Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine zum Entsorgen von Farbe oder Lack aus einem einseitig offenen Behälter (2) mit einer zugeordneten Walze (1),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Abdeckung (3) den einseitig offenen und einen Teilumfang der Walze (1) aufnehmenden Behälter (2) verschließend angeordnet ist, daß die Abdeckung (3) mit einem Leitungssystem (4,10) zur Zuführung von Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus einem Vorratsbehälter (6) und Abführung des aus Farbe oder Lack und Reinigungsflüssigkeit gebildeten Gemisches in einen Sammelbehälter (9) verbunden ist, daß die Reinigungsflüssigkeit unter Druck zuführbar ist und als Prallstrahl zumindest auf dem Farbe oder Lack beinhaltenden Behälter (2) auftritt und das Gemisch abpumpbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Reinigungsflüssigkeit als Prallstrahl auf die zugeordnete Farb-/Lackführende Walze (1) und den Behälter (2) auftrifft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 u. 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Behälter (2) ein Farbkasten (2) und Walze (1) eine Farbkastenwalze (1) sind. - Vorrichtung in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine zum Entsorgen von Farbe oder Lack aus einem einseitig offenen Behälter (7) mit einer zugeordneten Walze (8),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Abdeckung (3) den einseitig offenen Behälter (7) verschließend angeordnet ist, daß die Abdeckung (3) zumindest mit einem Leitungssystem (10) zur Abführung des aus Farbe oder Lack und Reinigungsflüssigkeit gebildeten Gemisches in einen Sammelbehälter (9) verbunden ist, wobei das Gemisch abpumpbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Behälter (7) eine Rakelwanne (7) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Behälter (7) eine im Walzenzug der Rotationsdruckmaschine stromaufwärtsseitig angeordnete Sprüheinrichtung zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder den Ansprüchen 4 u. 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abdeckung (3) mit einem Leitungssystem (4) zur Zuführung von Reinigungsflüssigkeit aus einem Vorratsbehälter (6) verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abdeckung (3) lösbar mit dem Behälter (2,7) verbunden ist.
