Abstract

Bei derartigen Saugzuleitungen von Staubsaugern besteht das Problem, daß der angeschlossene Saugschlauch bei Drehbewegungen des Saugrohres angehoben wird. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, daß über einen zwischengeschalteten Rohrkrümmer (10) zwischen Saugrohr (3) und Saugschlauch (4), der über ein Drehgelenk (9) gehalten ist, eine freie Einstellung des Saugschlauches erfolgt und das Saugrohr über einen abgewinkelten Griffbereich (6) ergonomisch handhabbar ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Griffstück zur Handhabung von Saugzuleitungen für Sauggeräte, wie Staubsauger, in Form von Saugrohren und Saugschläuchen, wobei ein Handgriff im Übergangsbereich zwischen Saugrohr und Saugschlauch angeordnet ist.
  • Griffstücke dieser Art sind in vielfältigen Ausführungen bekannt. Hierbei wird das Problem nur bedingt gelöst, daß auch bei stärkeren Durchmessern der Saugrohre eine gute Handhabung des Saugrohres möglich ist. Ferner ist es bekannt, in diesen Griffstücken Funktion- und Schaltelemente anzuordnen.
  • Es hat sich aber gezeigt, daß die bekannten Griffstücke keine ergonomische Handhabung beim Verdrehen des Saugrohres während des Saugvorganges, wie sie beim Bearbeiten von Einschnitten, begrenzten Eckzonen oder dergleichen, auftreten ermöglichen, wobei der Schlauch verdreht und angehoben wird und somit die Handhabung erschwert.
  • Die Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die bekannten Anordnungen der gattungsgemäßen Art zu verbessern und eine ergonomische Handhabung zu ermöglichen und auf einfache Weise ein Anheben des Saugschlauches bei einer Verdrehung des Saugrohres zu vermeiden.
  • Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß dadurch, daß das eintrittsseitige Saugrohr einen Handgriff trägt, der einen abgewinkelten Griffbereich aufweist und im Bereich zwischen 25 und 50 Grad in Richtung zur Saugrohrachse abgewinkelt ist sowie zwischen Saugrohr und Saugschlauch ein mit dem Saugrohr über ein in der Saugrohrachse liegendes Drehgelenk verbundener Rohrkrümmer eingeschaltet ist, der abstromseitig den Saugschlauch aufnimmt und der Rohrkrümmer einen Winkel etwa entsprechend der Abwinkelung des Griffbereiches des Handgriffes aufweist.
  • Hierdurch wird eine gute Handhabung erreicht, wobei die Saugachse etwa in der Unterarmachse des Benutzers fortgesetzt wird und das Handgelenk relativ steif bleiben kann. Dabei wird auch eine biegungsarme Abführung des Saugschlauches zum Gerät gewährleistet und es wird ein Kraftaufwand für die Richtungsgebung vermieden. Beim Verdrehen wird der Saugschlauch nicht angehoben, da durch den drehbaren Rohrkrümmer seine Position beibehalten wird.
  • Eine einfache Ausbildung wird dadurch geschaffen, daß ein Zwischenelement als Verbindung zwischen Saugrohr und Rohrkrümmer angeordnet ist, der den Handgriff aufweist.
  • Eine Ausgestaltung besteht darin, daß zwischen den Abwinkelungen des Griffbereiches und des Rohrkrümmers eine Abweichung von nicht mehr als 15 Grad besteht.
  • Ferner werden gute Dreheigenschaften dadurch erreicht, daß der Verbindungsbereich zwischen Rohrkrümmer und Saugschlauch vor dem oder im Griffbereich ausgebildet ist.
  • Zur guten Einstellung ohne Verdrehung des Saugschlauches ist vorgesehen, daß der Anschluß für den Saugschlauch am Rohrkrümmer über ein Drehgelenk gebildet ist.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines Zwischenelementes als Verbindung zwischen Saugrohr und Rohrkrümmer mit Saugschlauch einer erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung schematisch dargestellt.
  • Das Zwischenelement 1 besitzt an seiner Lufteintrittsseite einen Stutzen 2 für die Aufnahme eines Saugrohres 3 und dient als Übergang zum Anschluß eines abstromseitig zugeordneten Saugschlauches 4. Das Zwischenelement 1 trägt ein Griffstück 5, das mit seinem Griffbereich 6 gegenüber der Saugrohrachse 7 um einen Winkel 8 abgewinkelt ist. Entsprechend dem Einsatzzweck ist dieser Winkel 8 zwischen 25 und 50 Grad bemessen.
  • An der Luftaustrittsseite des Zwischenelementes 1 ist über ein Drehgelenk 9 ein Rohrkrümmer 10 eingesetzt der an der anderen Endseite den Saugschlauch 4 über ein Drehgelenk 11 aufnimmt. Der Rohrkrümmer 10 weicht mit seinem Winkel zweckmäßigerweise nicht mehr als 15 Grad von dem gegenüber dem abgewinkelten Griffbereich 6 des Griffstückes 5 ab.
  • Bei einer Verdrehung des aufgesteckten Saugrohres 3 während des Arbeitseinsatzes über den Griffbereich 6 des Griffstückes 5, ist einmal durch die Winkelanordnung gegenüber der Saugrohrachse 7 eine gute Handhabung möglich und zum anderen dreht sich der angeschlossene Saugschlauch 4 über den Rohrkrümmer und die Drehgelenke 9, 11 in eine widerstandsarme Position, so daß keine Anhebung und Verdrehung des Saugschlauches 4 auftritt.
  • Selbstverständlich ist es auch möglich, ohne das Zwischenstück 1 die Anordnung mit Griffstück 5 und Rohrkrümmer 10 direkt am Saugrohr 3 drehbar anzubringen.

Claims (5)

  1. Griffstück zur Handhabung von Saugzuleitungen für Sauggeräte, wie Staubsauger, in Form von Saugrohren und Saugschläuchen, wobei ein Handgriff im Übergangsbereich zwischen Saugrohr und Saugschlauch angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das eintrittsseitige Saugrohr (3) einen Handgriff (5) trägt, der einen abgewinkelten Griffbereich (6) aufweist und im Bereich zwischen 25 und 50 Grad in Richtung zur Saugrohrachse (7) abgewinkelt ist sowie zwischen Saugrohr (3) und Saugschlauch (4) ein mit dem Saugrohr (3) über ein in der Saugrohrachse (7) liegendes Drehgelenk (9) verbundener Rohrkrümmer (10) eingeschaltet ist, der abstromseitig den Saugschlauch (4) aufnimmt und der Rohrkrümmer einen Winkel etwa entsprechend der Abwinkelung des Griffbereiches (6) des Handgriffes (5) aufweist.
  2. Griffstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zwischenelement (1) als Verbindung zwischen Saugrohr (3) und Rohrkrümmer (10) angeordnet ist, der den Handgriff (5) aufweist.
  3. Griffstück nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Abwinkelungen des Griffbereiches (6) und des Rohrkrümmers (10) eine Abweichung von nicht mehr als 15 Grad besteht.
  4. Griffstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsbereich zwischen Rohrkrümmer (10) und Saugschlauch (4) vor dem oder im Griffbereich (6) ausgebildet ist.
  5. Griffstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschluß für den Saugschlauch (4) am Rohrkrümmer (10) über ein Drehgelenk (11) gebildet ist.
