Claims (15)
- Dispositif de montage (1, 501) d'une valve de distribution (2) sur un réservoir (4) de produit sous pression, comportant :a) des premier moyens de montage (6, 506 ; 6b, 506b ; 6c, 506c), aptes à assurer l'accrochage du dispositif sur un bord ouvert (8) du réservoir ;b) des second moyens de montage (10, 510), aptes à assurer la fixation de ladite valve de distribution (2) sur ledit dispositif de montage (1) ;c) une première gorge (12, 512) formée entre les premier et second moyens de montage, et ;d) des moyens de blocage (16, 616) destinés à être positionnés dans ladite gorge, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage permettent le serrage desdits premiers moyens de montage sur ledit bord ouvert en provoquant un élargissement radial d'un fond de ladite première gorge (14, 114, 212a, 212b, 314, 412b, 414, 512a).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les premier (6, 506 ; 6b, 506b ; 6c, 506c) et second (10, 510) moyens de montage, ainsi que la première gorge (12, 512) sont formés d'une seule pièce (5, 505) en matériau plastique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit fond est d'épaisseur moindre que le reste de la gorge.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (116) présentent une forme annulaire dont au moins une portion (116a, 224) est d'épaisseur radiale pour, en position montée, coopérer avec une portion correspondante (110a, 226) des premier et second moyens de montage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (116) comportent, en outre, un élément annulaire (116b, 116c), apte à parfaire le serrage desdits premier moyens de montage (10, 510) sur ledit bord ouvert.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les premier moyens de montage (10, 510) forment une seconde gorge ouverte (6, 6b, 6c, 506, 506b, 506c), à l'opposé de la première, de manière à enserrer le bord ouvert (8) du réservoir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les premier moyens de montage sont positionnés entre ledit bord ouvert (8) du réservoir et ledit élément annulaire (116b, 116c) des moyens de blocage.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des moyens (24a, 24b, 26a, 26b) sont prévus, pour assurer le verrouillage des moyens de blocage (16, 516) dans ladite première gorge.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (16, 116) forment un profil (16a, 16b ; 116a), apte à favoriser l'introduction desdits moyens de blocage dans ladite gorge (12, 112).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage (16, 516) sont réalisés en plastique ou en métal (616).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier moyens de montage sont destinés à être vissés sur ledit bord ouvert du réservoir.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 11, caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce (5, 505) est réalisée en polyacétal, et de préférence en polyoxyméthylène (POM).
- Distributeur (3) comportant un réservoir (4) contenant un produit (P), mis sous pression à l'aide d'un moyen propulseur (G) et à distribuer par actionnement d'une valve de distribution (2), montée sur un bord ouvert (8) du réservoir (4), la valve (2) étant pourvue de moyens d'actionnement et de distribution (18, 20), caractérisé en ce que la valve est montée sur le réservoir au moyen d'un dispositif de montage (1) conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
- Distributeur selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le bord ouvert (8) du réservoir est conformé sous forme d'un col roulé (50, 60) vers l'extérieur ou vers l'intérieur, ou sous forme d'un bord fileté (80).
- Distributeur selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la valve (2) comporte un corps réalisé en un matériau élastomérique.
