Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an opening device for tilting and pivoting windows according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a display device of the generic type is known from US-A-4 823 508.
  • windows can be opened by lowering and folding according to the principle of the 4-point scissors (as so-called lowering leaves).
  • opening is only possible to the outside and the opening width is relatively narrow.
  • a similarly acting display device is known from DE-PS 23 30 115.
  • the skylight window is separated from the frame by so-called fighter profiles.
  • the entire movement or actuation kinematics for the skylight window, i.e. for its tilting movement is relatively complex and complicated and it is particularly disadvantageous that the maximum opening angle remains relatively small, primarily because of the actuating lever mounted on the upper cross member.
  • the display device according to DE-PS 28 27 047 is comparable to this.
  • This device has the advantage of the above-mentioned swivel facial expression that, with an increasing opening angle, a gap also arises between the frame and the lower edge of the window sash.
  • This advantage is offset by the disadvantage that the casement can only be tilted after a manual release of a handle.
  • the swivel mechanism described here is based on guide pieces for the stay scissors which are longitudinally movable in the frame and are suspended on ropes guided by rollers.
  • the exhibiting device disclosed here is also relatively complex and complicated.
  • an opening device for tilting windows is also known, in which - similar to the opening device mentioned above - the tilting window rises when opened.
  • this opening device can only be activated when a window operating handle is operated. Overall, the opening angle that can be achieved here is also limited due to the constructive length of the extension arm.
  • the object on which the present invention is based is to provide an opening device for tilting and pivoting windows, by means of which the above-described and discussed display devices can be reached compared to a much larger ventilation cross-section, in particular one of approx. 70 ... 90% of the wing cross-section, and the display device can be operated via a conventional drive, such as a crank mechanism, or an electromotive drive or a hydraulic cylinder can be operated.
  • a conventional drive such as a crank mechanism, or an electromotive drive or a hydraulic cylinder can be operated.
  • the essence of the present invention is to propose an opening device for a window sash, ie a tilt-and-swing window, in which, from a functional point of view, a gear operated, for example, by an electric motor or hydraulically operated as a drive in a known manner Mounted between the casement and the frame, functionally coupling the two window elements Carrier scissors are operated or moved so that the casement window lifts and tilts at the same time.
  • the two scissor arms of the scissors are coupled with each other and with the window sash, as well as the stick frame and designed so that they are coordinated with one another via a link guide so that the desired large ventilation cross section can be achieved.
  • the tilt-and-swing window described above thus enables very good ventilation or ventilation of a room and is particularly suitable for conditioning interior zones of so-called building envelope systems.
  • automated room air conditioning can be realized, since all window sashes can be actuated individually and individually by program or sensor control, and without any manual intervention as is required a priori in all previously known constructions.
  • the simplicity of the construction according to the invention is characterized in particular by the fact that, apart from the generally visibly mounted drive, all the elements of the opening device can be concealed. With a corresponding side frame profile design and suitable selection and control of the drive principle, the drive itself can also be mounted concealed.
  • a flexible actuating strap known from DE-PS 24 37 741, which spans the window, or an actuating mechanism which is moved via a push rod with a corner deflection and which have locking elements at virtually any position can also be moved Ensure that the window is closed optimally and securely when the window is closed.
  • a (tilt) window 1 is shown, which is pivoted (tilted) with respect to a floor frame 2.
  • the window 1 sits on both sides of the lower beam 3 arranged bolts (pin bearing) 4 in a slidably mounted in the frame 2 (arrow X) 5 and can thus be raised with respect to its lower beam 3 parallel to the lower frame side 6 of the frame 2, namely in the plane of the floor frame 2.
  • a free ventilation cross section QA is thus created between the lower beam 3 of the window 1 and the lower frame side 6 of the floor frame 2.
  • the mentioned displacement of the lower beam 3 takes place by means of a drive 7 mounted on the side of the frame 2, which consists of a first scissor arm 8 which is operatively connected to the drive 7 and a second scissor arm 9 which is rotatably mounted on the frame 2 and on the window 1 Scissors the window 1 pulls up over the sliders 5 and tilts at the same time (arrow Y).
  • the drive 7 can be realized by a drive known per se, for example by a crank gear (as shown in the drawing together with a crank 7 '), by an electric motor, by a hydraulic cylinder or the like.
