Claims (5)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Holzlamellen, wobei ein Kantholz auf eine über der Verfestigungstemperatur der Ligninbestandteile des Holzes liegende Temperatur erwärmt wird und wobei von dem Kantholz in mehreren Durchläufen spanlos Holzlamellen abgetrennt und unmittelbar danach gerichtet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Holzlamellen durch Pressen zwischen ebenen Preßflächen gerichtet werden, daß die Holzlamellen bis mindestens zum Beginn des Pressens auf einer über der Verfestigungstemperatur der Ligninbestandteile des Holzes liegenden Temperatur gehalten werden und daß vor dem Ende des Pressens eine Abkühlung der Holzlamellen auf eine unter der Verfestigungstemperatur liegende Temperatur erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung mit einer Vorrichtung zum spanlosen Abtrennen von Holzlamellen von einem Kantholz und einer unmittelbar nachgeschalteten Richtvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1 die Richtvorrichtung (8) zwei ebene parallele Preßflächen (9) aufeist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßflächen (9) jeweils mit einer Kühleinrichtung (11) versehen snd.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßflächen (9) von zwei endlos umlaufenden Bändern (10) gebildet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet; daß die Preßflächen (9) von einer Preßauflage (12) und einem Preßstempel (13) gebildet werden.
