Description

The invention relates to a device for disposing of paint or similar media from a container to which a roller is assigned is in a rotary printing press. The invention is suitable especially in offset rotary printing machines for removing Paint from an ink fountain or from an ink roller washing device, e.g. from a squeegee tray, as well as to remove paint a paint container.

A device of this type is known from DE 4 224 775 A1. A separate one is used to take up residual ink from the ink fountain Residual waste containers arranged on the rear of the ink fountain. Using a squeegee, the color of the ductor and of the Bottom surface of the ink fountain removed and towards the residual waste container emptied into this.

An elastic film is known from DE 2 711 553 A1 insert the floor area as well as the paint metering device covered.

The disadvantage of these solutions is that with manual ink removal the disposal process is time consuming and manual Wash the ink fountain and ink fountain roller using a rag Activity is uncomfortable for the operator and detergent escape into the environment. When removing the film with adhesive Color disposal problems arise.

From DE-PS 248 003 a method and an apparatus for Removal of excess ink from the counter pressure surfaces of a cylinder known. One or more crescent-shaped shields are placed on the circumference of the impression cylinder and under The use of solvents and supplied air becomes the printing ink removed from the impression cylinder by suction. Since the the solvents used are very volatile (harmful to health), the crescent-shaped shield must be airtight on the contour of the Press cylinder on.

The object of the invention is to develop a solution that the The disadvantages mentioned above are noticeably reduced. The task is solved according to the characterizing part claims 1 and 4. further developments result from the subclaims. The device according to the invention enables short cleaning times, improves working conditions for the operator and helps with upcoming disposal problems to solve. As preferred cleaning liquids or Mixtures are suitable vegetable oils or natural oils, surface tension lowering emulsifiers and water. The supply of the cleaning liquid takes place from a storage container under high pressure a piping system with pumps. Furthermore, the cleaning liquid also after a defined cleaning cycle, e.g. With intermittent feeding into the container to be disposed of (ink fountain, Doctor blade tray) are injected. The distribution of the cleaning liquid in this container takes place via a linear flow and / or a vortex flow. For distribution, e.g. Spray gyros or spray pipes that are integrated in the cover.

The cleaning liquid strikes as an impact jet or also several impact beams on the interior of the container remaining printing ink in the ink fountain as well as the one assigned to the container Partial peripheral surface of the roller. The sprayed cleaning liquid emulsifies with the color remaining in the container or the Paint into a flowable mixture. The mixture is suctioned off collected in a container with a separator and / or filter and Cut. The cleaning liquid prepared in this way becomes one Storage container supplied, from which a renewed Cleaning cycle can be started. The separated color is removed from the collection container and disposed of.

  • The mode of action is as follows:
  • 1, the cover 3 is detachably connected to the ink fountain 2, so that the ink fountain 2 is encapsulated. The cleaning liquid is sprayed from the reservoir 6 with a pump 5 into the ink fountain 2 via the line system 4. The remaining color from the ink fountain 2 is dissolved by the cleaning liquid, so that a flowable mixture of color and cleaning liquid is formed. In a washing cycle, the mixture is drawn from the ink fountain 2 via the line system 10 in the conveying direction 11 using a pump into the collecting container 9. The container 9 serves as a collecting container for the color-cleaning agent mixture and is also designed as a separator and / or filter. The separated mixture can be disposed of and the filtered detergent mixture is fed to the storage container 6 via a connecting line 12 and is available for a further washing cycle. Furthermore, the ink fountain roller 1 can be cleaned simultaneously with the ink fountain 2 by spraying the partial circumference of the ink fountain roller 1 facing the ink fountain 2 over the cover 3 with cleaning fluid under high pressure. The loosened paint is scraped off by the rotating ink fountain roller 1 by means of an ink slide, via the line system 10 of the cover 3 and sucked out of the ink fountain. The ink fountain roller 1 can be cleaned separately from the washing cycle or together with the ink fountain 2.
  • 2, the cover 3 is detachably connected to a doctor blade trough 7. Cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the rollers via the spray device arranged upstream in the roller train, the rollers are rotated and cleaned via the roller train. The doctor blade trough 7 is placed on the ink fountain 8 located downstream and scrapes off the ink / cleaning liquid mixture. Via the cover 3, the mixture is sucked into the collecting container 9 using the line system 10. In a further embodiment, a further line system 4 for the direct supply of cleaning liquid can be integrated into the doctor blade trough 7 in the cover 3 analogously to FIG. 1.
Due to the cleaning liquid used and its supply under High pressure on the parts concerned is in addition to the chemical Detaching the printing ink from the cleaning tent by hitting the Impact beam considerably shortened.
