Definitions
- the invention relates to a flat jet nozzle for a high-pressure cleaning device with one outlet and one arranged concentrically and upstream thereof and into this flowing channel with a circular Cross section that is conical in the direction of flow narrowed and into one of the outlet openings upstream upstream circular cylindrical section merges, the end of which forms the outlet opening, with diametrical opposite sides of the flow channel in the Area of transition of the conical section of the flow channel symmetrical in the circular cylindrical section pocket-shaped and arranged to each other Extensions of the flow channel are arranged, the one part of the one through the conical section flowing liquid essentially transversely in the cylindrical Have section introductory deflection surface.
- Flat fan nozzles are used to clean surfaces in some areas with a fanned out cleaning jet to be able to paint over, if possible
- a uniform cleaning effect across the entire jet width should have and on the other hand this cleaning effect if possible over different distance ranges unfold the nozzle from the surface to be cleaned should.
- the flat jet is transverse to the Direction of fan-out is fanned out as little as possible, also the pressure distribution inside the jet be designed so that the impact speeds of the liquid over the entire cross section if possible are constant.
- the object of the invention is a generic flat jet nozzle to be trained so that a flat jet is created, the cleaning effects that are as uniform as possible over its cross section achieved, this cleaning effect after Possibility over a larger distance range from to cleaning surface is preserved.
- This task is the beginning of a flat jet nozzle described type according to the invention solved in that the A circular outlet opening transverse to the direction of flow Has cross-section and that the pocket-shaped Extensions essentially over the entire diameter extend the circular cylindrical portion.
- the opening angle of the conical section between 10 ° and 90 °, preferably between 30 ° and 50 °.
- the deflection surface can be different in itself Experience training, it is essential that an essentially parallel to the circular cylindrical section of the flow channel incoming liquid flow is deflected and after the deflection essentially transversely into the cylindrical Section of the flow channel enters.
- Especially Training in which the deflecting surface is advantageous is a partial spherical surface.
- the partial spherical surface can advantageously on a partial surface of a parallel extending to the longitudinal direction of the flow channel Connect circular cylinder or truncated cone.
- Such Extension can be produced in a simple manner by that parallel to the cylindrical section of the flow channel and laterally offset to this cylindrical or tapered holes are made in the nozzle body, which are spherical at their end.
- the ratio of the distance the centers of the spherical deflection surfaces from each other and the diameter of the outlet opening between 0.04 and 3, in particular between 0.04 and 1.5. This Ratio is extremely important to the strength of the Fanning out. If the distance between the centers is small, the volume of the pocket-shaped depressions is small, i.e. H. the volume flow of those deflected laterally into the main jet Partial flows are lower, so that there is less fanning out he follows. So this relationship can be used control the angle of the fanning, which gets larger depending the distance between the center points is greater.
- the ratio of the diameter the part-spherical deflection surface and the diameter the outlet opening is between 1 and 2, preferably between 1.1 and 1.6. If the diameter of the part-spherical Deflection area is smaller than the diameter the outlet opening, there is no fanning out of the Main beam, but a division into two partial beams. If, on the other hand, the diameter of the part-spherical deflection surface is more than twice the diameter of the Exhaust opening, clearly shows the deformation of the main jet after, d. H. the fanning out becomes smaller. The main beam then increasingly approaches a rotationally symmetrical Compact jet on.
- the length of the cylindrical Section of the flow channel between the confluence the lowest point of the deflection surface and the end of the cylindrical section between 5% and 30% of the diameter the outlet opening is.
- the cylindrical section the flow channel thus ends close to the confluence of the Deflection surfaces, so that even relatively large fanning angles of the beam are possible without the outside Beam parts through the inner wall of the cylindrical Section are hindered.
- the length of the conical section of the flow channel up to corresponds to the transition into the circular cylindrical section preferably 5 to 20 times the diameter of the outlet opening. So it's a relatively long conical section provided the flow in the circular cylindrical section of the flow channel concentrated and accelerated.
- the length of the circular cylindrical section corresponds to a preferred embodiment 0.1 to 1 times the diameter the outlet opening.
