- emmancher à force le corps de l'organe de dosage dans le col du récipient de telle sorte que l'organe déformable se déplace sur ladite partie de plus grand diamètre du corps de l'organe de dosage, en étant déformé et/ou comprimé dans le logement, assurant ainsi la fixation étanche dudit organe de dosage dans le col du récipient.

Claims (5)
- Dispositif de fixation d'un organe de dosage (10), tel qu'une pompe, comportant un corps (11), dans un col (2) d'un récipient (1) contenant un produit à distribuer, ledit corps (11) de l'organe de dosage (10) comportant une partie de plus petit diamètre (11a) et une partie de plus grand diamètre (11b), le diamètre extérieur maximal dudit corps (11) étant inférieur au diamètre intérieur dudit col (2), caractérisé en ce qu'un logement (20) est formé dans ledit col (2) du récipient (1), ledit logement (20) étant adapté à recevoir un organe déformable (30) qui, à l'état monté du dispositif de fixation, est déformé et/ou comprimé de telle sorte qu'il exerce une force radiale sur ledit col (2) et sur ledit corps (11), ladite force assurant le fixation étanche de l'organe de dosage (10) dans le col (2) du récipient (1), ledit organe déformable (30) venant s'adapter, avant montage, sur ladite partie de plus petit diamètre (11a) et se déplaçant, lors du montage, sur ladite partie de plus grand diamètre (11b) du corps (11) de l'organe de dosage (10), en étant déformé et/ou comprimé dans le logement (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel lesdites parties (11a) et (11b) de différents diamètres du corps (11) de l'organe de dosage (10) sont reliées par une partie conique de sorte que la déformation et/ou la compression de l'organe déformable est réalisée de manière progressive lors du montage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le logement (20) a une forme en section transversale environ carrée ou rectangulaire.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit organe déformable (30) possède, avant le montage du dispositif de fixation, une forme différente de celle du logement (20), le montage du dispositif de fixation forçant par déformation et/ou compression ledit organe déformable (30) à se conformer environ à la forme dudit logement (20), de sorte que ledit organe déformable (30) exerce des forces sur les parois dudit logement (20).
- Procédé de fixation d'un organe de dosage (10), tel qu'une pompe, comportant un corps de pompe (11) ayant une partie supérieure de plus grand diamètre (11b) et une partie inférieure de plus petit diamècre (11a), dans un col (2) d'un récipient (1) contenant un produit à distribuer, ledit col (2) comportant un logement annulaire (20), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes de :- disposer un organe déformable (30) sur ladite partie de plus petit diamètre (11a) du corps (11) de l'organe de dosage (10) ;- disposer l'organe de dosage (10) sur le col (2) du récipient (1), ledit organe déformable (30) étant reçu dans ledit logement (20) du col (2) ; et- emmancher à force le corps (11) dé l'organe de dosage (10) dans le col (2) du récipient de telle sorte que l'organe déformable (30) se déplace sur ladite partie de plus grand diamètre (11b) du corps (11) de l'organe de dosage, en étant déformé et/ou comprimé dans le logement (20), assurant ainsi la fixation étanche dudit organe de dosage (10) dans le col (2) du récipient.
