Definitions
- the invention relates to a hair treatment device with a Infrared radiator element and a fan for heating and drying human head hair.
- the Infrared radiator elements are used to direct infrared radiation onto the hair on the head radiate to heat it. Because of the warmth Drying process or a chemical reaction, e.g. B. a permanent wave of Accelerates hair. The blower creates an airflow that the Hair drying time is reduced.
- a hair dryer is known from LU-A77759, in which infrared radiation sources at one front, the hair-facing point are arranged to the hair heat.
- a blower draws air from a rear one, facing away from the hair Suction point of the hair dryer and blows it through flow channels along Reflectors, which are provided on the infrared radiator sources, and on the out front.
- a drying hood is known from US Pat. No. 2,295,824, which has an infrared lamp and has a blower. The fan sucks in air from outside the Drying hood and blowing it through one on the lamp housing flow channel into the interior of the dryer hood.
- An open hair treatment device is known from EP-A 0372443, the Has infrared radiation sources and a blower.
- the fan sucks air from a surrounding area facing away from the hair. The air will partly passed over infrared radiation sources and then gets on the hair.
- the task is to create a hair treatment device with one To improve infrared radiator element and a blower such that a Sufficient heating of the fan air takes place without infrared radiation that the radiation power of the infrared radiator element is reduced.
- the flow channel is provided in the infrared radiator element.
- the Limits of the flow channel are when switched on Infrared heater element relatively hot.
- the flow channel is one of them Surround boundaries along the entire channel length.
- the temperature of the blown air on the hair will also soon be at a constant Value because the path of the blower air always remains the same, the hair treatment device emits stable radiation power shortly after switching on, and the radiator element heats up to a constant temperature.
- a cooling of an infrared radiator element due to convection the fan air is prevented according to the invention, so that Infrared radiator element can always give the same radiation power.
- the infrared emitter element comprises an infrared emitter source Has reflector
- the radiation power of the infrared source in the desired direction improved
- the Flow channel between the housing of the infrared radiator element and the Reflector can run (claim 2). With such a course the Flow channel warmed very well because of the reflector and the housing Operation get very hot.
- the flow of fan air through the Flow channel cools the housing and the reflector and improves device safety with regard to touching these parts, without the need for additional technical effort.
- the susceptibility to failure of components integrated in the infrared radiator element are extended.
- the air flowing into the flow channel is already through a Infrared source pre-warmed as a suction point of the flow channel only on the side of the infrared radiation emitting Infrared radiator element lies. At least partially is a recirculation mode given, which leads to a higher temperature of the blown air.
- the fan air gets particularly warm when it is along a relatively long route Path is heated and their flow speed relative to this path is small. Good heating is also achieved when the infrared source is rod-shaped and the flow channel tangential to Infrared source runs (claim 3).
- a suction point can for example as a narrow one, parallel to an infrared radiation source extending slot be formed.
- a reflector preferably has at least one air outlet, one Represents outlet point of the flow channel (claim 5). This allows the im Flow channel heated air relatively centrally from the infrared radiator element emanate. The air released can then be at the infrared radiator sources bypassed so that they do not cool down. But it is also a line the heated air to an infrared source or close to one Infrared source possible, so that the air is warmed slightly further, however, the infrared emitter source is influenced only insignificantly.
- One central or relatively central outlet can also be according to a further development heat is supplied on both sides by two reflectors, if two Infrared source with one reflector in one Infrared radiating element are provided, and part of the flow channel runs between the two reflectors (claim 6). Another warming the air in the flow channel is by means of in the flow channel air-cooled reflector cooling plates (claim 7) reached.
- the Reflector cooling plates can be provided with cooling fins.
- a particularly compact design of the hair treatment device is given if the fan is arranged in the flow channel of the infrared radiator element is (claim 8).
- the blower air is then at a suction point of the Infrared steel element sucked into the infrared radiator element and through fed the flow channel to the outlet point.
- a centrically blown fan air can be relative by means of an exhaust point large cross section can be achieved if a single outlet point of the Flow channel is provided centrally in a round infrared radiator element, and the outlet point is covered by a protective grille (claim 9).
- the Suction point can be a circularly curved slot on the circumference of the round Be infrared radiator element.
- the protective grille serves to protect against one Access to the blower. Should for a specific application If the temperature of the blower air is not sufficient, additional heating can be used in the flow channel (claim 10) for a higher fan air temperature to care. This additional heating can be switched on and off (claim 11).
- infrared radiator elements are provided on a hair treatment device be (claim 12). It is not generally necessary to do all Equip infrared radiator elements with a blower. It is sufficient, for. B. for many applications too, just one of the infrared emitter elements to design according to the invention.
- An infrared radiator element 1 contains a reflector 3 in a housing 2, the two as Surrounded infrared tubes 4 designed infrared radiator sources 5 (Fig. 1, Fig. 2).
- the reflector 3 is open on one side 6, so that the infrared radiation in this direction drying hair is blasted.
- air 9 (represented by arrows) is sucked into a suction point 10 and out of a Blown out outlet 11.
- the air warms up on its way along the relatively warm components, reflector 3 and housing 3.
- the warm air 9 is to be dried blown human hair.
- the suction point 10 is on page 6 of the Infrared radiator element 1, on which the infrared radiation is emitted and thereby sucks already relatively warm ambient air.
- the infrared radiator source 5 is rod-shaped trained and the flow channel 7 is tangential to the infrared radiator source 5.
- Der The reflector 3 in FIGS. 3 and 4 has 11 air outlets 12 as outlet points and as a fan 8 an impeller 13.
- the infrared radiator element 1 has a suction point at the top and bottom 10.
- Outlet points 11 here arranged closer to the center, ie closer to the infrared radiator source 5.
- the air 9 heated in the flow channel 7 is additionally additionally the infrared radiation emitted according to page 6 is heated.
- the suction points 10 lie between the housing 2 and in each case one radiation-side end 14, 15 of a reflector 3a, 3b.
- the two reflectors 3a, 3b each surround an infrared source 5.
- a part 7a of the flow channel 7 runs between the two reflectors 3a, 3b. The discharged air 9 thus becomes relative shortly before it emerges from the flow channel 7 strongly warmed.
- the flow channel 7 is here on the one hand by the reflectors 3 and on the other hand by a baffle 17 limited.
- the fan 8 is inserted into the flow channel 7.
- an insert 18 is used for flow guidance on the blower 8.
