Claims (6)

  1. Verpackung der geformten Art, aus einem zugeschnittenen und gefalzten Bogen eines Materials, wie Karton, die nacheinander definiert wird durch vier, die Seiten der Verpackung bildende Panele, vier obere Umschlagklappen (5) und vier untere Umschlagklappen (4), zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seiten mit jeweils einer Falzlinie, die zwei untere einander gegenüberliegende Umschlagklappen begrenzen (A1, A2), und von der Art ist, die einen innenliegenden Film (3) aus einem wärmeschrumpfbaren Material aufweist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Film (3) auf drei Seiten geschlossen ist und in der Form einer mit dem Karton verbundenen Tasche vorliegt, die wenigstens auf den unteren Umschlagklappen der beiden einander gegenüberliegenden mit der Falzlinie versehenen Seiten befestigt ist, um so beim Aufrichten oder Öffnen des Kartons um die Verpackung zu formen, das Öffnen der Tasche und deren Offenhalten zu ermöglichen, und dass die oberen und/oder unteren Umschlagklappen mit einem Klebstoff versehen sind, dergestalt dass dieser mit einer einzigen Aufheizung thermisch aktiviert wird, um einerseits die oberen Umschlagklappen und andererseits die unteren Umschlagklappen jeweils miteinander zu verbinden, und dass die Tasche schrumpft.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche lösbar auf jeder der oberen Umschlagklappen befestigt ist.
  3. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tasche an den Ecken, zwischen zwei geschlossenen Seiten der Tasche befindlich, Abschrägungen aufweist.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kartonbogen eine Vorstanzung aufweist, die mit einem auf der Innenseite der genannten Seiten angeordneten Bindeglied verbunden ist und dessen eines Ende nach außen hin die Verpackung überragt.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass die Tasche (3) die oberen Umschlagklappen in der Höhe überragt.
  6. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Verpackung, die Waren enthalten soll, wobei die folgenden Schritte umfasst sind:
    ein Kartonbogen oder Entsprechendes wird zugeschnitten, so dass ein Viereck gebildet wird, das vier Flächen einschließt, welche die Seiten der Verpackung bilden sollen;
    Einschnitte oder Ausstanzungen werden erstellt, so dass in dem Endteil der Flächen Seitenflächen gebildet werden, die die Umschlagklappen bilden sollen;
    auf wenigstens zwei einander gegenüberliegende untere Umschlagklappen wird eine Tasche aus einem nachgiebigem Material befestigt, die auf drei Seiten geschlossen und auf der vierten Seite geöffnet ist;
    die vierte offene Seite wird nahe den oberen Umschlagklappen angeordnet;
    eine Falzlinie wird auf zwei der nichtangrenzenden Seiten oder Flächen erstellt, um auf diese Weise zwei untere einander gegenüberliegende Umschlagklappen (A1, A2) zu begrenzen;
    die Tasche so angeklebt ist, dass sie die genannten Flächen, welche die genannten Falzlinien und die zwischen diesen letzteren enthaltene Fläche umfassen, wenigstens zum Teil bedeckt;
    die Flächen werden gefalzt, um auf diese Weise einen in seinem oberen Teil offenen Transportbehälter herzustellen, wobei die Tasche ebenso offen ist;
    die genannten Waren werden im Inneren des Transportbehälters angeordnet und der obere Teil der Tasche wird auf die Waren umgeschlagen;
    die oberen Umschlagklappen werden umgeschlagen;
    die gesamte Anordnung wird einer Temperaturerhöhung unterworfen, dergestalt, dass das Schrumpfen des die Tasche bildenden Materials erfolgt und der auf den Umschlagklappen vorgesehene Klebstoff aktiviert wird, um so einerseits die oberen Umschlagklappen und andererseits die unteren Umschlagklappen untereinander zu verbinden.
