Description
Lagerklötze 12 sind mit Gewindebohrungen 13 versehen, in die Schraubbolzen 14 eingeschraubt sind, die an ihrem herausragenden Ende Achszapfen 15 für die Zentrierelemente 10 aufweisen. Diese Zentrierelemente 10 werden durch eine elastische Ringfeder 16 in Richtung Befestigungsmittel 2 gedrückt.
Claims (11)
- Eintreibgerät für Befestigungsmittel (2) miteinem an einem Motorgehäuse (1) angeordneten Lagerkörper (3), mit dem eine Zentriervorrichtung (10, 11, 12) mit Zentrierelementen (10, 26) für das Befestigungsmittel (2) verbunden ist, wobeidie Zentrierelemente (10, 26) jeweils eine Anlagefläche (19, 28) aufweisen, die in einer Arbeitsstellung des jeweiligen Zentrierelementes mit dem Befestigungsmittel (2) zusammenwirkend und parallel zu dessen Langsrichtung verlaufend,die Zentrierelement (10, 26), aus ihrer jeweiliger Arbeitsstellung entgegen der Wirkung eines elastischen Elementes (16, 27), bewegbar am Lagerkörper (3) angeordnet sind,und die Zentrierelemente (10, 26) eine Anlaufschräge (21) für einen Kopf (8) des Befestigungsmittels (2) aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Zentrierelemente (10, 26) jeweils derart gelagert sind, daß infolge der Bewegung des Zentrierelementes (10, 26) die zugehörige Anlagefläche (19, 28) im wesentlichen in ihrer Ebene bewegbar ist. - Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Anlageflächen (19, 28, 42, 44) und Anlaufschrägen (21, 48, 49) an Anlagebacken (18, 41, 43) der Zentrierelemente (10, 36, 37) vorgesehen sind. - Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierelemente (10, 36, 37) um eine Schwenkachse (20, 39, 40) gegen Wirkung einer Feder (16, 38) schwenkbar am Lagerkörper (3, 29) gelagert sind und daß sich die Anlageflächen (19, 42, 44) senkrecht zu den Schwenkachsen (20, 39, 40) erstrecken.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierelemente (10, 36, 37) senkrecht zu ihrer Bewegungsebene einstellbar am Lagerkörper (3, 29) befestigt sind.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schraubbolzen (14) für das Zentrierelement (10) schraubbar im Lagerkörper (3) angeordnet ist.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierelemente (26) verschiebbar am Lagerkörper (24) gelagert sind.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß drei Zentrierelemente (10, 26) vorgesehen sind, deren Anlageflächen (19, 28) ein gleichseitiges Dreieck bilden.
- Eintreibgerät für Befestigungsmittel (32') miteinem an einem Motorgehäuse (31) angeordneten Lagerkörper (29), mit dem eine Zentriervorrichtung mit Zentrierelementen (36, 37) für das Befestigungsmittel (32') verbunden ist, wobeidie Zentrierelemente (36, 37) jeweils eine Anlagefläche (42, 44) aufweisen, die in einer Arbeitsstellung des jeweiligen Zentrierelementes mit dem Befestigungsmittel (32') zusammenwirkend und parallel zu dessen Längsrichtung verlaufend,die Zentrierelemente (36, 37), aus ihrer jeweiliger Arbeitsstellung entgegen der Wirkung eines elastischen Elements (38), bewegbar am Lagerkörper (29) angeordnet sind,und die Zentrierelemente (36, 37) eine Anlaufschräge (48, 49) für einen Kopf des Befestigungsmittels (32') aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß ein erstes Zentrierelement (36) mit einer ersten Anlagebacke (41) und ein zweites Zentrierelement (37) mit einer zweiten Anlagebacke (43) vorgesehen sind, die in zueinander senkrechten Schwenkachsen (39, 40) am Lagerkörper (29) gelagert sind, wobei infolge der Schwenkbewegung des ersten Zentrierelementes (36) die zugehörige Anlagefläche (42) im wesentlichen in ihrer Ebene bewegbar ist,daß der erste Anlagebacken (41) mit einer Tasche (50) versehen ist, in die der zweite Anlagebacken (43) bei sich in ihrer Arbeitsstellung befindlichen Anlagebacken derart eingreift, daßdie Schwenkbewegung des zweiten Zentrierelementes (37) verhindert ist.und daß die Anlaufschräge (48) des ersten Anlagebacken (41) in Richtung Motorgehäuse (31) über der Anlaufschräge (49) des zweiten Anlagebackens (43) angeordnet ist. - Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anlagebacken (18) von mindestens einem Zentrierelement (10) mit einer Einführschräge (22) für das Befestigungsmittel (2) versehen ist.
- Eintreibgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 für ein als Schraube ausgebildetes Befestigungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentrierelemente (36, 37) mit einer die Anlageflächen (42, 44) überragenden Rippe (45) versehen sind, die in das Gewinde (46) der Schraube (32') eingreift.
- Eintreibgerät nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rippe (45) im wesentlichen quer zur Eintreibrichtung angeordnet ist.
