'évidement annulaire (14) fait un angle inférieur à 90° par rapport à ladite paroi de fond (15), de telle sorte que le diamètre de ladite paroi latérale intérieure (17), par rapport à l'axe central de l'élément de fixation (10), est variable, avec au niveau de son extrémité opposée à ladite paroi de fond (15), un diamètre supérieur au diamètre du bord intérieur (2) du joint (1).
- Elément de fixation selon la revendication 3, dans lequel la différence de diamètre (d) entre les extrémités de ladite paroi latérale intérieure (17) est telle que, une fois mis en place dans l'évidement (14), le joint (1) n'est pas précontraint.
- Elément de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit joint de col (1) est inséré dans ledit évidement (14) avant l'assemblage de l'élément de fixation (10).
- Elément de fixation selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite partie de fixation (12) comporte des moyens de sertissage, d'encliquetage ou de vissage.
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide ou pâteux, comportant un organe de distribution (20), tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, monté sur le col (31) d'un récipient (30) contenant un produit à distribuer, avec interposition d'un joint de col (1) pour assurer l'étanchéité au niveau dudit col (31) du récipient (30), caractérisé en ce que ledit organe de distribution (20) est monté sur ledit col (31) au moyen d'un élément de fixation (10) réalisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'organe de distribution est une valve doseuse (20) et l'élément de fixation est une capsule (10), de préférence métallique, qui est fixé au col (31) par sertissage.
- Procédé de fixation d'un organe de distribution (20), tel qu'une pompe ou une valve, sur le col (31) d'un récipient (30) contenant un produit à distribuer, avec interposition d'un joint de col (1) pour assurer l'étanchéité au niveau dudit col (31) du récipient, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes :fournir un élément de fixation (10) réalisé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,assembler l'organe de distribution (20) dans ladite partie de réception (11) de l'élément de fixation (10),disposer ledit joint de col (1) dans ladite partie de maintien (13) de l'élément de fixation (10) pour former une unité élément de fixation/joint. etfixer ladite unité élément de fixation/joint sur le col (31) du récipient (30), au moyen de ladite partie de fixation (12) de l'élément de fixation (10).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ladite étape d'assembler l'organe de distribution (20) dans la partie de réception (11) peut en variante être réalisée après ladite étape de disposer le joint de col (1) dans ladite partie de maintien (13) et/ou après ladite étape de fixer l'unité l'élément de fixation/joint sur le récipient (30).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel ledit organe de distribution est une valve doseuse (20), ledit élément de fixation est une capsule (10) de préférence métallique, et lesdites étapes d'assembler et de fixer sont réalisées par sertissage.