- the outlet opening downstream of the Outlet opening is surrounded at a distance by a protective ring, whose inside diameter is preferably 1.5 to 10 times that Corresponds to the diameter of the outlet opening.
- This guard ring in no way hinders the exit of the flat jet the outlet opening, but stabilizes it against air vortices etc., so that the outlet opening opposite the end face of the nozzle body is reset.
- the length of this protective ring in the direction of flow can be 0.2 correspond to 5 times the diameter of the outlet opening.
- nozzle body 1 and 2 show a nozzle body 1, which is essentially circular cylindrical and on one end carries a projecting ring flange 2.
- a such a nozzle body 1 can in any way to a Flow can be connected, for example by a slid over the cylindrical part of the nozzle body 1, union ring not shown in the drawing, which is supported on the ring flange 2 and the nozzle body 1 with the interposition of a seal against a jet pipe stuck.
- the nozzle body 1 can also be in a nozzle housing be used, for example pressed or with this glued.
- the nozzle body can consist of metal, for example made of brass or to increase wear resistance a hard metal, it is also the use of ceramic or Plastic material possible.
- nozzle body 1 In the nozzle body 1 is a penetrating in the longitudinal direction Flow channel 3 arranged on the inflow side a conically narrowing section 4 and a circular cylindrical section adjoining this 5 has.
- This circular cylindrical section 5 ends in a circular outlet opening 6, which in turn into a recess 7 in circular cross section the face 8 of the nozzle body 1 occurs.
- the deepening 7 has a larger inner diameter than the outlet opening 6, so that a step-like expansion of the flow channel enters this area, the recess 7 is surrounded by the nozzle body 1 in the form of a protective ring 9.
- the opening angle ⁇ of the conically narrowing section 4 is between 10 ° and 90 °, preferably between 30 ° and 50 °.
- the length y of this conically narrowing section 4 corresponds to 5 to 20 times the diameter e Outlet opening 6.
- the length d of the circular cylindrical section 5 corresponds to 0.1 to 1 times the diameter e Outlet opening 6.
- the two pocket-shaped extensions 10 result introduced parallel to the longitudinal axis of the flow channel Bores with a spherical end.
- the distance a corresponds to the centers of these spherical surfaces from each other 0.04 to 3 times the diameter e of the outlet opening, in particular 0.04 to 1.5, while the diameter b the partially spherical deflection surface 1 to 2 times the diameter e corresponds to the outlet opening, preferably 1.1 to 1.6 times.
- the deflection surface of the pocket-shaped extension opens relatively close to the outlet opening 6 in the cylindrical portion 5 of the flow channel 3, preferably the Length c of the cylindrical section 5 of the flow channel 3 between the confluence of the lowest point of the deflection surface 11 of the extension 10 and the end of the cylindrical Section 5 between 5% and 30% of the diameter of the Outlet opening 6.
- the inner diameter f of the protective ring 9 corresponds to 1.5 up to 10 times the diameter e of the outlet opening, the length g of the protective ring 9 in the flow direction 0.2 to 5 times that Diameter e of the outlet opening.
- the diameter e the outlet opening is, for example, 1.6 mm, so that possible dimensions due to the given conditions result for the entire nozzle described.
- FIGS. 3 and 4 are fanned out almost exclusively in the middle plane between the two extensions 10, transversely there is only a very slight fanning out (Fig. 4), which is only at a certain distance from the Outlet opening 6 enters.
- a flat jet is important for many areas of application, which has only a relatively small expansion angle. This can also be done by appropriately varying the distance a and optionally the diameter b of the spherical Achieve deflection surface, it can be so small, for example Fan-out angles such as 4 ° can be achieved, however a flat jet with the mentioned properties is created.
- the nozzle described can be manufactured in use of metallic materials by machining, It is particularly favorable if the side Extensions 10 are made by drilling the with the help of a drill with a spherical tip or form cutter.
- a nozzle body with the basic contours i.e. with the Outer contour and a flow channel with which is conical narrowing section 4 and the circular cylindrical section 5 machinable and in this basic contour side extensions 10 impress.
- a tool can be used with a central Tip that is centered in the flow channel 3 intervenes.
