Description
In Ausgangslage befindet sich der Stempel 12 in der in Figur 1 gezeigten zurückgezogenen Position über einem Titer-Ring 1, wobei der Titer-Ring 1 ein zentrisches Loch 58 aufweist, dem die Kniehebel 51 zugeordnet sind. Ebenfalls befindet sich in der Stufenöffnung 8 der Auflageplatte 5 eine Hülse 2 zur Aufnahme des Titer-Ringes 1.
Claims (16)
- Hülse mit Titer-Ring mit Informationen über ein auf einer Hülse (2) befindlichem Garn od. dgl., wobei der Titer-Ring (1) eine Ringscheibe mit einem etwa zentrischen Loch (58) ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Titer-Ring (1) von einem Ende der Hülse (2) in diese eingebracht ist und sich dort am anderen Ende gegen einen Anschlag eines Bördelrandes od. dgl. abstützt. - Hülse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Titer-Ring (1) aus dem gleichen bzw. ähnlichen Werkstoff wie die Hülse (2) besteht.
- Hülse nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Titer-Ring (1) aus Zellulose, insbesondere Karton besteht.
- Hülse nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Außendurchmesser (d) des Titer-Ringes (1) geringfügig größer, als ein Innendurchmesser (di) der Hülse (2) gewählt ist.
- Verfahren zum Einsetzen eines als Ringscheibe mit einem etwa zentrischen Loch (58) ausgebildeten Titer-Ringes (1) in eine Hülse (2) zur Aufnahme eines Garns, Fadens, od. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Titer-Ring (1) zum Einbringen in die Hülse (2) konisch bzw. trichterförmig aufgewölbt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Titer-Ring (1) nach dem Einbringen in die Hülse (2) wieder in eine Ebene gestellt und damit in die Hülse (2) vorgespannt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Titer-Ring (1) aus einem Karton od. dgl. vorgestanzt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Einsetzen eines als Ringscheibe mit einem etwa zentrischen Loch ausgebildeten Titer-Ringes in eine Hülse zur Aufnahme eines Garns, Fadens, od. dgl. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Titer-Ring (1) ein Stempel (12) mit einem schräg oder konisch nach innen verlaufenden Außenrand (15) zugeordnet ist, an den der Titer-Ring (1) beim Einsetzen in die Hülse (2) anlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen zumindest einem bewegbaren Fuß (57), welcher durch das Loch (58) in dem Titer-Ring (1) einschwenkbar ist und einer Randkante (21) eines Kolbens (17) ein aufhebbarer Spalt (61) zur Aufnahme des Titer-Ringes (1) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (17) in einer Sacklochbohrung (14) in dem Stempel (12) unter Ausbildung eines Druckraumes (19) gleitet und in einer Stufenbohrung (38) in dem Kolben (17) ein Arbeitskolben (37) zwischen einer Stufe (39) und einer Bodenfläche (41) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fuß (57) Teil eines Kniehebels (51) ist, welcher mit einem Knie (53) drehbar in einer Kugelpfanne (54) in der Stufenbohrung (38) sitzt und mit einem Kugelkopf (52) in eine Ausnehmung (50) in dem Arbeitskolben (37) eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach eine der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (17) über eine Verbindungsstange (22) mit einem weiteren Kolben (23) in einer Kammer (24) in dem Stempel (12) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (24) über eine Trennwand (26) von der Sacklochbohrung (14) getrennt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (23) von Federn (30) mit Druck beaufschlagbar ist, welche einem Druck im Druckraum (19) entgegenwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Bodenfläche (41) und einer Kolbenfläche (36) des Arbeitskolbens (37) ein weiterer Druckraum (42) ausbildbar ist, der über Querbohrungen (34), eine Axialbohrung (32) durch die Verbindungsstange (22) und den Kolben (23) hindurch mit einem Druckmedium beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Druck im Druckraum (42) ein Federpaket (47) entgegenwirkt, welches einen Plattenkopf (45) eines T-Stempels (35) in dem Arbeitskolben (37) mit Druck beaufschlagt, wobei der T-Stempel (35) mit dem Kolben (17) verbunden ist.
