Claims (12)
- Ofenanlage als Zwischenspeicher zwischen einer einer Dünnbrammengießanlage nachgeschalteten dornlosen Aufwickelvorrichtung (4) für den bandförmigen Gußstrang (9) und einer mit dem nachfolgenden Walzwerk korrespondierenden Abwickelvorrichtung (5) sowie einem Transportsystem (22, 26) für die gewickelten Bunde (7, 7a) durch die Ofenanlage,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmalea) Die Aufwickelvorrichtung (4) ist einlaufseitig in die Ofenanlage (3) integriert.b) Außerhalb und unterhalb der Ofenanlage (3) ist mindestens eine längs der Ofenanlage (3) verfahrbare Transportvorrichtung (22, 26) für die Bunde (7, 7a) vorgesehen, die mit heb- und senkbaren Auflagen (23) für das zu transportierende Bund (7, 7a) in die Ofenanlage (3) eingreift.c) In einem die Aufnahme mehrerer nebeneinander angeordneter Bunde (7, 7a) gestattenden Abstand von der Aufwickelvorrichtung (4) ist die Abwickelvorrichtung (5) gleichfalls in die Ofenanlage (3) integriert, die über die Transportvorrichtung (22, 26) mit der Aufwickelvorrichtung korrespondiert. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Transportvorrichtung aus zwei Bundtransportwagen (22, 26) besteht, die auf mittig unterhalb der Ofenanlage (3) und längs dazu verlaufenden Fahrschienen (17) unabhängig voneinander bewegbar sind, wobei ein Transportwagen (22) der Aufwickelstation (4) und der weitere Transportwagen (26) der Abwickelstation (5) zugeordnet ist. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die für die Aufnahme der Bunde (7) auf den Transportwagen (22, 26) vorgesehenen Auflagen (23) die sich bodenseitig parallel zu den Fahrschienen (17) erstreckende Öffnung (20) der Ofenanlage (3) durchgreifen, wobei die Öffnung (18 bzw.20) durch Klappen (19) verschließbar ist, die beim Verfahren der Transportwagen (22, 26) im unmittelbaren Bereich der Auflagen (23) wegbewegbar sind. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß mit dem Wegbewegen der Klappen (19) eine Durchlaßöffnung zur Entsinterung freimachbar ist. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Ofenanlage (3) beidseitig der bodenseitigen Öffnung (20) außerhalb der Aufwickelvorrichtung (4) und Abwickelvorrichtung (5) mit prismenartige Auflagen für Bunde (7, 7a) bildenden Ablagebänken (21) versehen ist. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Aufwickelstation (4) innerhalb der Ofenanlage angeordnete antreibbare Bodenrollen (14) für den von der Dünnbrammengießanlage kommenden bandförmigen Gußstrang (9) aufweist, denen zum Formen des Bundes (7) Treib-und verstellbare Biegerollen (11, 12) zugeordnet sind, welche im Betriebszustand die Ofeneinlaßöffnung weitgehend verschließen. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Treib- und Biegerollen (11, 12) als Einheit aus der Einlaßöffnung der Ofenanlage (3) heraus in eine Reparatur- und/oder Inspektionsstellung verfahrbar sind und die Einlaßöffnung der Ofenanlage (3) bei ausgefahrenen Treib-und Biegerollen durch eine Tür (15) verschließbar ist. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die in die Ofenanlage (3) integrierte Abwickelstation (5) angetriebene Bodenrollen (27) für das abzuwickelnde Bund (7) aufweist, sowie eine in Richtung (2) des nachfolgenden Walzwerkes zu öffnende Tür (29), durch welche ein den Anfang des Bundes (7) führender Manipulator (28) einführbar ist, der nach dem Einfädeln des Anfanges in ein Treibrollenpaar (31) zurückfahrbar ist, wobei die Tür (29) bis auf eine schmale Durchlaßöffnung für den bandförmigen Gußstrang (9) verschließbar ist. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 6 und 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Bodenrollen der Aufwickelstation (14) und die Bodenrollen der Abwickelstation (27) auf einem verfahrbaren Rahmen (34 bzw.35)angeordnet sind, der auf unterhalb des Systems angeordneten Fahrschienen (32 bzw.33) quer zur Ofenanlage (3) verfahrbar ist. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Bandende (42) des Bundes (7) in eine definierte Lage unterhalb der Bundachse gebracht und fixiert wird. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1 bis 10
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß alle Einrichtungen aus dem Ofenbereich ausfahrbar sind. - Ofenanlage nach Anspruch 1 bis 11
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Ofenanlage (3) durch Erweiterung einer Aufwickstation (4) und Zwischenspeicherteil (6) zu einer zweisträngigen Anlage ausbaubar ist.
