Claims (10)
- Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür, bei dem bzw. bei der der Flügel (2) zumindest oben durch eine am feststehenden Rahmen (1) in einem Lagerbock (23) um eine lotrechte Achse (3-3 bzw. 24) schwenkbar gelagerte Ausstellvorrichtung (19) gehalten ist,welche mit mindestens einem verdeckt zwischen den Falzumfangsflächen (31' und 30' ) von Flügel (2) und Rahmen (1) gelegenen und an einer flügelseitigen Halte- und Führungsschiene (32) angreifenden Ausstellarm (20) entweder die Kippöffnungsbewegung des Flügels (2) begrenzt oder beim Drehöffnen desselben in Parallellage zu diesem mitschwenkt,wobei Flügel (2) und Rahmen (1) einen in ihrer Ebene gegen die Waagerechte geneigt verlaufenden oberen Schenkel (2' bzw. 1' ) haben und die Ausstellvorrichtung (19) in der Nähe des rahmenseitigen Lagerbockes (23) am Ausstellarm (20) mit einem Gelenk (39; 34, 35, 38) versehen ist, dessen Achse (38) sich sowohl quer zur Achse (3-3; 24) des Lagerbockes (23) als auch quer zur Längsrichtung des Ausstellarmes (20) erstreckt, um das bzw. die der Ausstellarm (20) relativ zum Lagerbock (23) bzw. zu dessen lotrechter Gelenkachse (3-3; 24) entsprechend der Neigungslage des oberen Flügelschenkels (2') oder Rahmenschenkels (1 ') einstellbar ist,daß sich das Gelenk (39; 34, 35, 38) an einer abwärts gerichteten Abwinkelung (36) od. dgl. des hinteren Endes (63) des Ausstellarms (20) befindet,daß dabei seine Achsebene unterhalb der jeweils zum Ausstellarm (20) parallelen Ebene der Falzumfangsfläche (31' ) des oberen Flügelschenkels (2' ) verläuft,und daß das Gelenk (39; 34, 35, 38) - bei Schließlage des Flügels (2) am feststehenden Rahmen (1) - sich in einem bestimmten Achsabstand (41) parallel zur Ebene der vertikalen Falzumfangsfläche (30) des feststehenden Rahmens (1) erstreckt.
- Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder Tür nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Achsebene des Gelenkes (39; 34, 35, 38) mindestens etwa auf der Verlängerungsebene der Unterseite (32') der flügelseitigen Halte- und Führungsschiene (32) für den Ausstellarm (20) liegt. - Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Achsabstand (41) des Gelenkes (39; 34, 35, 38) von der Ebene der vertikalen Falzumfangsfläche (30) des feststehenden Rahmens (1) etwa der Hälfte des Abstandes (29) zwischen den Falzumfangsflächen (30 und 31) vom feststehenden Rahmen (1) und Flügel (2) entspricht. - Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gelenk (39; 34, 35, 38) den Ausstellarm (20) mit dem oberen Ende einer Zwischenplatte (33) verbindet, die am Endschenkel (28) einer von einer Gelenkhülse (26) als Ausleger (25) ausgehenden Winkelplatte (27) sitzt, wobei die Gelenkhülse (26) um die lotrechte Achse (3-3 bzw. 24) schwenkbar im Lagerbock (23) gehalten ist. - Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Gelenk (39; 34, 35, 38) lösbar und längenverstellbar über ein Formstück (37) mit dem Ausstellarm (20) in Verbindung steht sowie mit diesem über einen um das Gelenk (39; 34, 35, 38) verlagerbaren Sperrbügel (70) am oberen Ende der Zwischenplatte (33) formschlüssig verriegelbar ist (70, 71, 72). - Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Zwischenplatte (33) um eine quer zu ihrer Ebene gerichtete Achse (Klemmschraube 75) um 180° verschwenkbar am Endschenkel (28) der Winkelplatte (27) gelagert und in jeder ihrer beiden möglichen End-Schwenklagen mit diesem verrastbar (81, 82, 83) ist. - Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach Ansprüche 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Achse von einer in einem Gewinde (78) des Endschenkels (28) sitzenden Klemmschraube (75) gebildet ist und die Zwischenplatte (33) mit dem Endschenkel (28) in beiden End-Schwenklagen über eine Zapfen-/Loch-Verbindung (81, 82, 83) verrastbar ist. - Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Klemmschraube (75) unverlierbar, z.B. durch Anstauchen (77) ihres Schaftendes (76), im Gewinde (78) des Endschenkels (28) gehalten ist. - Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,bei welchem die Befestigungsposition des rahmenseitigen Lagerbocks (23) für die Ausstellvorrichtung (19) an der raumseitigen Stirnfläche des feststehenden Rahmens (1) mittels einer Lehrenvorrichtung (42) bestimmbar ist,daß die Lehrenvorrichtung (42) an der Unterseite einer gegen die raumseitige Stirnfläche des feststehenden Rahmens (1) anlegbaren und der Bestimmung oder Anbringung der Befestigungsstellen (45, 46, 47) dienlichen Lehrenplatte (43) einen Anschlagblock (49) trägt, welcher einerseits einen gegen die vertikale Falzumfangsfläche (30) des feststehenden Rahmens (1) anlegbaren Hauptanschlag (50) sowie andererseits eine kreisbogenförmig gekrümmt verlaufende Richt-Anschlagfläche (51) aufweist, die gegen die obere waagerechte oder geneigt verlaufende Falzumfangsfläche (30') des feststehenden Rahmens (1) anlegbar ist,wobei der seitliche Abstand (53) des Bogenzentrums (52) der Richt-Anschlagfläche (51) vom Hauptanschlag (50) mindstens dem vorgegebenen Abstand (41) des Gelenkes (39; 34, 35, 38) von der vertikalen Falzumfangsfläche (30) des feststehenden Rahmens (1) entspricht,während der Radius (54) der Richt-Anschlagfläche (51) um dieses Bogenzentrum (52) auf die Länge (40) der abwärts gerichteten und das Gelenk (39; 34, 35, 38) tragenden Abwinkelung (36) am hinteren Ende (63) des Ausstellarms (20) abgestimmt ist.
- Dreh- bzw. Drehkippfenster oder -tür nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Lehrenvorrichtung (42) mit Lehrenplatte (43) und Anschlagblock (49) zu einer normal auf der Ebene des feststehenden Rahmens (1) stehenden Querebene (44-44) symmetrisch gestaltet ist.
