Claims (11)
- Durchflußbegrenzer, welcher an Sanitärarmaturen und Wasserausläufen angebracht werden kann, mit einer in einem Gehäuse (19) angeordneten wasserstrahlzerteilenden Einrichtung, die eine Drosselplatte (15, 33, 35, 18, 34) mit mindestens einer Durchgangsöffnung (5, 36) hat, durch die hindurch eine vorgedrosselte Wassermenge einem Verteilerraum (3) zugeführt wird, der zwischen der Drosselplatte (15, 33, 35, 18, 34) und einer Zylinderlochplatte (24, 25, 26, 40) gebildet ist, die mindestens ein Durchgangsloch (6) zum Abführen der vorgedrosselten Wassermenge aus dem Verteilerraum (3) hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderlochplatte (24, 25, 26, 40) eine weitere Drosseleinrichtung (27, 28, 29, 31) zur Feindrosselung der Wassermenge enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drosselplatte (33) eine in die Durchgangsöffnung (5) mündende Seitenbohrung (36) hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderlochplatte (26, 40, 24 und 25) eine zentrale Gewindebohrung enthält, die vertikal zur Drosselplatte (33, 35, 15, 18 und 34) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gewindebohrung eine Drosselschraube (31) enthält, an der vorzugsweise eine in Richtung der Durchgangsöffnung (5) sich erstreckende Nadelspitze (38) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Durchgangsöffnung (5) zugewandte vordere Ende der Drosselschraube (29) flach geformt, abgerundet oder spitz geformt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Drosselschraube (30) ein Schraubenkopf (20) angeformt ist, dessen Durchmesser größer als der der Drosselschraube (30) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schraubenkopf (20) beim Verdrehen in der Zylinderlochplatte (24) versenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Verteilerraum zusätzlich eine Lochplatte (21) vorgesehen ist, die beim Einschrauben der Drosselschraube (27, 29 und 28) zentriert im Verteilerraum (3) angehoben wird, so daß der Durchfluß an der Durchgangsöffnung (5) gedrosselt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß um einen Hals der Zylinderlochplatte (19, 24, 25) mindestens eine in sich geschlossene ringförmige Schraubenfeder (17) angeordnet ist, der das das Durchgangsloch (6) durchströmende Wasser zugeführt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Schraubenfeder (17) eine weitere Schraubenfeder (7; Fig. 9) eingeschoben ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (41) seitlich Luftansaugöffnungen hat, durch die hindurch dem Wasser Luft zumischbar ist.
