Definitions
- the invention relates to a payment device of coins from one or more pairs of coin stacking tubes.
- a payout device remove the coins at the bottom of the tubes Subject to a withdrawal order.
- Known devices use electromagnets or electric motors for this with the help of a suitable ejection element when actuated slide out the bottom coin and for example direct to an output channel.
- DE 38 10 074 has disclosed a pair of Assign a payout unit to coin tubes. It contains one Electric motor that has a freewheel two each one Drives ejection elements assigned to the coin. Depending on The direction of rotation of the electric motor becomes one of the two coin tubes controlled by the assigned ejection element. Of the Effort for the transmission between the electric motor and ejection element is relatively high and requires space in Coin operated machines are not always available.
- a coin dispenser is known from DE 42 14 366 in the case of a pair of coin stacking tubes assigned a reversible drive motor is a single cam via a gear arrangement drives the lower coin through an exit slot pushes out a coin stacking tube, the Rotary movement of the cam controlled in this way depending on the direction of rotation is that the cam turns off at a 360 ° rotation ejects a coin from a first tube and the second tube underrun.
- the only ejection element or the cam is formed by a spring-loaded pin, which in the Release position is biased and by a control curve is raised when it is to be brought into the eject position.
- a payout device which one of a motor rotatably driven disc-shaped rotor on which diametrically height-adjustable cams are provided.
- the cams work with one Cam crank together, which is mounted on a lever to selectively in Bring active or rest position.
- a cam is raised if it has one Coin tube runs underneath.
- a plurality of coin tubes are on a rotatable one Disc arranged. It is therefore necessary that when rotating the rotor to Eject a coin or the other cam passes under a coin tube, otherwise a collision would occur.
- the known device requires that the Coin tubes change their position. It is therefore not possible with stationary coin tubes to be paid out with a rotor made of two tubes.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a device for paying out to create coins from one or more pairs of coin stacking tubes with which a high output frequency can be achieved.
- the device according to the invention there are two diametrically opposite on the rotor Ejection elements arranged, also between a release position and an ejection position are adjustable in height.
- the electric motor is from the control device is driven so that when the electric motor is activated the rotor makes a 180 ° turn.
- there are two resting positions for the ejection elements that are approximately in the middle lie, i.e. approximately the same distance from both coin tubes.
- the repeated reaching of the zero positions can be done in a known manner Way, for example with help a positioning control, a light barrier, which gives the motor a shutdown command when the zero position is achieved or otherwise.
- the 180 ° rotation described above occurs Ejection element one coin tube each, only one Ejection element manages to eject the coin, while the other is in the freewheel position.
- the the Ejection elements controlling stationary control means are therefore designed such that when rotating one of the two rest positions out in both directions of rotation the ejection element is in the ejection position or brought while the other is in the rest position located ejection element in both directions of rotation is brought into the freewheel position.
- the constructive, structural and tax expense of the invention Device is no larger than that for the known output device, on the other hand, however double the output rate.
- the device according to the invention 2 is a single ejection or payout element on the rotor arranged between a freewheeling position and a Ejection position is movably mounted on the rotor and with With the help of suitable control means in the respective position brought.
- the electric motor for driving the rotor is driven oscillating in such a way that it initially executes a first approximately 180 ° rotation and in Following this, turn another 180 °, the opposite is directed. Is the rest position of the Ejection elements on the side of the tubes on which the Outlet for pushing out the coins the ejection element when ejecting a coin the associated one First drive under the tube in the freewheeling position then push the coin out during the reverse rotation.
- the rotor is a Disc and the ejection elements have one in a hole on the disc mounted pin on one End of the follower section connected via a crank arm is.
- the follower arm works with stationary concentric ones Ring grooves together, the bottom sections of which are different Have levels, whereby on both sides of the Idle positions deflecting means are provided, which follow the subsequent section steer into one of the two ring grooves if the Ejection elements are moved out of the rest position.
- the follower section is pivoted via the crank arm enabled when entering the other tax groove.
- the ejection element pushes out the lower coin out of the coin tube onto a coin runway, from which it leads to the Example comes to an output channel.
- the coin tubes have a recess in the wall towards the coin path so that the coins can come out.
- An arrangement in this context, the invention provides that a locking element parallel to the axis of rotation of the rotor movably supported below the dispensing recess of the tubes is between one preventing the coins from being ejected Locked position and a release position.
- the Locking element can also have a follower section and with control curves on the facing side of the rotor work together.
- Another alternative configuration for the ejection element according to the invention is that the ejection elements Ejector pins are height-adjustable in the rotor and from a spring to the freewheel or eject position are biased and the ejection pins have a collar have, which cooperates with the stationary control means. Even with this design of the ejection elements must be ensured that the appropriate Pins in the freewheel or eject position are when the 180 ° rotation of the rotor is carried out.
- Embodiments of the invention are the control means for this on both sides of a first rest position of the pins as ramp-like resilient sections are provided, the pins over the collar when moving out of the Deflect the rest position into the freewheel position and in turn be temporarily deformed by the collar when a Pin is moved to a rest position.
- the ejection element can also be transverse to the rotor axis mounted axis be pivoted and thereby in a Recess of the rotor can be sunk (freewheel position).
- the foldable ejection element is expediently from a spring to either the rest position or the ejection position biased while distraction into each other position by a suitable curved path or the like takes place. It is also conceivable in the prestressed Position to make a locking such that the ejection element automatically moves to the other position, when the latch is released. Then need Control means only provided at the ends of the 180 ° movement path to become. Finally, any control means omitted if driving through under a tube the ejection element is deflected against the direction of extension and in the opposite direction in the Eject position reached to eject the coin.
- the ejection element pushes out the lower coin out of the coin tube onto a coin runway, from which it leads to the Example comes to an output channel.
- the coin tubes have to a recess in the wall towards the coin track so that the coins can come out.
- a base plate 10 is indicated, on the in suitable shots the lower ends of coin storage and - Payout tubes 12, 14 are included. 1 are the coin tubes 12, 14 cut.
