Definitions
- the invention relates to a magnetic door seal for a Door with a door leaf according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- EP-A-0568949 a magnetic door seal is the shown above genus. Is in the threshold a vertically displaceable magnetic bar is provided, which with a corresponding magnetic counterpart on the bottom the door interacts in such a way that the magnetically movable Part is pulled up with the door closed and the gap seals. There are openings in the threshold profile for drainage provided by splashing water and the like.
- the invention has set itself the task of the known magnetic door sealing arrangement to develop such that the water splashing in the area of the door seal (Rainwater or the like) reliably collected and derived becomes.
- the invention is based on achieving the object according to the invention from the door seal of the type specified at the beginning and proposes the specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 Characteristics before.
- the invention in addition to the magnetic bar receiving recess parallel to this recess Provides water drainage channel, the water from the recess first flow into the water drainage channel. Because the magnetic strip at least this channel direct derivation is ensured in some cases. The water is collected in the water drainage channel and can turn on to be routed to any location from there Threshold to be led away. The water, for example Driving rain, condensation or the like occurs through one Gap between the magnetic bar and the threshold profile from the outside into the recess.
- This entry opening into the Water drainage channel is now e.g. in front of the outer surface of the movable magnetic bar.
- the penetrating water is at the closed door on the by the movable magnetic bar sealed outer surface of this magnetic strip, and thereby entering the water drainage channel. But it is also possible that this penetrated water into a water drainage channel is directed behind the outer surface of the movable magnetic bar is arranged. E.g. can the water drainage channel be provided under the magnetic bar.
- the second profile on Floor is a recess in which the movable Magnetic strip is provided, and that this recess as Water drainage channel is used, with water drainage openings in one Collecting channel.
- the movably arranged magnetic bar is arranged in the first profile, and the fixed magnetic strip Water drainage channel limited.
- the water drain openings are provided along the water drainage channel. It is advantageous if this collecting channel also as Profile part of the threshold profile is formed and with this is connectable.
- the profiles are here, for example Made of aluminum and designed as extrusion profiles. It is but also possible that some parts of the profile, for example are made of plastic.
- Recesses are provided, each receiving a magnetic strip and form water drainage channels, and the two water drainage openings own that lead to a collecting channel. This ensures a reliable seal of the interior of reached the outside, even if for some reason the water drainage channel of the outer recess (for example because it is blocked) the water can no longer absorb and thus the water in the space between the two Recesses should penetrate.
- a second one Magnetic sealing strip is provided, which has a water drainage channel limited. The water that has entered here will then also through water drainage openings in a along the threshold profile provided common collector channel derived.
- the collecting duct has side covers has to drain the channel on the outside of the threshold.
- This cover has, for example, a nozzle, on which a hose of any length is attached, which is the water supplied from the collecting channel leads away from the threshold and to any point, for example outside of the foundation of the threshold ends. This will drain the water reliably derived from the range of the threshold.
- the threshold profile is one has a flat surface.
- the threshold profile does not form stages that are or trolleys are difficult to drive over.
- paragraphs are dispensed with, or the paragraphs in Ratio chosen so small to the diameter of the wheels that do not hinder these paragraphs.
- the Arrangement of the water drainage channel in the profile ensured, that the water hitting the threshold is not in enters the interior.
- Known thresholds have one here Elevation through which prevents the ingress of water but these thresholds are very difficult to cross can be.
- the profile is divided into two and the two profile parts are held by an insulating strip and the two profile parts one receiving the magnetic strip Form recess.
- the production of the profile from two or even several parts means a reduction in manufacturing costs.
- the insulating strip is the metal thermal bridge on the threshold between the Interrupted inside and outside of a building. At the same time the insulating strip provides impact sound insulation.
- This insulating strip is, for example, made of plastic, carbon fiber reinforced Plastic, metal strip covered with plastic and the like. It is beneficial to do this Material is provided that has poor thermal conductivity having.
- the two profile parts connect and a space between the two insulating strips, for example with tool foam or insulating foam, is foamed.
- the profile consisting of two profile parts, which is attached to the underside of the door, so be carried out that the assembly, even a subsequent one Installation on a door, can be made easily. Since the the two profile parts are separated from each other, is the insulating strip so that it can hold the two profile parts together. This makes it possible to have only one profile part Fasteners, for example screws, on the lower edge of the door or to attach to the floor. The other profile part is held with the help of the insulating strips.
- an L-shaped cover plate with length adjustment ribs is provided that supports an insulation strip. It is provided that the magnetic Door seal in a shell before laying the Screed is attached to the door frame. So on the outside it is surely avoided that water on the concrete floor running into the interior below the threshold is provided that a cover plate is provided which has an insulation strip supported, which causes the threshold profile Any water that has entered the drain is discharged to the outside becomes.
- the cover plate has length adjustment ribs on, which allow the lengths of the legs of the cover plate to shorten as desired and thus a high variability of the To ensure threshold profile during installation. The one on the Screed lying on the insulation strip then presses it against it the cover plate and is supported by this.
- the insulating strip also provides impact and sound insulation.
- the invention further provides that the threshold profile on the The floor rests.
- floors are laid on the screed Carpet or tile or the like is formed. It if the surface is as smooth as possible, so that the threshold profile can be easily passed. By doing Again a water drainage channel is provided, which absorbs the water that has run off the magnetic bar and derives.
- the threshold profile is, for example, by Screws attached.
- the magnetic strip has a seal, the one interface between the first and second Magnetic strip seals.
- the seal for example can be designed as a sealing lip or the like possible gaps closed reliably. It is therefore impossible that water or drafts penetrate.
