  • Such substrates are characterized by excellent Ability to absorb and discharge water vapor and Water, which makes them particularly suitable for seat covers, in particular references to long-term use without interruption Seating such as car and airplane seats, wheelchairs, Office chairs etc. are suitable because of the good Prevents moisture dissipation from the tissue surface the seat cover feels damp and the Seating comfort suffers.
  • Ramie fiber if they are in sufficient concentration - at least 15 wt .-% - is present in the substrate. This was because of her chemical composition - degummed ramie consists in essential from cellulose - was not to be expected. Although it had been shown that Ramie played a role in the Transfer of water from wool to synthetic fiber how polyester plays, but that would also be moderate explain the hydrophilic properties of the fiber surface been that has no basis for water transportation over deliver longer distances.

Otherwise there is preferably made exclusively from substances that rot, so that it is without Restriction is compostable. Even among these Conditions can vary with regard to Requirements. For example, it can be used for Prevention of static charge metal fibers or wire, less than 5% by weight. Will you selected accordingly, they oxidize under suitable Conditions and rot together with the rest Components. The use of elastic fibers is also quite possible since their share if they don't rot such as B.
  • Elastic fibers can e.g. B. be incorporated into the substrate by individual Threads made entirely of such material or an im essential yarn consisting of ramie, for example in the weft of a fabric with twisted elastic fibers.

Act it a weave, so can be the warp or the weft consist of such a mixed yarn, the weft or the chain, however, made of other material, e.g. B. from pure Ramie. With such and other substrates, it has proven to be possible and even proven cheap, only wool and Ramie to use and all other admixtures too waive if not because of special requirements are necessary.

Description