  • the above-mentioned tilting movement is imparted to the window 1 via a link coupling or link guide 10 which acts as a positive guide between the two scissor arms 8, 9 of the carrier scissors and which on the one hand forces the relative pivoting movement and on the other hand the targeted tilting movement (and thus ultimately a tilting-oscillating movement).
  • a link coupling or link guide 10 acts as a positive guide between the two scissor arms 8, 9 of the carrier scissors and which on the one hand forces the relative pivoting movement and on the other hand the targeted tilting movement (and thus ultimately a tilting-oscillating movement).
  • This locking consists of the interaction of an actuating band 11 spanning the window 1 and mutually complementary locking elements 12 on the actuating band 11 and on the stick frame 2.
  • the mentioned actuating band 11 consists, for example, of a perforated steel band which is locked / closed around the window 1 via the drive 7. is pushed.
  • window 1 is first unlocked - to be able to be lifted and tilted; when closing the actuating band 11 is detected again shortly before the closed position and the complementary locking elements 12 are brought together in a positive and non-positive manner.
  • the support scissors (8, 9), relative to the transverse direction of the window 1, are opposite a second (rigid) support scissors 13 which is pivotally mounted on the frame 2 and on the window 1 and supports the window 1 when tilted .
  • FIG. 2 shows the opening device shown in FIG. 1 with the window 1 and the stick frame 2 in a side view in the viewing direction A according to FIG. 1.
  • the window 1 is supported on the one hand by the bolts 4 and the slider 5 so as to be pivotable on the frame and, on the other hand, is coupled to the second scissor arm 9 of the carrier scissors via a wing bearing 14.
  • This second scissor arm 9 hangs on a frame bearing 15 on the stick frame 2 and is coupled approximately centrally via the link guide 10 to the first scissor arm 8 of the scissors.
  • This first scissor arm 8 is pivotally suspended at its second end on a first push rod 16, which is rigidly coupled to a driving plate 17.
  • This driver plate 17 is in turn coupled to the drive 7, so that the first sliding linkage 16 and thus the first scissor arm 8 of the scissors are displaced relative to the stick frame 2 via this frictional connection.
  • FIG. 2 also shows a second sliding linkage 18, which is likewise coupled to the drive 7 via the driver plate 17.
  • the actuating strap 11 is moved via this second sliding linkage 18 and ultimately the locking or unlocking of the complementary locking elements 12 is effected.
  • the link guide 10 which acts between the two scissor arms 8, 9 of the carrier scissors or connects them functionally, in detail B.
  • the first scissor arm 8 has two guide bolts 19 which are inserted into two conjugate slots 20 of the second scissor arm 9. When the first scissor arm 8 is lifted at the end, this longitudinal movement is transmitted via the guide bolts 19 to the second scissor arm 9, which is pivoted (positively guided) in accordance with the shape of the slots 20 or the contour of the link guide 10.
  • Fig. 4 shows the kinematics of the shear 8, 9 again on an enlarged scale, in two views.
  • the profile of the stick frame 2 can first be seen from the supervision.
  • the driver tab 17 is inserted, which is firmly coupled to the drive 7 (and the crank 7 ').
  • the driving bracket 17 is functionally connected to the first sliding linkage 16 for the first scissor arm 8 of the scissor stay via a tenon screw 21, so that the longitudinal movement of the driving bracket 17 relative to the stick frame 2 (within the profile) leads to a sliding movement of this first scissor arm 8.
  • the driving tab 17 is also coupled via a countersunk screw 22 to the second sliding linkage 18, so that the actuating strap 11 can be moved via a driving pin 23 projecting coaxially to the countersunk screw 22.
  • the sash (the window) is suspended from two scissors arranged in the vertical profile frame of the stick frame.
  • the lower corners are connected to a slide in the frame bearing by means of journal bearings and the scissors suspension and length are selected so that the sash can be opened with little effort.
  • the closing is then supported by the sash weight itself.
  • the two push rods are pushed upwards using the drive.
  • the sash is unlocked first by the driver pin on the second sliding part and the actuating strap.
  • the first scissor arm of the stay scissors bends the wing inwards.
  • the sash is also pushed up to the maximum tilt position.
  • the guide of the scissor stay (first and second scissor arm), i.e. the curves of the scissors are the movement mechanism, i.e. the kinematics, coordinated accordingly.
  • the wing When the wing is closed, the wing tilts automatically towards the closed position. Shortly before the (closing or) end position is reached, the driver pin of the second sliding linkage engages again in the actuating band and thus mediates the locking process.
