Claims (5)
- Stützsäule zur Halterung einer Patientenlagerfläche (10) eines Operationstisches mit einem Fußteil (18) und einem Kopfteil (46), das zur Verbindung mit der Patientenlagerfläche (10) bestimmt ist und mittels einer innerhalb der Stützsäule (14) angeordneten Verstelleinrichtung relativ zum Fußteil (18) in der Höhe verstellt und um horizontale Raumachsen geschwenkt werden kann, wobei die Verstelleinrichtung eine auf dem Fußteil (18) stehende Hubsäule (20) umfaßt, deren oberes Ende mit einem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) verbunden ist, das eine Mehrzahl von parallel zur Hubsäule (20) gerichteten Linearantrieben (36) hat, die jeweils mit einem ihrer Enden kardanisch an dem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) und mit dem jeweils anderen Ende kardanisch an dem Kopfteil (46) angelenkt sind, wobei das Kopfteil (46) über mindestens ein weiteres Kardangelenk (48) mit dem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verdrehsicher ausgebildete Hubsäule (20) und drei Linearantriebe (36) - in der Draufsicht betrachtet - annähernd in den Ecken eines Rechteckes angeordnet sind und daß das Kopfteil (46) über das weitere Kardangelenk (48) annähernd im diagonalen Schnittpunkt des Rechteckes mit einem Führungselement (50) verbunden ist, das vertikal verstellbar aber unverdrehbar an dem Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) geführt ist.
- Stützsäule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hubgestell (30, 32, 34) eine das Führungselement (50) aufnehmende hohle Mittelsäule (32) hat, die an ihrem oberen Ende über einen radialen Arm (30) mit dem oberen Ende der Hubsäule (20) und an ihrem unteren Ende mit einem dreiarmigen Träger (34) verbunden ist, nahe dessen freien Armenden die Linearantriebe (36) angelenkt sind.
- Stützsäule nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubsäule (20) und/oder die Linearantriebe (36) jeweils als elektromechanische Spindeltriebe ausgebildet sind.
- Stützsäule nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubsäule (20) und/oder die Linearantriebe (36) jeweils als hydraulische Antriebe ausgebildet sind.
- Stützsäule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung von einem Teleskopgehäuse (52) umgeben ist, das an seinem oberen Ende über einen Balg (54) mit dem Kopfteil (46) verbunden ist.
