Definitions

  • Known trestles generally have one about the full length extending support part on which the workpieces be placed on each face of the Work trestle with two spreading feet.
  • the two spreading feet one side are parallel to the supporting part Strive together to form a one-piece frame part connected, the top strut usually as a supporting part serves.
  • the two frame parts are usually in the Area of their support part hinged together, see above that they can be set to a rest position at a minimum distance from each other, and they can be set to an operating position in of their feet near the ground a maximum distance from each other to have.
  • the work frame Because of its design with two parallel to each other the work frame also has horizontal frame parts in the collapsed condition, i.e. at rest, across a thickness of at least measured to the frame parts is equal to the sum of the thickness of the individual frame parts. That means for storage and especially for transportation a not inconsiderable space requirement in a vehicle.
  • the supporting part is on its two ends with a post to form a basic body connected. Next to it is below the supporting part in the There is usually still a strut between the two posts.
  • a pair of support feet available for the support in the operating position is in the In the middle of the lower strut with a forked support leg a pair of support feet available, which is about a vertical axis is pivotally arranged on the strut. The two support feet reach down to the floor. Is at rest the pair of support feet parallel to the strut and thus to the base body aligned and is therefore practical within the outline of the trestle.
  • a work trestle with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known, in which there are two posts aligned parallel to each other are and are spaced from each other. It there are two struts that are perpendicular to the posts aligned and welded to them and together with the post form a basic body.
  • On every post a pair of support feet arranged, the parts of which by means of swivel bearings, whose axis is horizontal and parallel to the body is aligned, optionally to a rest position and on an operating position can be set. In the In the operating position, the support feet are transverse to the longitudinal extension of the base body and have a maximum Distance to the main body. The support feet are in the rest position folded up to the base body.
  • the support feet each have a support part on his upper end is articulated with a bracket that on Post is welded. At the bottom is the post another bracket welded to one end of a Glasteil is articulated, that by two in a row arranged and articulated together Tabs is formed. The other end of the train part is with the lower region of the support part articulated.
  • the invention specified in claim 1 is the object to create a work and assembly stand of the generic type, which in the rest position for storage and transport external dimensions that is smaller than the well-known work trestle are, and in the operating position good stability has and at the same time good accessibility to those on it on workpieces.
  • the support feet each have a foot part and a Support part are formed, which with each other and with the Post or with the height adjustable guided on it Guide part are articulated, they can be used for Rest position folded very close to the base frame and for the operating position on the maximum support be unfolded.
  • the foot parts and support parts have a U-shaped cross-section, in which the flanges of the U profiles facing the post and in elevation on both Pages outside the post is in the At rest the space they need hardly exceeds that of the base frame alone.
  • the support feet form four support points, which at the corners a rectangle and are therefore both in the Longitudinal direction of the trestle as well as one transverse to it largest possible span and thus also the largest possible Ensure stability. Because the pairs of supports in the plane of the Arranged, the area remains between the Posts free of parts that allow access to the workpiece could disturb.
  • a load on the supporting part is without detours over joints or over scissors-like frame parts from the vertically aligned posts directly to the Soil transferred.
  • the support feet and their joints are therefore not involved in this power transmission. she only need the horizontal force components originating support forces, which are usually far are less than the main load forces from the posts are transferred.
  • This allows the support feet with relatively small cross-sectional dimensions and with a correspondingly low cost of materials become. This in turn results in a given load capacity and a certain stability besides small external dimensions, especially in the rest position, also a relatively low weight.
  • the space requirement falls the support feet are particularly low in the rest position.
  • the work trestle With a configuration according to claim 3, the work trestle also set up on uneven floor surfaces without wobbling become.
  • the locking devices both posts at the same time and with only one hand press, i.e. unlock.
  • a training according to claim 10 comes especially for such support feet into consideration, in which the guide part a post with a strut or the like the guide part is connected to the other post.
  • An embodiment according to claim 11 makes it possible to Guide parts on both posts with one hand at the same time to adjust.
  • the mounting bracket also in the direction of its longitudinal extension on the one hand to a compact rest position with small dimensions and on the other hand to an operating position with considerable longer support length can be set.
  • the guide parts the extendable and retractable extensions be made relatively robust.
  • extensions created with the top of the support member are flush so that the top of the work and assembly trestle in every operating position of the extensions has the same height.
  • the extensions also flush with the top of the support be, so that here too a consistently high top of the work and assembly stand is reached.
  • the guide parts are very robust. They can also be used as Clamping device to lock the extensions in each any extension position can be used.
  • a further education according to claim 17 prevents the nuts of the Guiding and clamping device for carelessness of the operating personnel can get lost.
  • each has a post 11 and 12, which means a horizontally aligned strut 13 with each other permanently are connected.
  • Both posts 11 and 12 as well the strut 13 are each made of a rectangular tube section.
  • the two extension bars are at their top end with a level Support part 16 permanently connected to the support part of the Working trestle 10 forms on which the workpieces are placed be and also from a rectangular tube section is made.
  • the two posts 11 and 12 and the strut 13 form one Base body 17 of the trestle 10.
  • the support member 16 and the the two extension rods 14 and 15 together form an upper part 18 of the work trestle 10, which is opposite the base body 17 adjustable in height.
  • the locking devices 19 also have a number not shown Recesses on the inside of the extension rods 14 and 15 at different heights in the line of alignment of the locking bolt 21 are arranged.
  • Each unlocking device 19 is with an actuator 23 provided which has a swivel wing 24, which is non-rotatably connected to the locking bolt and which cooperates with a ramp surface 25, which as an oblique aligned end face of the housing 22 is formed which the swivel wing 24 slides along during a swivel movement and back and forth the locking bolt in the axial direction moved.
