Claims (20)
- Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster mit einer durch Federkraft beaufschlagten Ausstellhilfe, bei dem der Fensterflügel (1) in etwa der Längsmitte seiner Seitenholme (47) gelenkig vom freien Ende zweier am oberen Ende des Futterkastens (2) schwenkbar angeordneten Armen (3) getragen und in der Schwingstellung durch zwei zwischen der Längsmitte und dem oberen Ende des Fensterflügels (1) an dessen Seitenholmen (47) angeordneten Achszapfen (12) in Nuten (9) an den Seitenholmen (6) des Futterkastens (2) geführt und in der Klappstellung der Fensterflügel (1) an den Armen (3) festgelegt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in den rohrförmig ausgebildeten Armen (3) in deren dem oberen Ende des Futterkastens (2) benachbarten Bereich verschiebbare, durch Federkraft in Richtung des freien Endes der Arme (3) beaufschlagte Gleiter (4) geführt sind, daß jeweils den Gleiter (4) und den zugeordneten Seitenholm (6) des Futterkastens (2) verbindende Federarme (5) so angeordnet sind, daß die gleiterseitige Lagerstelle (11) und die futterkastenseitige Lagerstelle (10) der Federarme (5) mit der Lagerstelle (20) der Arme (3) am Futterkasten (2) ein spitzwinkliges Dreieck bilden, wobei der spitze Winkel bei der futterkastenseitigen Lagerstelle (10) liegt. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Lagerstelle (20) der Arme (3) am Futterkasten (2) an einer Auskragung (41) angeordnet ist, die sich in Richtung des Futterkastens erstreckt. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, bei dem der Fensterflügel (1) in eine Reinigungsstellung bringbar ist, in welcher die flügelseitigen Achszapfen (12) in der Nut (9) einer auf die Stirnfläche der Seitenholme (6) des Futterkastens (2) aufgesetzten Gleitschiene (48) an dem unteren Nutende (49) anliegend sind und die dabei gegen das Rauminnere weisende Außenseite (50) des Fensterflügels (1) in einem Winkel von kleiner als 90° gegenüber der Ebene des Futterkastens (2) im Bereich oberhalb des Achszapfens (12) angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gleiter (4) und die Arme (3) Durchbrechungen aufweisen, die bei in Reinigungsstellung gebrachtem Fensterflügel (1) derart fluchten, daß ein Sicherungsbolzen (17) einschiebbar ist, und daß die futterkastenseitige Lagerstelle (10) des Federarms (5) entlang dem Seitenholm (6) des Futterkastens (2) verschiebbar und festlegbar ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Durchbrechung des Arms (3) als Bohrung (18) und des Gleiters (4) als Langloch (19) ausgebildet ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die futterkastenseitige Lagerstelle (10) der Federarme (5) längsverschiebbar geführt und für das Schwenken der Arme (3) zum Klappöffnen bzw. Schwingöffnen des Fensterflügels (1) mittels entfernbarer Anschläge (21) festlegbar ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anschläge (21) als Klappe (22) ausgebildet sind, welche in den unteren Bereich des Schiebewegs des die Lagerstelle (10) tragenden Federarmlagers (40) hineinschwenkbar ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die auf die Federarme (5) einwirkende Federkraft durch Zugfedern (24) erzeugt ist, welche an dem Gleiter (4) und an dem freien Ende der Arme (3) befestigt sind und daß die Zugfeder (24) jeweils in dem rohrförmigen Arm (3) gelagert ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß am freien Ende der Arme (3) eine Justierschraube (25) zur Einstellung der Federkraft angebracht ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gleiter (4) eine erhöhte Gleitreibung gegenüber den Armen (3) aufweisen. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gleiter (4) kunststoffbeschichtete Flächen (27) aufweisen. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 9 und 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen Gleiter (4) und Arm (3) ein Bremsklotz (31) angeordnet ist, der durch eine Feder (32) angepreßt wird. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Gleitreibung des Gleiters (4) einstellbar ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen dem Gleiter (4) und den die Führungen für den Gleiter (4) bildenden Innenwandungen (8) der Arme (3) ein Bremsklotz (31) untergebracht ist, der mittels einer Feder (32) und eines höhenverstellbaren Stellelements (33) einstellbar ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bremsklotz (31) in dem Gleiter (4) gelagert ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Bremsklotz (31) in den Armen (3) gelagert ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Stellelement (33) als mittels eines Werkzeugs drehbare Scheibe ausgestaltet ist, die schiefe Ebenen (34) aufweist, welche mit an ihrem Anbringungsort angeordneten schiefen Gegenebenen (35) zusammenwirken. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Stellelemente von Schrauben gebildet sind. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zugfeder (24) an dem Gleiter (4) mittels einer Schraube (28) befestigt ist, die bei entspannter Zugfeder (24) durch eine Öffnung (51) des Arms (3) zugänglich ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen der Lagerstelle (20) der Arme (3) am Futterkasten (2) und der Lagerstelle (10) der Federarme (5) am Futterkasten (2) eine diese Lagestelle (10, 20) verbindende Versteifungsschiene (30) angeordnet ist. - Klapp-Schwing-Dachfenster nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Arme (3) an der Unterseite für den Eintritt des Federarms (5) einen Schlitz (36) aufweisen, der durch eine am Arm (3) lagerbare Platte (37) in seiner Längsabmessung veränderbar ist zur Begrenzung der Klappöffnungsweite des Fensterflügels (1).
